After arriving a few days back Nastasya was still exhausted. She hadn’t slept as well as she hoped but she got her mind of the shadow that she bumped into thanks to meeting Yumi. Which was an interesting part of the day but there was more to do. And she didn’t come to Oak for nothing, she wanted to meet more Guildmembers and be part of what might be happening sooner or later. But before that she wanted to meet more. Now she had met up with Nathaniel a couple of weeks back and she had seen Lucifer and Grudge and worked again with Caius. It was already going steady but she still had a lot to do especially if she wanted to work out everything.

For now she had a job to do. Getting money, learning how to behave more, perfect her roles everything should be going fine. It was just that she didn’t feel like doing anything today that involved working but she didn’t have much options. Especially not if she needed to earn more money after spending too much in Crocus. Man hotels were expensive and it wasn’t fair that she had stayed too long. But still she had had fun and she got good information and all she now needed was the ark to arrive. One day or so. She had no idea how it all worked and if she would immediately notice. However it was nothing of her concern right now, right now she had to get up and finish the work. She had talked to Sirius Phantasm yesterday evening and seriously his request was really petty but whatever, she would do it for the money and all the other things that she just had mentioned.

So Nastasya kicked of the blankets that were killing her anyway and went to look in the mirror. With only her underwear on, the sight was really confronting but she only noticed her long hair that reached her hips. Dark purple the waves were and it looked like a total mess. She should work on that first, because showering would come when the day and the hard work was over. She brushed her hair quickly and as fast as she could and tried to pin it on the back of her head with some pins and a hair tie. It worked in the end and with some bit of hairspray, or lots of hairspray, it would probably stay that way. Now it was time to wash her face and upper body before she got dressed in a set of jeans and a black shirt with long sleeves. She didn’t want to show around that she was fairly okay with the cold. After she was dressed and had eaten some toast she headed over to the castle. Which was easy to find.

”I’m here as the assistant Mason.” she reported herself stupidly at the entrance of the castle. The guard or security or whatever it was looked her up and down and nodded, but she doubt he would believe her. However he didn’t say a word and showed her to the construction side of the castle. She waved the guard away and walked to the guy that obviously looked like the Contractor. She just talked a little with him and let herself get to work after he threw a helmet on her head.

”Safety is important.” She only nodded, gave him a small sweet smile before she turned her back on him and looked at how the other workers went on. She had never done this and it meant that she had to learn quickly if she didn’t want to look like an idiot, which she hated. Apart from that she had to keep eyes and ears open to hear if someone would gossip about Sirius Phantasm. In the beginning there was more talking about her than about anyone else, did they never see a woman or what? She wasn’t weak and she wasn’t here to show around how such a great figure she had, so she worked, and fast, out of frustration. However as the sun was sinking lower and it was past noon it was obvious that she would stay and that she did the job that was asked. Which meant: she wasn’t interesting anymore and she didn’t have to wait long or she heard the whispering. Something they should have learned when they talked about her but no.. now they whispered! All she needed to do was figure out if the whispering was about Sirius Phantasm and then all that was left was to point him out. It did take some ten minutes before she figured out whom started the conversation and to make sure she had the right guy and the right information. It was indeed bad talk about Sirius Phantasm and she did find the guy rather easily after that. His name was Mitch and he seriously looked like he enjoyed looking down on people, pathetic was the only word that Nastasya could come up with. All she needed to do was confront him and before she could even accuse him, he already confessed it was him. This was way too easy and too stupid from this guy, what did he wanted to gain with this if he didn’t even know how to keep a secret, how to protect himself. Thank god his sorry ass wasn’t part of Grimoire Heart or she might have killed him, too afraid he might snitch on others about their guild. She only crossed her arms and frowned upon him for being so ridiculous. But she turned back and go to work not much later after not telling Mitch what she thought of this, it was only her mission to find out who the person was not to do anything else.

So when the day was done, she herself turned to Sirius inside the Castle to tell about this Mitch person and not care what would happen now. With the reward in her pocket and her sore muscles, she headed back to the hotel to take a shower and sleep again.
