He now stood at the entrance of the city, but, with all things considered, for him it was more of an exit than an entrance. He had spent a considerable amount of time in Orchidia and like his experience in the other towns, it was fairly pleasant and he had made quite a good few friends. His jobs here were marred with a sense of mystery though, and he could not really consider Dacol Lubex, as nice as he was, in the same vein as Batra, the bartender from Crocus or the Lord of Marigold who had treated Houren exceptionally well during his time in that town. At the same time, there was a certain maturity to his adventures in Orchidia that hadn't been present during his time in Crocus or Marigold and he couldn't say that he disliked that. There was still a shadow looming over him in regards to his time in Orchidia, namely, the entity and the ''danger'' that it had tried to warn Houren about. As long as that one plot point was unresolved, Houren could not really say that he had finished his adventures in Orchidia, and he knew that he would be back sooner rather than later in order to deal with that. At the same time, all his adventures thus far had just been to get to Era, where he knew something even bigger would be awaiting him.
For now, he would put the entity and its warning on the back pedal as he headed to Nanuq, likely his last stop before going to Era, the home of the Rune Knights, where he would finally come face to face with the people that he had aspired to be like when he was a boy.
