He looked around at the crowds of people and the venders there are calling him over his charm seeming to be working on them and Kaito still clueless to why people are so nice to him only him blaming his fame for why people were treating him with such kindness. He sighed but accepted the bottle of good strong alcohol he was being handed for free and he got some special treats and things from another and a stuffed animal from another. Kaito looked more like he was bringing gifts to a date than he did like he was at a bonfire of all things and he found a place to sit that is back and away from other people and he wondered why he had come to this as he doesn't usually like being around tons of people.
He guessed it was he was feeling lonely now that Averie had disappeared on him and hadn't answered any of his letters. Maybe he hoped that he would come across her or see her in some way and talk to her to see if he had done anything that she saw as wrong and why she was gone now. He was not sure if that was wrong or right. He had set the "gifts" he was given on an unturned defensive spell so they didn't get sand on them as even if he didn't want them, he still thought it disrespectful to let the stuffed purple bunny with red eyes to get sand on it. He then pulled out the snacks and he started to snack a little as he wasn't really hungry he was more tired than anything else.
Kaito looked at the people running around and having fun by the fire and in the sand in the dark only lit by the cracking of the bonfire that was there to give off warmth and some light and he wondered if him staying in Fairy Tail was the right chose after his guild master had gone missing as well. He was starting to wonder if his dimensional god slayer self had maybe showed up and took them but he doubted that as he would have had to have beaten the him that raided with the others before but he knew that man was no slouch, so that couldn't have happened.
