When the ashes from his cigarette fell onto the table, Rowan managed to free himself from his reverie and remember himself. He took one final drag before tossing the nearly spent cigarette into the rough, iron ash tray on the table. Returning to his stew, the man took many more spoonfuls before he placed his utensil down again. Even after so much he was hardly halfway through the stew. Yet, he found himself content with that. The food was delicious, and he wasn't quite ready to part with it. Returning his gaze to the hall he found himself looking about for faces he had not yet met, and those he had had the pleasure of encountering before. No meal was quite complete without company.

Assama gleamed with delight as she saw the guild hall coming into view. She had only been gone for a little over a month and she had already grown homesick. She looked at the vintage buildings that framed the streets which were lined with greenery and littered with moss. Assama found this town a bit strange when she first came to it, but now she couldn't imagine herself living anywhere else.
The Lamia approached the guild hall and with boundless excitement, entered. She saw guildmates chatting casually at the bar. Others were drinking. Some were reading, and then she saw a familiar blonde haired man sitting at a table eating soup, alone. Assama decided that she would go ahead and talk with him. She sat down and crossed her legs under the able. "Rowan," she began, still elated from being back home. "You're back too, huh? How was the rest of Crocus?"

However, the two were of no concern to her, she was much more focused on her pile of books. The one she was currently reading, was an old town history book. This town's history was of some interest to Luna. After all, she had lived the majority of her life in Era, only coming to this town when she was 17. Luna still felt out of place and yet, at the same time, she felt at home here.
From time to time, she wondered how her father and baby sister were doing back home. Despite that, she had no intentions to go back anytime soon. After all, she had run away because of what happened after her little sister's birth. She blamed her sister for the death of their mother at the time it happened.
Now, in the present, those thoughts had mostly gone away. She continued to flip page after page. Suddenly, Luna felt her hunger call to her. It was already mid afternoon and she hadn't eaten at all today. So, she set down her book, stood up, and walked over in the direction of the kitchen. Hopefully she could find something in there to eat.

When Atlas entered everyone could see him wearing a set of black running shorts and a black t-shirt. He was panting a little and went over to the counter to grab some water. Atlas was looking around the hall on his and not paying attention when he accidentally ran into that seemed to be on her way to the kitchen (aka Luna). Atlas quickly tried to fix the situation by apologizing. "Oh crap. Sorry about that. I wasn't paying attention." Atlas would say trying to possibly help her.

Taking his spoon up again, Rowan took another few tastes of his beef stew. In between his conversation he took a few fleeting glances around the hall, taking notice of two strangers he had not seen around in his few days here prior. One, a black haired young woman, and the other a rather tall young man. He wondered what they were doing in the hall, but did not linger long on the thought as he focused on the conversation.

Polite as ever, Rowan said 'good day' to Assama along with his eloquent syntax that never seemed to fall short of either borderline casual or formal. When Assama asked him about Crocus, Rowan replied saying that he was not able to meet as many people as he was hoping. "Bummer," Assama said with a slight frown. She knew that she would have hated it if she were to return to Myras to see that some of her friends had gone as well. He then asked her how Crocus was for her. "Well, I did get to meet a few new people and I got some jobs done while I was there as well, so it literally did provide 'well' for me," she answered. Assama noticed that while they were having a conversation, Rowan often glanced off to different parts of the guild hall. He seemed to stare in one general direction for a longer period of time than he did the rest. Assama turned to see what he was looking at and saw a tall brown haired man accompanied by a shorter, dark haired girl. She had never seen them before and, well, she wanted to know everyone in the guild, so she decided to invite them over to at least say 'hi.' Besides, they didn't look too caught up in their conversation. "Hey, you two!" Assama called in their general direction. Once at least one of them looked over, she would beckon for them to join her and Rowan. As she liked to say, 'the more the merrier.'

As Luna headed towards the kitchen, she suddenly was bumped into by someone, almost loosing her balance in the process. However, she quickly recovered it. The person she had bumped into, apologized for not paying attention.
Luna simply nodded. "Its fine, I can be like that sometimes too. No harm done." She said smiling at the man.
Luna was about to continue on her way, until someone called out to the both of them. It was the bright pink haired woman sitting with the blonde haired man she saw before. Luna looked at both of them, wondering why the lady called out to her and brown haired man.
She decided to walk over there, and at least offer a greeting. "Hello there." was all Luna said along with a courteous nod of her head. Â

"Now then, if I may be so forward, what might you all call yourselves?" The blonde inquired with a raised eyebrow and a smile. "To retain a manner so as not to be uncouth, allow me to introduce myself first. I am Rowan Vincent, explorer, treasure hunter, and gentleman, at your service." He picked up his spoon that had been resting in his stew and took a few more mouthfuls of the delicious meal before it was finished. With a practiced hand he removed the now empty bowl from the table and placed it on an empty one nearby while reminding himself not to forget to wash it later.

Much to Assama's delight, it seemed like her attempt to meet the two members unknown to her had worked. The navy haired girl came over and simply said 'hello' to everyone. The brown haired man followed suit but soon excused himself to talk to a girl with long violet hair. Meanwhile, Rowan went ahead and introduced himself, formal as ever. "And I'm Assama," she added, finding it unnecessary to add all the titles Rowan did for himself. She didn't even find that a surname was needed to be given either. Just 'Assama' was simple enough, for now at least.

The violet haired girl and the brown haired man were still talking with one another. Luna had unfortunately left, which left Rowan and Assama alone once more. Assama gave a slight frown. She was really looking forward to meeting the rest of the guild members, but it seemed like now wasn't the right time for that. Rowan, however, decided to keep their conversation going by commenting on her good work in Crocus, referring back to their start of the conversation. "Oh, thanks," she replied with a smile. "But I have to say, there weren't many jobs like capturing bandits and whatnot. They were quicker, like rescuing a cat from a tree. How about you? Did you do any jobs?" She had yet to do any jobs in Orchidia, but was planning on doing quite a few ones, probably similar to the ones she did in Crocus that would slowly grow into jobs of a more difficult nature.

Being close enough to the other members she gathered her courage to then stand in front of the others. Her eyes seemed at first cold and distant while showing off her pokerface. Her fragile hand held the fabric of the dress slightly lifting it while she did a curtsey. "Good evening..." she said in a soft and somber voice before she let a soft smile appear on her face.

When Atlas got there Miyu did seemed to come out from behind his back. She greeted them both. "Well, sorry about that guys. Was just grabbing her. This Miyu," he said indicating her ,"and once again I'm Atlas. Was there a reason the other girl took off?" he asked them wondering still if he was at fault for it.

Rowan didn't reply, but the violet hair girl did come out and say "good evening" to them in a soft voice. "Hello," Assama said back to her in a friendly tone. Atlas then proceeded to introduce her as Miyu. He asked if there was a reason the other girl, Luna, left. Assama shrugged. "She didn't give any reason." Shortly after she said that, Atlas said that he had something to do. Miyu seemed to want to leave to. That left Assama and Rowan. "Well..." Assama began. "I think I'll go too now. It was nice seeing you." Assama got up from her seat at the table and exited the guild hall.
