Another day, another early morning work out. Alisa hardly enjoyed having a routine, but that said, she couldn't really go without a regular work out either. It didn't necessarily need to be in the morning mind you, but more often than not she could just have a small, fruit based breakfast, get some training done, and then get back home (or wherever else she might be staying at any given time) and get some real food in her. And that's exactly what she did...
Well, the first half anyway, she was still working on the second half.
After all, she managed to get paid for working out a few days back - courtesy of Jay Holiday - just what were the chances she'd be able to do so again? It was worth the shot anyway, and slowly but surely, she found it: Another request needed a fit, sporty mage to carry out a request. Also posted by Jay Holiday!
This request was a little wierd however, she could perfectly understand why he'd need a capable spotter after training so hard, but what she couldn't understand was why he'd bother getting help for something like this, and more importantly... If he was in such a hurry, why not just take the sign up sheet instead of putting up a request at Blue Pegasus... Her mind boggled, yet Alisa had never been one to turn down free jewels, and especially not one to discard a perfect opportunity for a mini marathon.
Knowing she'd be running on the beach prompted a different choice of gym wear, a blue sports bikini she'd bought the other day and had been meaning to try out.
She held her hair up in a ponytail, and just like that, was ready to get going. First though, a warm up. Once outside the Guild Hall, she did a series of stretches, and only once the the radiant sun had gotten a good sweat out of her did she finally get going. Despite the heat, this would be a rather pleasant day for a run, with a strong sea breeze ready to cool down any hopeful endurance athletes.
Alisa found her way to the beach gym quickly enough, and once there found Jay even faster than that, "Oh, nice seeing you again, Alisa!", his smile quickly widens with a flirtatious wink, "Missed me so much you just had to come back huh?"
Once more, constantly meeting this guy at exactly the same place didn't help his case; it didn't help him the first time and it wouldn't help him now, especially when she considered what exactly comprised his request this time: Why the hell didn't he go deliver the sign up sheet himself? He looked fit enough to make this run himself after all.
"Keep dreaming~", her answer was as elegant as always, the way she flipped her hair even more so. Yet she returned the wink, not really bothered by a little flirtation, and crossed her arms, "So, what do you need me for today?"
