Overall: Phoebe has long raven black hair that reaches at her hips. She wears is most of the time lose since it's straight hair and doesn't give her most trouble but she also wears high ponytails when she has to go on a job.

She has lilac purple coloured eyes. That change into a darker purple if she gets angry or determined to do something.

She has a pale skin, which is a great complaction with her dark hair and lilac eyes. She tends to wear tight fitting clothing because that makes her feel comfortable and besides showing off her body is something she enjoys. Apart from that there is no flaw on her skinny body. Her legs are the longest part of her body and she loves them.

She often wears make-up, using mascara, eyeliner and red lipstick. Together with a set of mostly designer clothing, and most of all dresses or skirts.

Personality

Personality: Phoebe has the ability to listen and be empathic if she believes that it's necessary and she likes the person. She also tries to be honest to the people she like but keep in mind their feelings. She can be a good friend, she cares about others greatly but she would always put herself first. She is arrogant and selfish and thanks to that a bit full of herself and her beauty.

She has a short temper but tries to hide that. She is a good liar because of this and has the ability to have a neutral look on her face. Although it would most likely be described as a resting bitch face. She is aware of that and she doesn't care. People would have to get to know her to be able to judge her is her own opinion.

Apart from that, she is a hopeless romantic and would rather dream up a way of how it suppose to go and see most of the things in a positive light because of this. However this also makes her a little bit dramatic. However she isn't stupid, she is an intelligent woman and a neat person that wants things to be orderly as well as clean.

Likes:

Activity: Even though she doesn't like the sweaty bonus, Phoebe is someone that needs to stay active to be satisfied with her day. She likes to do sport, keep in shape and hold on to her condition to be a fast runner. She has still a lot to learn to get better. Even though she cares greatly about her looks, she doesn't mind going to hike or get dirty as long as in the next moment she can clean herself off.
Beauty: Phoebe loves everything that she values as beauty. Not only her own, even though that is important to her too but she sees beauty in fine clothing and jewelry or a fine sunny day in summer and spring. She sees beauty in a nice day with her friends and a good working job.

Dislikes:

No manners: Phoebe was raised in a loving household that taught her good manners. Apart from shaking hands and introducing yourself to people, she gets the shivers when people pick their noses, cough or sneeze without covering their mouth and so on. Being uncought and not taking care of other people's feeling, falls under this too. Even if she is honest herself, she believes you can keep other people their feelings in mind.
Kids: Maybe she is considered to young to truly give an opinion about kids but they are loud, sticky and dirty and they ask for too much attention. Something Phoebe totally dislikes and is absolutely against her love for beauty and peace and quiet. Maybe at some point she will change her opinion, but she doubts it.

Motivations:

Prove herself: As her mother was a fire starter as well, she was taught the proper function of her magic and to take care of her emotions. Her mother however is a journalist and as soon as she turned fourteen, her mother left her alone with her little sister and father to travel through Fiore and perhaps other countries to improve herself on her power of magic. She was always negative to Phoebe about her temper and her magic abilities and Phoebe wants to prove to her, that she got better. She only has to find her.

Fears:

Rodents: Insects are no problem to Phoebe, she dismisses them. But once she spots a rat, a mouse or anything similiar to the rodents that she does fear so badly, she might scream, jump up into people their arms or stand on tables and chairs to make sure they wouldn't get close to her or that she would be save.
Fear of Losing a limb: It might be a bit obvious but it would be very un-beautiful to lose a limb or an eye or get a huge scar on her face. She is afraid of getting a change in her looks that she came to love so dearly as well as being incapable of what she loves doing, such as running and other activities.

Magic Description: Phoebe is able to control Fire since she was young. Making in into shapes and sizes with her mind to fight and protect herself and her loved ones. Her Fire magic mostly reacts on her emotions, because she is a fire starter. Which means she has to keep her emotions under control.

She is able to to make spells based on offensive, defensive, supplementary spells and self-buff strength spells with her Fire Starter Magic. She is able to to create spells from the body as well as fires that are around her.

Her Fire magic is strong against Frost and Nature but weak against Water.

History

History: Phoebe was born on the summer solstice x765. She was the first in the family Rainsworth that got two daughters. Phoebe and after her came her younger sister Mary. They were raised in a warm and loving family where her mother stayed home most of the time and her father went to work in the shop that he kept in the city of Orchidia. She and Mary used to get along for a long time until the age of 7 where Phoebe couldn't control her emotions and would usually set things on fire. Mary got afraid of her, you can't blame a little 5 year old. Later when Phoebe learned to control her fire magic thanks to her mother, who taught her. She and Mary got back at a good relationship that they had.

When Mary was 12 and Phoebe 14, her mother left to pick up her job again as a journalist and left the household for a long time to gather information for the magazine she worked for. From time to time she returned home because of her children but only if she was in the neighbourhood. She promised to always return but when Phoebe turned 17 and she never had missed a birthday before, her mother didn't return. Neither when she turned 18 and Phoebe is searching for her, mostly to prove she isn't weak because she believed her mother didn't want to be a part of the family anymore.

At the age of 20, Phoebe decided that it was time to leave her home and the shop where she worked since she was sixteen, after taking care of her sister for two years. She believes now that it is time to spread her wings and see where she can go and what she can do. Finding a new teacher on her fire magic as well as trying to find her mother and getting her back to the household she does belong to.
