Upon conversation with Jyu regarding a near identical topic, this spell is denied. The concern falls particularly with higher ranks and this being a scenario in which any moderately high level of strength and/or weapon can effectively turn into one-shot mechanics (speaking outside of terms of like striking a target region) with people doing x4 and x8 instances of damage in place of 1.

White Horse:

Upon conversation with Jyu, here is the position regarding this. Offensive spells may be used in the manner of defense in the case of spells of equal or less strength (taking into account Elemental affinity).
You may deflect spells, but include you may not deflect a spell back at who cast the spell. That would constitute reflection.
Include that against spells of greater strength than this spell, the difference between the spell and this spell's strength will be dealt to the entity which attempted to deflect, the weapon or yourself.
