Winderlin sat at the café in Magnolia trying to make my way to Fairy Tail. It was a nice day to be looking for a guild hall. I mean he could see the guild hall but was just ignoring to go to it. He was scared of what might happen. What if they don't care his story of hurt or have answers or doesn't accept or kills or just anything. Winderlin kept thinking about all the bad things that could happen.

Winderlin had left the café just walking around the streets near the guild hall not sure what to do. He could just go in and ask to speak to the guild master or just ask to talk to someone or just guhgug why is this so hard. Ok this is going to be the moment of truth. He was either going to do this or not do this. Winderlin started to rush down the main street of the town making his way to Fairy Tail. He was going to do this.

Winderlin was now in front of the guild and the thought of turning around but his legs were still going. He started to panic but his body was in a motion. He soon threw the opens door and marched in the guild. I walked to the middle of the floor plan and stood there and stared at everyone staring at him. I he immediately regret this and needed to leave but his body stayed still...frozen in his tracks.

Shin was doing what he does best as he tried to ask out yet another member of the guild just to be rejected again Well I guess it is not meant to be. the redhead thought to himself as he saw that someone had walked into the guild by why the way that he just stood there he must have been either really drunk or scared out of his mind. "Hey man if you need help with something I can try and help you?" the redhead told the stone man."Oi can you hear me?" he continued to ask the man walking over to the man with his hands in his leather jackets pockets. First the Big guy a few days ago and now we have this guy. Shin thought to himself with a slight smile on his face.

Sael was lazying around the second floor of Fairy Tail, minding his business. Thinking of what to do today. He had a decent amount of jewels, maybe he could go out for lunch. Tempting idea. He did find this eggcellent restaurant the other day, sounds like a plan. Right when he stood up to leave he remembered that he didn't have anyone to eat with. A sad thought, and an even sadder reality.

He leaned over the the railing. His eyes narrowing at the sight. "Hm." It was still a bit early for him so he had some trouble focusing, he could make out a solitary figure, and black hair. He blinked a few times. No surprise to say, he was surprised. Sael had made it a point to learn a few faces as well as the names that go with them. It was easy to pick out the some regulars. Shin... something.. Sael checked again. He was facing someone, who? his eyes traced his view and came across a new guy. Pale faced, probably from intimidation, sandy blonde hair. Sael vaguely remembered his first day, but it was pretty similar to the boy's reaction right now.

Sael moved to the stairs and headed down to the ground floor. He didn't doubt Shin's ability to handle the situation but he'd play backup if needed. When he caught sight of the two of them he moved closer. His head tilted at the sight. Whoever this guy was, he wasn't looking too good. Taking a spot opposite of other man. Unsure of what to actually do he turned to Shin "Hey is he alright?" Sael asked.

Kazumi was on her normal route to the guild, no big surprise, with Kira trotting alongside her. She wasn't sure what the plan for the day was, perhaps she would be looking for a new request or practice her make magic. She just knew she wanted to be around people, as was usually her desire. Other than that, she could go for whatever crazy thing life wanted to throw her way, inviting the unexpected. This thinking led to an interesting observation. As the woman and her fox approached the Street the guild hall was on, Kazu noticed a young man walking significantly faster than the general populous in the same direction. When the her destination was in sight, she discovered that this man was making a B line for Fairy Tail. Why hello, you're new. She thought to herself. He seemed to have more purpose in the way he moved than your average tourist, and naturally this piqued the Crystal Maker's interest, Especially considering the crazy characters that had been showing up lately.

The man stopped in front of the door, which allowed Kazumi to catch up a bit at her own, normal person walking pace. Kira, timid by nature, slowed down a bit in order to walk behind her friend, rather than to the side. Of course, Kazumi did not quite get close enough to greet the man before he opened the door to walk inside. She instead followed him in, catching the door right before it closed back up, and found him frozen again, looking around with an intimidated stare. Ah, yeah this must be a new member or something. Kazu confirmed with herself. I think I'll go comfort him.

She approached him from behind, laying her left hand on his left shoulder and standing to his right. "It's Exciting right? Don't be nervous! We were all you once." At that point, it seemed like Kazu wasn't the only one who wanted to help out. Shin, Who you could always trust to be hanging around the guild hall, and Sai, who Kazumi only met recently, Also approached the brunet man, asking if he was okay or needed some help.

Winderlin mind was taken completely back for a moment when two very cute guys spoke to him. One with red hair and one with dark navy blue hair. But that didn't matter since he didn't know if they were gay and he had bigger fish to fry. Then a really pretty girl with a Vulpix came up from behind him and spoke to him. Winderlin started to get nervous again. His heart started to race and he didn't know what to. He tried to talk but then he began crying a bit. he tried to hold it back but it wasn't easy. he fell to his knees and started to sob a bit.

"My family was killed a few days ago and I didn't know what to do but they said to come here and I just. I need help. I don't know any other family. I have a twin sister I never knew I had. They left me a bag full of jewels and that was it." He said holding the letter up to everyone around him. God he was a mess. He wasn't suppose to do this but he did and he needed to just ride this out. I mean he did just lose his family and stuff but he wanted to be a bit more manly or at least a bit more stable when he got here. I mean he did walk in here like a crazy man and now is crying with a sappy story. god he is messy.

Another new member of the guild walked up to him along with Shin and asked if he knew what was wrong with the stranger when Kazumi showed up right behind him "I really don't know hoping someone knew." he said to the other man standing next to him. Kazumi had said something about this guy being yet another new member to the guild Just what the guild needs another weirdo. He thought as he started to reach out his hand to welcome him. Shin felt kinda creeped out by the strange man until he spoke "Hey man if you need to talk to someone I'll be more than happy to help you through this." he told the man with concern in his voice for the man He's is total pranking us right now. he thought to place his hand on the man's shoulder.

Sael took the initiative, gently reaching out to take the letter. Leaving the other two mages to care and comfort the apparent new member. He frowned a little at Shin, hoping he'd put a little more heart into supporting the recruit than just a hand on the shoulder. Turning his attention to the note itself... Shoot... When he had said that his parents had died when he got this letter he really didn't think of the implications of what that would mean. This letter was literally, the last words of his family. If you want to be poetic about it.

He folded the letter back up, carefully lining up the creases before falling to the ground and into a seated position. Sael gulped nervously. "I'm really sorry about your family." Was all he could say. Sael was out of his zone in situations like these, he only knew how to keep people happy, helping others out of their sorrow was completely unfamiliar territory for him. He had never had to deal with grief like that before. Not knowing what else to do, he tentatively offered back the neatly folded letter. "I think you might want this back."

Well Well Well, this was quite an unexpected turn of events. Suddenly this man was less of a new member and more of a poor soul in desperate need of help, with his family dying tragically and all. While the other two immediate went into comforting him, Kazumi's expression went from encouraging to... sad. Mostly because she could actually kind of relate. "I'm... Really sorry to hear that too. But hey hey, it's okay. We can work this out, you know?" Kazumi hesitated for a bit, not really liking to talk about her own past, but in this case maybe it would make this young man feel better? It was worth a try for sure. "Uhm, If it's any consolation, I lost my family recently too. At least, it still feels like recently." She looked down at Kira, Who looked back at her with a worried expression. "It was... really hard, so I can imagine what you must be feeling right now. But well, Then I traveled around. I met people, I met these people." She gestured to the whole guild hall. "I had no one else to go to either. So I had to join a new family. Maybe... Maybe you need that too, you know?" Kazu then chuckled to herself, mostly to stop herself from going into her own bout of depression. "Well, Maybe that doesn't mean much from a total stranger Like me, but how about we at least start with changing that?" Kazumi removed her arm from his shoulder and walked around to be standing in front of him. "My name's Kazumi Kiseki, but you can just call me Kaz or Kazu." She held her right hand out in a handshake, while her left gestured toward Kira. "And this is my Partner, Kira." Kazu sympathetically smiled in an effort to make the distressed man feel even a little bit better. "Who might you be?"

Being completely taken back from all three people Winderlin didn't know what to do. He was just stunned and speechless. He cried a bit harder at their kidness but straighten himself up. Maybe she was right. I mean this could be why his family sent him here.

"My name is Winderlin King, but most call me Winnie, or Win, or anything really." He said laughing a bit thinking about his nicknames he has. "I come from the King family. We were a normal family from what I knew. But I learned how to use Water Magic" He said as he moved the water vapor in the air around him. "Most people learn how to make water come from them but I learned how to control water from everywhere around me. The only thing I can say that I need to ask about is my sister." Winderlin said. "I didn't know I had a sister.. A twin sister. Her name is Isabella King. Have you guys heard about her or know who she is?" He question them hoping that he had some hope of a family member alive. He didn't like the idea of a whole new family but it did at the same time. "Also I would really be happy if I could join the guild. I think that's what my family wanted. That's why they sent me here. They wanted me to meet new people and keep living my life to the fullest that I can. So please can I join?"

Shin zoned out through most of what Winderlin was saying but he caught bit and pieces but he did hear when he asked to join the guild which made him question his mental state "Umm sure thing bro welcome to the guild! I hope we can do a quest or two some time if I don't do all them before ya." he told him with a small smile on his face, Why join guild an after having your family being killed? this was a rather odd train of thought that someone would make such a choice and seem okay with it.

Shin walked to the bar and got some drinks for everyone "Why don't we drink to our newest guildmate? Cheers to Winderlin becoming a Fairy Tail mage!" he said if everyone took a drink and raised it into the air. Who knows maybe Shin was just over thinking it or just really out of it as it was a time to party and find his true love where she may be hiding.

Sael managed a small smile at King's display of magic. So fluid, ironically more flexible than his own magic. It was good to see than Kazumi's efforts were not in vain, he seemed cheerier already. But his smile died when King mentioned his sister Isabella. "I recently joined the guild, sorry... I haven't heard anything about your sister. Though I'm sure you'll find her soon." He assured.

Sael are ecstatic to hear that they were going to get a new member to the guild. Before he could express his interest Shin was already announcing the news, and offering drinks. Well, if there was ever a time to celebrate it would be for a new guild mate. Sael turned to look toward his guild mates, who took up Shin on his offer. Reluctantly he took a glass and tilted it towards King. "To Winderlin." He shyly offered before downing the whole thing in one go. Instantly coughing the stuff back up, or trying to. After a few moments of trying to clear his throat he clarified. "Sorry, wrong pipe."

Kazumi was all for a new member joining the ranks, and she hoped that Winne would be a good addition to the team of magnolia mages. His magic was actually pretty cool, the ability to manipulate water. Even Kira was looking up at the display in awe. Of course, he would not be without his hardships. He would have to do a fair amount of coping, sure, but that was to be expected considering what had just happened to him. "Hmm, I've never heard that name before, but I'll keep an ear open for some info, definitely." Kazumi just hoped that she could be any help to him in the future. Still, the shocked and depressed air needed to be lightened up. So when Shin offered up a toast, Kazumi was in one hundred percent... well, except to drinking part. She accepted the glass for the toast, but she would put it down immediately afterward. "To Winnie! Welcome aboard! You'll fit in great with us, no worries!" Kira also offered up celebration, Bouncing around the newcomer happily. "Let's go looking for a bright Future together!" She raised her glass with the others, officially welcoming Mr. Winderlin King to the Guild of Fairy Tail.

Winderlin was shocked of how open this guild was with him. He didn't think it was going to be this easy with them. Yes he asked really quick and tried to get over his family's death but no one questioned him. Which scared him for a minute when he thought about. He didn't understand how everyone was so accepting of him but he shook his head, he started to over look things and it was stupid to so some. Everyone cheered his name and was happy to found something really quick. Winderlin smiled at everyone.

"Thank you everyone. This really means a lot to me. I promise I won't let anyone down." Winderlin said joining everyone in drinking what was served to them but then Sael nearly died drinking the drink. Winderlin laughed a bit thinking the whole thing was funny. This was going to be one hell of a ride he thought. Doing quests, fighting people, having friends, and looking for Isabella. His life just got really hard and Winderlin doesn't even really know how or why it happen but it is. He his about to take a crazy chapter in his life and these guys were here for him.
