History History: She was born to a noble house of samurai and other warriors. To her and her family, the mention of Fiore was a lost name they knew near to nothing about. All they knew was their home, their village, and the forest around Sin that surrounded them. Since she was a child, she was raised to be strong and was taught the magic her father had always known. In her village, each family had their own magic, and often residents would clash in friendly bouts to prove who was superior. Manji was an honorable name then. It was no contest that The Soul of The Manji was the strongest of them all, the only question was who was the strongest Manji, It had been known that Manji had always struck down their ancestors. It was not an act of betrayal, but of tradition, For them, it was a right of passage. Chisu's story starts here, as the first Manji to refuse to slay her mentor, her father. To the people, this was unheard of. It was the way a Manji ascended their family clan ranks. But she would never betray her blood. She had grown to be her father's equal in power, but had trouble executing her skills. Eventually she stopped training, refusing to take part in something that would kill her father. One day, in her own rage against her family's fate, she would take a walk into the neighboring forest. She wanted nothing more than to clear her mind and enjoy the scenery. When she returned, as she got closer to home, she could hear fighting, and she would fear the worst. She would find her village burned and in ruins. Her relatives slain and killed. She ran into town to try and find her father, only to find his body laying in their home. Before she could call out his name she would find nothing but black and a pain at the back of her head. She would awake to find herself in the back of a truck with many of the village relics as well as few other survivors. Chests inscribed with other family names were in her view. She wanted to reach out to them but find herself tied to the truck wall. Watching the other survivors, she found no motive as to why they would strike them or capture them. They were peaceful and often dealt with many people and sold even the most sacred relics. As fate would have it, the truck would hit a bump, and weapons would reveal themselves before her and few of the survivors. She would soon find her father's blade, along with a long box that held her name. The others would free themselves and then her, and take a chance to take over the truck. Eventually she would find herself running from her own misfortune with nothing but a sword and a box full of mystery. She would run until she would find a home. And that's when she found Fiore.
