Slowly she would roll a little to the right where the end of the bed was and slid her legs towards the floor so they touched. She felt the cold wood, giving her small chills that only lasted a small second. Already she could feel the semi-warm breeze through the cheap made door. 'Feels actually nice.' she thought and started to strip to change into her swimsuit. ''I guess this will have to do.'' she spoke out loud to herself, seeing that it was somewhat small on her, but she really wanted to go swimming. Slowly she would exit, going down the three stairs that would then have her feet mixing with sand. Her wide womanly hips would sway left and right, her long purple hair would flow back as she walked forward towards the water. The huts were really useful to reside in and for just being really close to the water. It was nice though that there was no one around besides her.

Another day the the beach. One could never have too many of these, especially with only one more Summer month left to enjoy. As much as she was clearly not built for this heat - fanning herself as her elbow rested lazily over the counter - she enjoyed it nonetheless. Perhaps she loved the refreshing feeling of jumping into the ocean or a swimming pool, or maybe she just loved the excuse for flaunting her body without infringing upon the most basic modesty. She couldn't help but smile when the beach bar boy looked at her, uttering a graceful "Thank you~", when he returned with her Mai-Tai.
She stirred her drink as she once more walked back onto the soft, hot sand, walking casually around the beach as the wind sent her ponytail fluttering about. Watching the sights, relishing the absence of people, and most of all, taking in the ocean in all it's glory. That was, until her eyes settled upon a breathtaking beauty, a heavenly visage: a tall woman with flowing purple hair, wearing a black swimsuit that left little to the imagination.
Very little...
Alisa scanned down her body, and then back up, and for once couldn't help but linger on the woman's chest more than she normally might. Such perk for such size made her wonder if her surprisingly elegant one piece hadn't been designed for a woman a few cups below. It was wierd, finding herself in this position.
She had fallen prey to the same spell she often unwittingly placed people under, the gravity-defying kind that had her uttering words such as 'eyes are up here'. Objectively, this woman had an impressive figure, full and sensual, yet though her swimsuit greatly highlighted it, Alisa knew the angel would still be stunning if covered by a turtleneck sweater.
Regardless, the artist would smile cooly should their eyes meet, gracefully brushing a strand of hair behind her ear, silently hoping she hadn't been gazing at the woman's chest more than elegance would allow. She took confidence in breaking free from the spell quickly enough, though whether or not she'd bother approaching would hinge on how the woman reacted to her presence.

Her thoughts couldn't help but drift to the beastmaster who she hadn't seen since their travel to to Hargeon... In a way, this was likely for the best as the girl wouldn't be involved in the attck on the guild, though Alisa hoped she was alright. Hell, she might even be fine with her fooling around with another person so long as she was alright. She couldn't help but worry about those she cared about, and hoped a new acquaintance in all her gorgeous glory would help ease her mind off things she could do nothing about. Even though she was all alone in the beach (or perhaps because of it) the mysterious woman seemed rather welcoming of her presence, waving in greeting and making Alisa's lips widen in turn:
"Good afternoon~", she'd return the warm greeting with a graceful smile and cool tone, walking over and meeting the girl halfway, "I'm doing alright, how about you?"
Her chosen distance of one and a half meters worked perfectly fine for the sculptress as well: She didn't show it but the crystal mage didn't trust people easily, and wouldn't normally get any closer than what strangers could hit her with a sword or spell without giving her time to react. However, this was also subject to her whims... She stirred her drink with the straw as she raised it up to her lips, an action that pressed her breasts tighter together ever so slightly, before taking a little slip. Chilled, fruity with a slight alcoholic hint, just the way she liked it.
As she'd just seen her step out of the hut, Alisa guessed the girl had been here for a while - naturally longer than herself - presenting a perfect topic for a little chat, and the ideal excuse to stick around, "Indeed, you'd expect it to be more popular with the weather this lovely... How's the sea been today?", she'd ask, looking towards the ocean with an obvious desire to jump right into it, before looking back at the violet haired beauty and smiling, "Name's Alisa by the way."
They had rather similar body types and voluptuous proportions too, with her having a couple of inches on Alisa and a fuller hourglass shape than the Pegasus artist. Though clearly this woman would also be home in her guild. The raven haired girl's blue stamp was partially visible under her pink, stylish one piece, and the taller girl might easily spot it if she stared hard enough. She'd need to stare really hard to understand it was a symbol of Blue Pegasus, unless she had met Alisa in the past. There was something somewhat familiar in the way she spoke, but her appearance and the vibe she gave off were unlike anybody she'd ever met.

Time all but seemed to slow for a moment as the two girls admired each other's beauty, casually but discreetly. Alisa for one didn't bother hiding her admiration, looking up into the purplette's eyes as her face leaned slightly over the fruity cocktail. But when she said her name, the girl's posture which had already been welcoming to begin with, visibly warmed and mellowed out further. A visible change that, from one loner to another, hinted at familiarity.
"Oh my, Arisa... You look... Taller~", Alisa would tease with a playful chuckle. For all her cool, she couldn't help betray a bit of surprise, her eyebrows raising for a split second before her smile widened further.
She had somewhat figured this out before, but she understood Arisa liked being admired as much as she did, and how could this Pegasus deny her vanity. She watched the girl take two steps, following the jiggly motion of her curves, but oddly enough the place she lingered was the winged tattoo on her back. Regardless, Alisa promptly walked up to her side. Her walk too turned a good bit more elegant, halfway between her usual stride and how she might show off over a catwalk, one hand resting on her hip. They'd never been quite as wide as the taller girl's, but even then Alisa's recent training sacrificed a bit of her fullness, her body displaying a somewhat visible tone as she walked. It defenitely made her butt look perkier and her well rounded breasts more shapely, a sensual layer of softness concealing a figure honed and trained for battle:
"Pretty much. Doesn't look like we'll have any lack of water.", she quipped back as they arrived at the ocean's edge. Alisa had to fight the urge to jump back in. Between the heat, sunblock and salty ocean air, her skin had aquired a rather visible sheen to it, little droplets making their way down from her forehead and into the depths of her cleavage, "It looks crystal clear too. Ah, so tempting~"
She'd point out, fanning herself and looking between the seafloor and Arisa with a smile. Suddenly, her cool smile turned playful and the crystal mage dove headfirst into a larger, oncoming wave, cleansing away the heat with the refreshing sea water... And likely splashing her acquaintance a fair bit.

''Can we make sure we don't go too far out?'' she would say worryingly. Her sunset brown eyes would look and wander towards all places. Slowly she would swim towards Alisa not totally sure on where she went, but guessed from where she dived. As she swam towards the location, her eyes would watch the water as she was super paranoid of what was in it.
Sun Sep 17, 2017 7:51 am
As they went past the breaking waves, the water would become quite clear and let them see just about everywhere around them, absolute visibility. They could look at the bottom of the sea and sometimes see little schools of smaller fishes swimming by their feet, so much that even the normally careful Alisa felt comfortable letting down her guard somewhat, knowing it would be impossible for any stranger to approach without them seeing it coming way in advance.
Thus, she focused on the the ocean's caress enveloping her body, "Right?", she'd answer in agreement, relishing refreshment from the sun's rays, the ultimate relief to her overheating body. Alisa would slowly run her hands up her forehead as she emerged, slicking her long raven hair back, then opening her eyes look at Arisa.
Yet the next request on Arisa's part puzzled the Pegasus, who just tilted her head ever so slightly, letting locks of raven hair drape down her shoulder. She didn't really look like she was afraid of water to begin with, but now here she was, finding it hard to relax and asking not to venture too far out. The only thing Alisa could do was try to reassure her, offering a kind hand and a calm but comforting smile, "It's alright. I'll be here with you the whole way.", the artist was completely at ease, and hoped some of that confidence could help put her new acquaintance at ease, if only a little bit, before swimming out just enough that they'd lose footing, about 2 or so meters depth of water.

The girl relaxed slightly at Alisa's words, yet even then she didn't really know what exactly the girl truly feared. The water, simply losing her footing, or perhaps being ambushed while dipping in the Ocean? All she knew was Arisa didn't really fear the sculptress herself, enough that her company sufficing in helping her feel at ease. Oddly enough, even with all her trust issues, Alisa didn't really mind letting the girl get close. Her instintincts felt at peace, her intuition suggesting she could be trusted. She defenitely appreciated this, as very few people had this effect on the crystal mage.
They could admire each other's beauty, certainly, though Arisa betrayed no intention of digging past Alisa's cool and tugging at her inner romantic, not that she cared much too. She'd made a conscious choice to forgo romantic interest, and could normally hold herself to this decision
"Oh, you ordered food huh?", she asked somewhat rethorically since she could see the answer rigth before her eyes, beating her legs and swimming back towards the shore on wave assisted backstrokes. The violet haired woman didn't pay the guy himself too much attention, and to the sculptress, it didn't look like she knew him, but hey, she could be wrong, "Mmmm, i appreciate it, and I think I'll take you up on that offer.", she answered with graceful, appreciating smirk betraying the slightest hint of hunger. Indeed she could go for some snacks tight now...
As she slowly stepped out of the water, slicking her wet hair back before running fingers under the edges of her bathing suit, a cool breeze brough goosebumps to her soaked, salt glistening body, a genuinely refreshing feeling under this searing sunlight. She'd take a seat on the soft cloth across Arisa, before looking over what she'd ordered to eat.

Truly, Arisa didn't seem too confortable waist deep in water, let alone any deeper. How could she tell? If there was ever any doubt before, it would have been thrown out the window the very moment Alisa watched the girl get her feet back on soft, dry sand. Strange... Alisa would never have guessed the girl to be afraid of water, that with having been resting here at the beach long before the Pegasus arrived, so what could be on her mind? No doubt she'd find out eventually, even if not today.
"Hmmm~...", Alisa smiled and hummed with visible interest, secretly already feeling her mouth water at the selection before her, "I see you pulled out all the stops.", yet the way she couldn't help but stare at the food hinted at her real desires even if her elegance didn't. She'd finish by looking right across the towel at Arisa and shifting her butt somewhat, so she could comfortably cross her legs in front of her, "I think I'll try a little bit of everything."
She had already drunk a Mai tai before she ran into Arisa, so she started by pouring herself something non alcoholic; the smoothies, before grabbing some strawberries and a slice of pineapple for appetizers, and plopping one of the former into her mouth. Ripe and juicy, with an undeniable sweetness. As the fruity flavor tantalized her taste buds, the artist focused on the beauty across her, speaking inbetween mouthfuls and often with one hand in front of her mouth:
"...So, what have you been up to?", she inquired, casually making conversation even though she was clearly interested in getting to know this girl a bit better. She could count with her fingers the amount of people towards whom her instincts seemed willing to trust, and Arisa was one of them. For reasons Alisa had yet to put her finger on...

The two ate in peace and silence for the first few moments, with Alisa finishing the fruity appetizers before grabbing herself a sandwich. Though she had lunch not that long ago, she'd spent enough time walking around the beach to feel a bit peckish for a mid afternoon snack. She might have probably endured it until she got back to the hotel, but since Arisa was kind enough to tease her hunger, might as well dig in, right?
"Yes, I understand that very well...", she answered, her eyes drifting off into the distance as she once more thought back to Marina, perhaps wondering if - had she been more assertive - the pretty nomad might not have left so suddenly. Alas, detaching herself from anything romantic meant Alisa's forward nature could do little to help her in such matters...
The two had been left at that treshold between friends and lovers so much Alisa found it hard to pick one of the two to describe them. She found it hard going too long without wondering what she was doing, hoping she was alright. Her caring affection went to war with her aloof desire for freedom, to sever all bonds and keep walking her own roaming path as she'd been doing until now... But that lingering attachement to the girl would never go away, and deep down, Alisa didn't really want it to. Everyone she cared about, everyone she loved, everyone who made an impression on her... Each and every one of those people had a permanent room in her heart, and she wouldn't have it any other way:
"I had a similar situation not that long ago.", explained Alisa, her smile full of understanding, "Ultimately I chose to say nothing and just go with the flow... But now that flow has come to a halt, I can't help but think I might have been able to change it, If I tried.", but at this point, her contemplative nature came forth as she couldn't help thinking out loud with a longing look, sharing those intimate thoughts with a girl she barely knew, "Of course, you never know whether the change you bring about will help you achieve what you desire. The best I can tell you is to follow your heart, and trust your instincts. And know there are ways to express your feelings without exchanging a single word."

Alisa's eyes widened as she took the first bite: This sandwich was really good. Oh, so this must be that famous sub chain everybody's going on about. There weren't that many around her hometown, and thus she'd never really grown a taste for them. But this bacon and turkey combo though... This sounded like something she had to try after a heavy workout, the kind where she'd feel all but unable to move by the time it ended. Of course, she also had to praise Arisa for such a wonderful treat... But not now. After all, only a few sentence in and Alisa had already understood this was going to be difficult. It always was. Here she was trying to council Arisa on something she herself had been unable or willing to do, much like she did before.
The scuptress naturally hesitated in answering the first question, not wanting to tell a girl she barely knew how to handle a guy she defenitely didn't know. Her expression betrayed her uncertainty for once, and Arisa's next words proved it right:
"Then how can you convince someone of your feelings when you yourself don't even know the answer yet?", Alisa would ask calm and sweetly, cracking a beer open as she finally finished her smoothie, "For all you know, he could feel just as unsure as you are, and unless you've mustered your resolve, you might not get through to him. Just be patient, for now at least.", indeed this counted as the best advice she could give her under these circumstances, "It's not my place to tell you what do about a man I've never met... What I do know is, the more time you spend with him, the more you think on your feelings, the clearer the answer will become."
She chugged a good bit of her beer bottle, knowing such an intimate conversation with someone she wasn't yet close to might benefit from a bit of alcohol. In the end she still didn't know if anything would have changed had she made a move on Marina sooner, but even had she known then what she knew now, she wouldn't simply believe jumping headfirst would miraculously solve the problem... And defenitely not without properly knowing the target of those affections.

She still remembered one boyfriend to whom she'd said 'I love you' by accident. Not that she didn't mean it, of course she did. But she had misunderstood the boy and believed he'd just said those words, and returned them, only to find out her misunderstanding. But it worked. One look into his eyes at that time immediately confirmed he liked what he heard, and she said it again and again... And on and on she thought, gears turning inside her head seven ways to sunday as Alisa considered the best ways to help Arisa, who she couldn't help but think of as a friend. Of course, said friend would soon wind up completely surprising her:
"Eeh?!", interjected Alisa, brow raising and eyes shooting wide for a brief moment as her new friend completely forgot what they were talking about, despite how important it seemed to her. Does she have the memory of a bird? No matter. As she seemed to have completely forgotten what they were doing, Alisa simply waved her off with a graceful, "Well, see you later~"
Half worried and half amused, Alisa simply finished what little remained of her food, packing up the rest in the basket it had come from and leaving it for the graceful woman to find when she came back. Of course, she still shot quite a few glances at the tall girl's sensual sway; though she hated seeing her leave, she loved watching her go...
