She didn't really have the answer... What to do with the kid was something Arisa herself would have to figure out, but like Alisa told her, she didn't really have to do it now, "Only you can answer that question...", she'd reiterate, petting the girl's long, flowing violet hair, "But, don't decide based on what your mother would or wouldn't have done; you're your own person."
Alas, they wouldn't have much time to debate this further. Out of nowhere, a rumbling echoed through the cave and another black hole appeared, sucking Arisa into it before Alisa had a chance to do anything about it.
"ARI!!!", she called out in a frenzy, before groaning and rising out of the water, "Ugh, not again..."
She had to find Arisa... But no matter how hard she looked around, the girl wasn't inside the cave. Maybe outside then? Which meant she now had to find the exit... How hard could it be? Fortunately, it appeared her assumption hadn't been too far off. The odd ground soon gave way to sand once again as her eyes were graced with the same old kind of light they were used to; the later afternoon sun's warm, gentle embrace. God knows she needed it after who knows how long they had to spend cooped up inside that cave:
"Aaah, feels good to be back outside...!", Alisa sighed and stretched her arms out wide with a thoroughly content smile on her face.
But now that she was out and could finally look at her friend's face, she remembered Arisa wasn't really around her anymore. She had to find her... Where could she have gone this time...? Perhaps Alisa might just go back to investigate by herself, but first she had to look around for Arisa outside. She didn't know how long that would take either, or if she'd ever see the girl anytime soon, whatever little she knew. Only time would tell...
