Client:

Bishop Santos: A crude and cunning man who has seized a majority of the control in Dahlia using his influence as a bishop. Santos leads inquisitive trials, burns people to the stake, and tortures those whom he believes to be colluding with the forces of the night. He seems to be very ignorant to the fact that most things can not be solved through his religious methods.

Summary: Bishop Santos appreciates that you have taken care of the pests who were undermining his authority and possibly causing a riot with their blasphemous ideas. There is a new problem though. There are a few people who go outside at night and tear down the fliers of the church. The bishop is convinced that they are heretics who want to see the city burn in flames and become a delicious meal for some demonic overlord. Before they manage to realize these absurd goals of theirs, the bishop needs these heretics removed.

Objective: Murder those who oppose Bishop Santos and tear down the fliers from the walls at night to take a stand against the illegitimate seizure of control in Dahlia.

Details:

Create a topic in the Abandoned Streets.
It is night time. Cloak yourself and wander through the street without drawing much attention to yourself. Move in stealth to not scare away the possible culprits. It is difficult to not draw much attention to yourself since almost no one is out walking on the streets at night.
At some point, two cloaked figures will approach one of the fliers on the walls and tear it down. Chase them when they bolt away into an alley. They're quite fast but will quickly run out of stamina and run into a dead end.
When that happens, they'll turn around and take down their cloaks. They're two young men. Before you attempt to murder them, one of them will say: "Do you know what is scarier than the monsters who hides in the light and shows its teeth in the dark? The monster who does not hide in the light but hides its teeth behind a smile."
Take down the two young men. They'll put up a fight but posses little to no experience at all. When they're taken care of, one of them will mutter something and have face filled with regret as they breathe out their last breath. Seems like they really had something personal against the bishop.
After you're done, disappear into the night.
