Syliph walked down the dirt path towards farmer Jim's farm, last time he was here there had been when the enchanted vines were terrorizing his farm and killing his employees. Syliph Shrugged the thought away, that night had been interesting, he doubted that Farmer Jim would even recognize him, ever since that weird blood potion he drank, his body had changed, he didn't have the somewhat long black hair anymore, now it was a tannish-green color, and his skin was tanner too, and his eyes had mostly stayed the same. He did feel slightly taller, but it was probably just him imagining things.

Walking down the set of wooden stairs dug into the hillside, Syliph proceeded towards Farmer Jim's farm in the valley farmland. Looking over he saw the circle of charred ground in the farmland where the blue orb must have been.

Syliph walked up towards Farmer Jim who was shouting orders to his workers, "Go here!, Go There! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!
THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DO IT SAMPSON." Farmer Jim also said many other things that Syliph chose to ignore, they were rather unsavory in their meaning. Walking up behind him he tapped Farmer Jim,"Hi, I'm here to crate some cabbages." Syliph said. Farmer Jim turned around and sighed, "Its about time you showed up! UGH, you wizards are so incompetent! Okay, to bag my PRECIOUS cabbages. You take these cabbages and place 17 in a crate, each one swaddled in a special blanket made just for them, It's what my farm is known for, If you mess up, its coming out of your pay!" Farmer Jim yelled. Syliph cringed, he liked him better when he was in danger and thankful, not in his I'm an awful angry boss mode. Brushing it off Syliph went back on his way and walked into the cabbage field where a pile of cabbages sat and a pile of blankets, "You are too over the top Farmer Jim."

Syliph finally made it over to the pile which had been a lot farther than he had anticipated. Farmer Jim was certainly dedicated to his cabbages, all of the cabbages in about a 3 meter radius had a little name tag staked into the ground next to them, and a bag of blankets was at Syliph's disposal. Grabbing the bad he placed it on his back and began to walk around looking at each one. There were about 25 different names in this three meter radius, Sighing he read the list in the bag.

Syliph sighed, there were TOO many names for him to follow along, but he wasn't gonna take the risk of blanketing randomly and getting caught by Famer Jim who probably had the sixth sense when it came to his cabbages, Syliph shuddered, he really didn't hope that he'd see him again in this attitude, he was pretty terrifying and he wasn't exactly fond of it. Sighing he continued on his work

Syliph continued on through his day, he still had 75 cabbages to bad, each one with a personal blanket he had to kindly swaddle them in and place in a nearby crate, he had already done this with the first 25 he had found. Groaning he rubbed his head, he honestly wondered why people bought such extravagant food. Looking at his list, he had 25 of them crossed off, 75 more to go

Rolling his eyes Syliph went through the list, picking up each Cabbage delicately, cooing to it as he was instructed and swaddling it in its personal blanket and putting it in a crate so it can be sent off to its doom where someone will eat it and not think a second thing about it, well that's kind of grim. Syliph thought. Rolling his eyes he went back to work, he was tired and this was nothing more than a job. Suddenly the cat materialized on his shoulder, "I found some more of my magic behind on of his farms, I must have battled here years ago, finish up and we can go find it together." It whispered in his ear. Syliph nodded and the cat disappeared. Hurrying up his job, Syliph cooed less and blanketed faster, and maybe put them in a little less gently into the crates. But not enough to ever be noticed by anyone. After her finished blanketing and crating all 100 cabbages he slumped against the side of the crate, "I want to die." Was all he could say. Appearing from behind Farmer Jim loomed over him, the setting sun making him look even more ominous, "Here's your money turd, get out." he said. Syliph shot Farmer Jim a look of visible disgust, "I'm gonna chalk up your unsavory attitude to stress, the first time I met you, you were much nicer, not as rude. I hope you remember the fact that I saved you." Syliph smiled and took the reward, leaving Farmer Jim to wallow in his guilt.

Syliph snuck around the barn to find the cat digging a small hole in the ground. Syliph yelled, "don't you remember what happened last time unburried one of these things, EVIL ENCHANTED VINES!" The cat made a disgruntled meow, "Well, I'm the magic's owner, so it shouldn't happen this time." the cat said. Suddenly a light burst from the ground and Syliph shielded his face from any oncoming blast of energy, but the woman/cat just abosrbed all the energy that was about to break forth, "Don't be such a wimp, you would have been fine. Lets go."
Syliph groaned and followed behind
