NEBULUS MAGIC STARTING D-RANK SPELLS

Duration: Sustained
Effect: Inspired by the drill/conical shaped necklace given to him by his mother as a child, Many of Jun’s attacks follow a cone or drill theme, the most primary of these is the Nebulus Core Drill. Pulling matter from around himself, Jun raises his hand in the air and forms a conical weapon around his hand used for striking and piercing. The drill is roughly 1 meter long and 0.5 meters wide at its base. Striking with the drill will deal D-Rank piercing damage.

Effect: Pulling matter from around himself, Jun points both hands out in front of him with one hand gripping his other wrist. In front of his hand matter is pulled from the ether to create a glowing drill that is launched at an opponent. . The drill is roughly 1 meter long and 0.5 meters wide at its base. If the attack lands it will deal D-Rank piercing damage.

Requirements: Nebulus Magic
Type: Defensive
Element: Light
Range: 1 meter across
Cooldown: 1 Post
Duration: Sustain
Effect: Pulling matter from around himself Jun thrusts both hands towards the ground prompting a cones of light energy to fire up in front of him, The cones have a diameter of 0.5 meter at their base and have a height of 1 meter. the cones only appear directly in front of Jun and no other place. These cones can protect against 2 D-Rank spells or 1 C-Rank Spell.

Mana Cost: 25
Requirements: Nebulus Magic
Type: Supplementary
Element: Light
Range: 5 meters
Cooldown: 1 Post
Duration: Instant
Effect: Gripping one hand tight Jun throws a “ball” of light no bigger than a marble towards an opponent. Upon reaching the opponent this ball flashes, obscuring the vision of an opponent allowing for a follow up attack or an escape. This attack only effect opponent in a 1 meter diameter.

Hello, I'll be grading your spells.

Nebulus Core Drill:

  • You forgot to state the element of the spell.
  • Remove the 'light elemental damage' in the end of your sentence. As long as you have the element mentioned in its own section, it's not necessary.
  • Note that you can only deal 1 D-Rank damage per post.


Nebulus Core Drill Shot:

  • Include the dimensions of the said drill.
  • Remove the light elemental damage.


Nebulus Shield:

  • Denied. Full body defensive spells are only allowed at S-Rank.
  • D-Rank defensive spells can only be used to shield 1 rank higher than them, so only 1 C-Rank.


Nebulus Flash:

  • Mention that the area of the flash can only be within 1 meter diameter and those out of range will not be affected.


Attunement:

  • D-Rank spells can only have 1 meter AoE and cannot have more than 1 post of cooldown.

    "...He can hear a pin drop, smell the faintest of aromas feel the changes in the air, and more importantly he can see anything, on any plane of existence."

  • Remove this sentence. A sensory spell can only allow the user to inform where the enemies are located and nothing more.

Removed Attunement i mainly put it in there as way for Jun to commune with spirits though i'm assuming i can just do this without having a spell for it?

Nebulus Shield:

  • You cannot have a diameter for shields. I'll repeat: full body defenses are only allowed at S-Rank, meaning that you cannot have a shield that protects your entire body, but just either front, back or your sides.
  • What is 1 Effect stated in your range?


The rest is approved. You can have 5 free D-Rank starters, feel free to add 1 more but if you wish to only have 4, that's fine.

The shield does not have a diameter, the cones themselves only appear inf front of the user but as they are conical in shape the cones have a diameter. i will edit this to be the case in the spell.
