A sigh left her lips as she looked across the Crocus Gardens. For a second, she was transported as she gazed at how beautiful the land really was: the emerald leaves that shook due to the light wind that grazed them, the chirps of birds flying overhead that came out on one of the good days where the sun shone on the fields of Crocus, the aroma in the air which lured everyone with hopes of peace and serenity. Certainly, what a wonderful day it was.
However, Asura wasn't here to admire the scenery as she snapped out of her daze and pursed her lips slightly. She was a little bit annoyed and baffled though her face remained as stone cold and passive as ever. The reason Asura had ventured to the Crocus Gardens, shortly after leaving the inn on the Crocus Streets was because she was assigned with another mission. This time, the mission was far easier than the previous one however, at the same time, made her wonder why this was even a mission.
About an hour or so ago, she had met up with Armin Bartholomew, a seated among his fellow fleet and definitely not an unheard name. He was from the Bartholomew bloodline, a rather prestigious family whose head was a very well-known and acknowledged knight whom had passed away quite some time ago. Armin was his son and tales of Armin's escapades had flourished within the city; of how he helped anyone he could regardless of what their situation might be. In Asura's eyes, that was a very admirable thing to do. So, when she received a request that he was in need of some assistance, she was definitely very eager to know what it would be.
But, she definitely didn't expect this.
"I am so sorry, I know this sounds very stupid," Armin had said, "But can you please help me find my sword?" Asura had looked at him blankly, though, in her head, she was all forms of confused. Find his sword, what?
"Could you please elaborate?"
"Well, you see," Armin started, his fingers fidgeting with each other as he kept his gaze down, "I kinda might have lost my sword. And I don’t know where it is. And I'm really busy right now helping this old couple build their shop so I was wondering if you could, maybe go search for it in my stead? Please?" Asura merely blinked at him, definitely not expecting this. From what she had heard of his father, she expected Armin to follow his footsteps. That didn't really seem to be the case.
Holding back a sigh, Asura asked, "Do you remember where you could have left it?"
Armin's eyes lightened up as he looked at her and then flushed lightly, "Well, not really. But if it helps, I think I used it somewhere around Crocus Garden."
Asura really held herself back from tsking at him. Crocus Graden was a big place, how could he expect her to find it there? But, well, he is doing good deeds and helping the world become a better place so maybe she could do this for him, just once. She nodded and he beamed happily at her, thanking her continuously.
