Personal Name: Scylla Barielle Age: February 4th, X763 Gender: Female Sexuality: Lesbian. Class: Cleric Race: N/A Rank: D-rank Guild: Phantom Lord Tattoo: Right Thigh — Teal Face: Aqua — Konosuba Appearance Height: 5'4'' — 163 cm Weight: 110 Lbs — 49 Kg Hair: Aquamarine Eyes: Blue Overall: Scylla Barielle could be described as the embodiment of water itself, being almost supernaturally beautiful, poised and elegant. Always standing with perfect posture and poise, minding her manners and carrying herself with great beauty and femininity, in fact, most would compare her beauty to that of a goddess. She has sky blue waist-long hair that is partially tied into a loop with a water-molecule (H₂O) shaped clip. Her clothes varying in different blue hues, with her ordinary and most commonly seen attire consisting of a vest, detached sleeves, thigh-high boots, a miniskirt, and a transparent underskirt. For special and formal occasions, she will pair this outfit with a translucent pink hagoromo, which she considers very precious to her. Personality Personality: Words you would use to describe the vibe Scylla washes over you could be bubbly, energetic, animated, and just full of spirit. She puts on a front of a spry nature that, naturally, draws people in. In Phantom Lord, her bubbly and energetic nature is what makes her a diamond in the rough. Though she has a strong sense of wrong and right, her moral compass' arrow is undeniably broken and acting as a judge, jury, and executioner to those she considers wrong-doers in her eyes is what makes her a fierce foe indeed. But this is all false advertisement as Scylla is actually a conniving, backstabbing, deceptive, heartless woman. She likes to play with her enemies, doing it subconsciously sometimes, even. When her true nature reveals itself, the people around her goes in shock after they see Scylla in such state, believing her to be the "nice, kind and caring girl" she made them to believe. Scylla loves to see when such thing happens, getting filled with joy after seeing their reactions. Scylla can be really greedy, always trying to get everything she can get her hands on. The poverty doesn't help, though, which leads her to go over the art to of thievery, getting to remember her old ways. Scylla sometimes can't remember anything she says, no matter how much someone tries to remember her. Sometimes making her look stupid, a thing she hates entirely. She just smiles, dumbfounded. Once she gets in an argument, she can be relentless, passive-aggressive. She will do anything to prove she is right, believing she always is. The judue, jury and executioner is ALWAYS right. This can be her downfall, as someone will still get to tell Scylla some things she won't like. Likes:

Being born into a family of thieves, Scylla knew was raised to appreciate the little things but they were never enough. She always wanted more for herself than such a provincial life. This was something that her family nor anyone in the village could give her and thus she would have to earn it herself and reform her life completely. Being born as a nobody does mean you are destined to be a nobody and Scylla was determined to prove it, to become someone. So she trained, not only in her powerful magic but with her mesmerizing voice which was comparable to sirens of the ancient myths she often read about in the village's library. Knowledge was just another thing of many that she longed for and it was necessary for her 'reformation' It was in this same library that she read "The tale of maidens", a legend that spoke of four maidens, each representing one of the four main elements. Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. Scylla became obsessed with this tale, and with her natural affinity towards water, became the self-proclaimed water maiden. With no proof of such thing, her village only laughed, teased, and taunted much to Scylla's dismay. Why did they not believe her? Was it not possible that someone from their village could have such power? To be the reincarnation of the very maidens that once walked earthland. No. They were mocking themselves. Their refusal to accept would be their downfall and Scylla would make sure of that. She was certain that she was destined for greatness and this lowly village was not it. With a plan in her mind, Scylla stole a rowboat and began to sail away. She promised herself that she would never look back but alas, a cruel twist of fate. A storm swept across the seas, the boat began to roll from side to side and the temperature dipped. Dark clouds suddenly blew over obscuring the moon. The clouds grimly churned in the night sky and the moon casting down shivers of light with a ghostly glow. Underneath the moon, the rain was moving rapidly towards the ship like a wraith's veil of sorrow. A winnowing wind fermented and howled, rippling the surface of the previously calm sea. This storm completely obliterated her ship, sinking to the depths of the sea Scylla began to drown. This is when she felt something she had never felt before, power. She was unaware of this new feeling but something inside her clicked, and her once weak water magic somehow seemed so much stronger and it was in this moment that she knew for certain, she was the water maiden. Her magic aided in her survival but she still had blacked out and when she awoke she was not in her village anymore, but somewhere unrecognizable. With no idea where she was Scylla had no choice but to explore and explore she did. Traveling through Fiore for some time before finally settling down in Phantom Lord, as if fate had brought her to the other maidens. Reference: Ashe Vermilion. |
