Overall: Terumi is a very outspoken, tall young man. His skin smooth and dark as silk chocolate, respectively, with hair bright and mellow like lilac. Though lean on fat and water weight, his body frame is muscular and evenly toned on the lower and upper halves. His hair, though frizzy in a manner that gives sit a constantly upward and slicked back appearance, he usually has one bundle of hair hanging down onto his forehead in a curved manner, the bundle becoming straighter the further away from the base it is.
Extra: On his left shoulder, Terumi bares a crescent white scar, though more accurately a peach flesh tone, it's shape as an elongated two sided wound, that stretches out to a third end over his bicep.

Personality

Personality: For as serious as he may appear, Terumi is the better half to his brother Tecka. Where his brother is prone to fighting, and loves conflict Terumi is more pacifist, only fighting when need be or if there is a common goal worthy to be fighting for. He is easily excited and very friendly to those he gets close to or even meets for the first time, although underneath his friendly demeanor he is watching the individual to determine where they fit underneath his moral judgment. Though not as far sighted, Terumi is better at thinking in the now and going with the flow of things. His demeanor is typically laid back and his nearsightedness gives him absolute focus over one thing at a time as opposed to many. He is a loud voice in any room despite the set volume and talks very often with no pause. Many people choose to either follow, or surround themselves with Terumi for this reason. His reasons for smiling, his trust, and strength all stem from the same source- a bond with others that isn't simply broken through bad blood or mood. Any and all who associate with Terumi are friend, and maybe foe but never left from his life. And even if out of it temporarily, he manages to ensure they make a swift return for deep under his friendly exterior, further underneath his need for forming bonds between all people he desires to love and be loved for all and by all. Facing new situations or people, either is greeted with a friendly and optimistic tone and approach, but when it comes to problem solving Terumi has never been the smart one. He preferred to handle things with brute strength, but over time with various companions he's learned that not all cats shed fur the same.

Likes:

Justice: Terumi values justice by any means. Though he may tend to blur the line according to his moral values, and emotional weaknesses, he has the strong belief that justice always prevails and as such will stop at nothing to carry out a sentencing and do the right thing.
Similar moral compass: Terumi values those who can appreciate his views on what is right and what is wrong, and share his similar opinions on the way justice is dealt.
Strength through family and friends: As opposed to his brother, Terumi believes that strength is not a path one must walk alone. It is a journey to be taken by a group of people extremely close and with each others trust in everyone's hands. It is a collective that works together towards one goal. That is how true strength is found and gathered, everyone's independent strength brought into one.

Dislikes:

Tecka Majora: Although he loves his brother dearly, when around him he experiences a change of character from a light hearted individual into a deeper toned serious nature. Terumi honestly wants to save his brother from the dark path that he feels his brother is currently headed down, but doesn't know how and his brother clearly doesn't see a dark path. The only thing left to do being to beat some sense into him. Such emotions of rage and violence begin to surface about his brother and usually whenever they meet, the confrontation ending in a fight of some sort.
Crime: Terumi can't stand crime, the thought of something moraly unjustice puts him at ease to where he had to intervene. His own moral doctrine is always established as most important and as such he acts before thinking in any situation where moral injustice takes place.

Motivations:

By the book Law and Order: Terumi is motivated by his desire to uphold the balance of law and order. He weighs his life on a large scale, balanced only by what he sees as morally right and wrong and will stop at nothing to uphold this. Even when it comes to his own family despite how much he values them, his first thought is to make sure that they as well are upholding what is morally right and wrong and expected of them as members of society.

Fears:

Losing loved ones: A while ago, there was a saying. You lose people to life just as you lose them to death, and this holds truth to Terumi's fear. He is terrified at the thought of losing a loved family member or friend to death, but the greater thought lurking in the back of his mind that scares him the most is the thought that he would lose someone close to him to a power of force of evil, much greater than himself.
Chaos and discord: Terumi is a man of order, and usually laid back at that, but when chaos is involved. Things that don't make sense, all sense of order and stability going out of the window, he finds himself becoming tense and stressed and uptight trying everything within his power to restore the balance that once was.

History

History: Terumi was born from his mother and father, Mary and Tenron Majora. Tenron was a father of two kids and a well known player and hustler among the streets in their home country. He hadn't specialized in much besides how to survive for himself, but if there was anything he truly was good at, it was being a ladies man. It was even rumored that he had so many mistresses, he'd schedule two for every day of the week. Many times keeping them all unaware of each other proved challenging, but this became more difficult later in life when he met Terumi's mom. It was apparently love at first sight, as soon as they had met the couple was blessed with a baby boy baring lilac hair and yellow eyes, his name Terumi. Then, Tenron had an epiphany- why stop at one wife and child? In the following year he'd met another beautiful young woman and together they birthed another beautiful baby boy, with black hair and murky blue eyes. This boy's name would be Tecka, Terumi's younger half brother. Tenron, ultimately planning on have a harem of wives stopped at two as short dreams don't last very long.

Anyway, though Terumi had knowledge of his younger brother, and had only been around him a handful of times, throughout the years as they'd grown up he had never forgotten him. Tecka was raised more so with his grandfather and his own mother in a household where his father was scarcely present. While Terumi had been raised with Tenron and his mother separately from the rest of his family for obvious reasons. His upbringing was vastly different from Tecka's in a sense that they struggled but Terumi was never brought to notice it. Tenron and his mother did their absolute best ensure their son was raised comfortably with hopes that he would grow up to do far better with his life than they had with theirs. They taught him to always value what was right, and listen to his heart over anything else.

Terumi, later in life learned magic as he worked earnestly to help others. His values led him in the direction of truth and justice, valuing others before himself. Now, a full grown adult he's set off into the world searching for his brother, by himself but not alone. His first stop, seeking refuge at the Lamia Scale Guild so that he may form the bonds of strength needed to grow.
