Client:

Mattoro: Former foreman, he and his crew would go into the mines for the city's needs. During a cold winter, they were promised great wealth that would allow them to retire if they kept on mining. In the end, the additional money was never paid, while Mattoro lost many good men when the mine crashed. Enraged, Mattoro and the rest of the miners rebelled and formed the Cold Colliers.

Summary: Despite what happened to Mattoro and his men while working at the mine, the contractors have managed to hire a new group to continue the job without taking responsibility for the death they caused. Mattoro knows that the new workers are innocent and just trying to provide for their families, as he was, but he can’t stand the contractors getting away with what they did without consequence. As such, he has hired you to place explosives in the new mine and collapse it. He has stated that none of the miners are to be harmed in any way, instead you have just to place the explosives, collapse the mine, and get out without being detected.

Objective: Place the explosives and collapse the mine.

Details:

Create a topic in Baska City.
You will have received a note from Mattoro, asking for your assistance in a matter, having heard of some of your past exploits, and knowing you don’t mind bending the rules to do what is needed to be done.
He will be waiting for you in an abandoned shack about a mile from the mineshaft in question, and there he will give you the details of the quest, as well as a sack filled with explosives.
There are four explosives in total, all to be placed at specific locations within the mine to completely collapse it. Before your leave, Mattoro will explicitly state that none of the workers may be harmed. Incapacitating them is fine, but none can be killed or attacked for no reason.
As you approach the mine, you see that the miners are everywhere. Through whatever means, whether by impersonating a miner or incapacitating all the miners, enter the mine and start placing the explosives at the required locations you were told about.
Once the final explosive is placed, leave the mine, and set them off, collapsing the mine entirely and rendering it unusable. The miner’s will retreat from the location of the explosion and there will be some chaos. Use this to escape without anyone knowing it was you that caused the explosion.
Return to Mattoro to receive your reward, who believes he still needs to do more to bring down the contractors.
