Client:

Neal: Neal is a no good thief who has resided in Baska most of his life, and has a reputation for stealing from the local merchants, though the Baska Rune Knights have never been able to catch him in the act. He is a very strange man who will go to any measurement to get what he wants, as he seems to always be plotting his next big heist.

Summary: Sable tried to snitch on Neal, and that is something Neal can’t let go without showing weakness. That means, Neal needs to make sure Sable knows he messed up. Since Neal was friends with Sable back in the day and does not have the heart to torture the man, he has requested your assistance to make sure that he never tries to do anything of this sort again.

Enemies:

Sable: Sable is a retired thief and an old business partner of Neal’s who ended up getting cut out his share of jewels for a heist back in the day. He has never really gotten over it, vowing to get back at Neal in any way he can.

Objective: Torture Sable, making sure he gets the term 'snitches get stitches'.

Details:

Create a topic in the Baskan Hills.
You receive a note from Neal stating he needs your assistance and to meet him in a special location in the Baskan Hills.
Upon reaching the location in the Baskan Hills, you will notice that Neal has Sable tied up to a tree as he is sitting on a log nearby.
Neal will see you and welcome you before he informs you that he will be needing your help in making sure that Sable never tries to snitch on him again.
After talking to Neal, begin the torturing process.
Neal will hand you bag of torturing tools and leave the vicinity.
Proceed to torture Sable until Neal returns after a few hours.
Once Neal returns, he will ask you to stop and reward you.
