Eyes: Light purple Overall: A bright radiance, two words that can be used to describe what this girl looks like and the vibe she gives off, almost always smiling. Kaiei has long, golden hair that reaches her lower back, fading to a more pale gold near the end. She has a generous bust, one any man and woman alike could appreciate, which is quite unusual because she always exercises and goes out for adventure, giving her an athletic shape despite having relatively large bust. Combine this all with her fair skin and lilac eyes, she's a beautiful young woman. Kaiei wears a fair amount of attires, though the one she mainly adorns is what she calls her "adventuring" outfit. It consists of a tan jacket which reveals her mid section, with puffy sleeves with black cuffs. She also wears a yellow crop top that has a strange mark on it. She wears black short shorts, and also a brown belt with multiple pouches to contain various items in as well as various material around it. With all this she wears brown boots that almost reach her knees, and orange socks which go over her knees, though, one is higher than the other. To round all of it out, she wears black, fingerless gloves and an orange scarf. Extra: Kaiei's mood affects the colour of her magic. Whenever she feels somber, upset or sad, it turns a depressing, but beautiful blue. Personality Personality: Kaiei is a very bright, cheerful and happy person. There isn't much that can upset the girl, always trying her best to live her life freely and however she wants to. She may enjoy teasing and messing around with others, but it's all in good fun, hoping to spread some of her own joy onto others, which, in the past, she has been fairly successful at. She fairly easily makes friends; her positivity attracts people and it's very easy to talk to her. She'll behave just as she normally would, though, oddly enough, while she does want to make other people happy, she doesn't really get involved unless she is requested a majority of the time, unless her intuition tells her otherwise. It's when they need emotional support where she falls short most of the time, unable to completely understand how to help people like that. Despite all this, Kaiei has her own sense of justice and has no qualms with going against a higher power if it meant upholding it; fortunately she doesn't need to most of the time. One thing that Kaiei is quite keen about is adventure, or just doing something enjoyable in general. She's not really one to stick around in the house and lay down on the sofa watching TV and eating potato chips, she wants to go outside and do something. The thoughts of going on an adventure that could lead to an epic scene like holding onto a railing on the side of a flying castle with one hand, a crumbling fortress and she has to jump from rubble to rubble to escape, and being confronted with an army of undead all fill her with excitement and adrenaline, and that's pretty much what she's all about at the end of the day. Girls just want to have fun. There is one time, however, in which her happy and goofy demeanor will turn into a more serious and calculated approach, and that's when she's engaged in combat. That's not to say she won't smile or crack a joke or two, but when she fights, she changes quite drastically, gauging herself and her foe(s), and attacks accordingly... though she'll still often just fly in. Magic Magic Name: Burning Daybreak Magic Element: Light Magic Description: This particular light magic is very strange indeed. The user of this magic is capable of manipulating light's density and momentum, which has various effects, most notably hardening and softening light. This allows the magic to become much thicker and corporeal, or wider and lighter, but also allowing it to envelope things. With Kaiei's application, she's able to use offensive spells, self-buff spells and supplementary spells. Light magic does not normally develop in this way, and how to condition it to be as so is a secret known to almost none. At some point and time, a man whose name has been long lost in history was at war against a powerful entity. The fight was incredibly difficult; it spanned over several years. His village was attacked by the said entity in some remote and rural area at the time, destroying it entirely and making the ruins his new home, with the only survivor being the man. Consumed by grief and hatred, the man vowed to one day fight and slay the entity. After many battles of failing to defeat the entity, the man had nearly given up. The man was a light mage, a respectable one at that, but could not pierce the armor that the entity wore. One rainy night, however, on the verge of giving up on his revenge, he saw lightning strike which gave him an idea - allow his normally controlled, calm light to be more wild, to become free, but not too free as to become lightning. He didn't realize it at the time, but he was effectively manipulating its density to make it thicker and harder hitting, which gave it the piercing characteristic he lacked. With this, he was capable of defeating the entity. History History: Kaiei's history is quite unremarkable, honestly. There's almost nothing special about her upbringing. She was born, grew up fairly happily. She had great friends, she learned how to read and write, had some odd jobs here and there to make some money for various goodies depending on her age and was overall something very normal. As a young kid though her friends at the time locked her in a dark shed for an hour as a stupid prank, which caused her to develop a fear of being in the dark alone, so that's one thing. There was, however, one particular event which could be considered "major" which caused another fairly major event in her life to happen. Growing up, Kaiei's parents appeared to be very happy with each other. They definitely presented themselves that way, so she had no reason to doubt them. She too was loved very much by her parents and as a result of having a loving family, grew up very happily, which is why she's a positive girl. As she grew older, however, it was quite apparent that the couple didn't really have much love for each other, and that they remained in a relationship simply because they weren't actually feeling bad. One night in particular, Kaiei had been coming home late from a gathering of friends, and she walked in on her parents having dinner. One was on the couch, while the other was on the table, and they weren't even facing each other, which brought in a sudden realization to Kaiei - they truthfully only tolerated the other person. That's when she had decided in her mind that she didn't want to live a life of mediocrity; who would ever want to end up like this? She couldn't understand why they wouldn't do something about the situation at hand, where no one is happy. This lead to her eventually leaving the house and ultimately her little town without telling anyone, leaving a note behind for her parents. She had decided that until she could figure out what she wanted to properly do with her own life, she would go on an adventure and help others become happier with themselves, but only if they chose to seek out the help. Originally, she was okay with living the rest of her life in her small town, but, after witnessing the truth for her parents and likely many others, she decided she didn't want that.
