So, scooping is something probably relevant to older characters, but I still wanted to ask regardless about it.

What do you get to keep and what changes when you scoop? I know it's like 70% of stats but what about items, jewels and rank? What about the FC? Class?

If there is a regulations link I've missed, please just post that and I apologize for being blind, thanks!

When you scoop you receive a % of your Experience and Stats, but nothing else is included (meaning no items, jewels, FC opens up again and you can get a new class since it's an entirely new character)

Normally it's 50%, but during certain periods (like the approaching Time-Skip) it gets raised to (for example) 70%. Just keep in mind you need a minimum of 100k EXP to be able to scoop. (but you likely know this already)
