Skylar decided to take the one which had been seen somewhat... recently...
The information about him was scarce, not much being written down about this man. Aside from very unhelpful things. The only real information she had to go with was the fact that he was a male, again, and held an obsession about ramen and a few other things that, Light forbid, Skylar would be forced to do what else was written there. She'd memorized the scarce information in the book, even having his looks memorised like the back of her hand.
Currently, she was mainly going out on a risk, having decided to keep her weapon away for another time. There was no way that having that out wouldn't tip him off that something was after him. She was just being a little lazy as she lounged in one of the local ramen restaurants. Thankfully the information gave her some sort of tip. However, right now, her goal wasn't to take him in but see if she could find out just a little more about him. Her hand closed a little on her thigh, the contact with a small vial rather familiar to her. And, of course, she was still wearing her rather random outfit.
She raised her glass to take a sip, leaning back into the chair, a smile on her face. Sky was rather relaxed, simply waiting for time to tick by and see if he'd show up. Of course, she wouldn't just stay at the same shop day in day out, she had been around to a variety of them. After all, being in a rather different place offered a nice variety of things. Proper restaurants, coffee shops, places where they could get their beloved ramen.
She cast her gaze outside across the road, looking at the houses and buildings across the road, people scattered around as they went from one thing to the next, in an endless cycle of being busy and not being busy. There were too many for her to really note in detail, but she could tell a few were selling clothing, other bits and pieces and just rather foreign things to her. She shrugged, turning her attention back to the drink in front of her, partially melting in relaxing into the chair. Thin cushions on a wooden frame, but she didn't mind. It was identical to those others which were scattered strategically through the restaurant, maximising the potential for customers to come in and fill the seating areas.
Skylar frowned, a little, her dark eyes noting that it was finally getting a little dark outside. She'd probably need to watch herself out there if she decided to leave, but oh well. Where she was staying wasn't too far away anyway.
A few costumers came into the building, ordering their food, having a mild scuffle with the chefs before they eventually got their order in.
Grand. It was going to be an interesting day. Day? Evening? Night? Whatever... It was going to be interesting.
