The path was clear as her brown leather boots with topped fur scrapped against the gravel road. Soon enough it was just plain dirt as she took a deep breather and trotted off. The space was filled with dead trees and plants that were once there was no longer since the last time she was here. The drifting snow from the night before was slowly melting off the dead wood, the ground was getting mushier as she traveled further alongside the path that was already made by another person.
Once she stepped into the wicked woods that was filled with memories she paused.
'This isn't going to work out. Peace!' She heard a man's voice, but soon enough she heard a cry that filled with darkness. Twisting left and right she looked around to see where it was coming from. 'What in the world?'. She wondered to herself as she stepped further into the woods. Her mind wasn't thinking very smartly, but soon enough she ran as she felt a small pluck against her shoulder.
Never has she stopped running as she was unsure on what 'thing' was here. The voices were getting worse as time flew, but why?
Her next stop she just walked right past it. It pained her to be even here as she power walked through Orchidia. 'No point in wallowing in such things when you can just walk away and feel nothing.'. The thought was cold, but the voice made sense as always. After Orchidia, it was the mountains next which she never really has bothered to visit. It had nothing interesting to offer, but suppose that's how people feel about other people. Not just places. The area was dry as hell as she could feel the moisture from her skin being sucked dry, but it wasn't so far till she got to crocus.
Kairisa was just going to drop by for some cards, right? There was no point in really getting a hotel or anything. Slowly, she entered and ignored people around her. To her this place was silent, sound of silence was all she wanted right at this moment. She had much to do after this.
''Let's just get this over with.''. You could see the smoky air escape from her lips as she spoke coldly. Her stare was expressionless as she just walked casually towards the direction she needed to go.
