"Vali Onfroy!" The doors of advent world flew open, their backs slamming against the walls. A short cloaked person fell to the floor as he entered the halls of Advent World. The stench of tobacco crooned from the dingy fabrics that covered him. Tonight, the guild was quiet. By now the tenants were sleeping- all except the Viking Lord himself. The midnight hours were the best hours for self-reflection, for deep thinking. Vali sat alone at the bar. His cup of ale sat patiently in front of him, waiting to be devoured. Alas, that moment may never come tonight. Hopefully, she would wait for him to return. The scent of the man calling out to him was a familiar one. The Viking turned towards the entrance. With a defeated sigh, he quickly walked to the spokesperson. "You found him..." Vali extended his arm for the royal messenger to take. "Well, maybe. We aren't entirely sure- but there have been sightings of three monsters made of bone in the eastern part of the city." The spokesperson spoke fast that he began to spit. Vali didn't need to hear anymore. He understood exactly what he had to do. "Alright I' will handle it and meet you at the Phantasm's castle." The young king said confidently before pointing his fist forward. I have to get there quick so let's hope this works... Suddenly a magic circle appeared under him and just as it instantaneously poofed into existence, the Werewolf zoomed through the door with his brows arched. He was focused and ready to do the same thing Noel had finally been able to do after failed attempts; fly. Suddenly his body lifted from the ground and was zooming in the direction his right fist had pointed towards. In under a second, he was zooming towards the dangers haunting Oak tonight. This was the power of Noel's magic; the power of gravity. "Wooohohohooo! Fuck yeah, baby!" Magic came so naturally to the young mage, like second nature."Thank god for you Old man." He chuckled, referring to Noel. If it wasn't for him, this wouldn't have been possible so soon. A spell like this wasn't easy to master. The Viking zoomed through the sky with widened eyes and a bright smile, flying- though it was harder to control than it may have looked. It was like something out of a book. Above Vali was the night sky, full of dancing stars. From 15 meters up, everything beneath him looked minuscule, but when he looked up he himself felt minuscule. Thirty meters per second was the speed at which he flew, continuously crashing into waves of wind. WC: 441 | 1,275

Beneath him, up ahead, Vali could hear screeching and loud growls, the sounds of monsters filled the streets. Vali stopped 15 meters in the air, 30 meters away from where they were. Their roars were loud- almost like howls. The people of Oak were smart, staying indoors and not even making a peep. The Viking knew they had to be afraid, if he was powerful then he would have probably been afraid as well. Alas, Vali was a man of multiple types of strengths. He watched silently as the beasts crawled about, jumping from building to building. Each of them did something different and seemed to be looking for something. Vali's eyes squinted. One of the skeleton beasts sniffed around while above the rooftop of a building, peering down into an alleyway. The small puzzle came together quickly as the young King easily put assumed the worse. "AYO!" he shouted towards the beast. The Skeleton thingy looked up immediately. "Waaaaaahhhh!" An old man croaked as he emerged from the alleyway. If Vali hadn't said anything in time, then he would have made a fulfilling snack for whatever the fuck these things were. 15 meters in the air, Vali towered over the building one of the skeleton monsters were on. The other two beasts also diverted their attention towards the werewolf. As his cape oscillated in the wind, he felt like a superhero. "I will slay all three of you ugly sons of bitches in the name of Justice." Vali couldn't tell you exactly what possessed him to say that. He could only say that he was totally in the moment- especially since the old man was now watching his awe. The battle began when the monster on the roof of the shop lunged towards the airborne Viking. Crouching his knees as if he was about to push off of a wall, aVli darted towards the soaring beast. His left fist slammed directly into the beasts head. *BOOF*. Raw physical strength was the one thing amongst many things that Vali still needed to work on. Compared to his other peers he was physically weak. Though his magic made up for it, one could say. When his fist slammed into the Behemoth's head, Vali could hear a crack, before the attacks force threw the monster into the building. The Bone-dog wailed as he was defeated. His bulky body caused the roof of the building to fall in, revealing a clothing shop underneath. "I should get those sneakers everyone's talking about..." he murmured. He'd nearly forgot about the other two beasts crawling over the gallery if they didn't scream out again. With a yawn, Vali turned to face more of his enemies. He wasn't actually tired. He was being a jerk, since he was more than sure he'd defeat these bafoons. He wondered if they'd been insulting him in their own creepy way. "Alright, let's get this over with-" *hwooooooo* The white-headed Viking ran his fingers through his hair as one of the beasts opened its mouth. A purple orb of magical energy began to form. The orb of energy was strong enough to do some real damage if it'd hit, but luckily Vali would never know becauuse at the same moment he'd raise his hand, pointing his finger directly at the orb. With a nnonchalant expression, he released a bullet just a second before the beast had released his. The 2 meter long bullet would connect with the orb and easy overpower it, causing the orb to explode and destroy the behemoth. However, the explosion was so large and strong that part of the building crumbled from under the undead creature. "Two down." he murmered as his eyes slanted. His goal was to only attack three times in total. One attack for each of these weak, useless creatures. No longer would they spread terror after Vali was done with them. The old man still watched in awe- Vali knew because he could still smell him. Finally the last creature seemed ready to rumble. With a screech it leaped from the building towards Vali quick. The Viking swung his fist just as the behemoth approached him, sending him crashing into the ground beside the gallery. With the same finger he had already used, he fired a bullet- this one a lot bigger than the last one. When it crashed into the Behomoth, it forced it deeper into the ground completely dissolving it. All three of the creatures couldn't have known what was in store for them. The old man below didn't know either. Vali turned to face the civillians and smiled warmly. When the deed was done, only a crater served as proof of a fight. The Gallery, however, would need to be seriously fixed. The werewolf lowered himself towards the elder man. It seemed he was still in shock and stepped backwards to defend himself if necessary. "You alright, sir?" Vali asked the Fioiran. This was a major step forward for obvious reasons. The old man nodded. "Thank you. You're the Vik-" The young desiertan smiled. "Yeah that's me, Vali, ha... from Advent World. You're welcome, I think things are okay for now, you should stay indoors to be safe." Vali rubbed his head. The old man nodded before turning to leave. With nothing else to do, Vali flew back to the spokesperson who rewarded him. WC: 1,275+ | 1,275
