Pride be damned he would not be stopped from a reunion between himself and a long-term friend, and so he did as he did so many times before and thrust himself off the edge of the island aiming towards somewhere close but not too close. Unlike those previous times, his clothes and hair provided him with a great sense of embarrassment mainly because he’d be interacting with someone who knew him for his serious side. He had adopted a more youthful approach wearing clothes befitting a high school student and hair braided in a quirky fashion. In an attempt to remind the man of who he was he entered his eyesight leading with his name. “Vali, it’s been a while still drinking I see... I hope you would have stopped you’re going to kill yourself one day.” Giving the obviously intoxicated icebergian a moment to collect his thoughts, Kon continued in his newly adopted female voice. “It’s me, by the way, Kon there was some magic at play and now I’m a girl...yep it’s uhh definitely something else.”

Kon considered the man to be a friend, as a result he would bring an end to the fight and his life as painlessly and quickly as he could achieve. At least that’s what he hoped for as he didn’t know what tricks the man had up his sleeve. It was curious in any case looking at him through his golden eye, it was as if Vali had weakened since they last saw each other, or was it something else. The difference between the two of them had become so great when they last saw each-other that he couldn’t compare himself to him. Something serious went astray for Vali, but he wasn’t going to pry merely carry out his last request.
Taking in a deep breath, the former nephilim pushed magic into his prosthetic arm unleashing sparks of electricity charring the cloth around it partially revealing the soft skin of his torso. Lightning contained within the arm reaching an unstable point, Kon thrust his radiating hand into the air. Immediately dark clouds grew around the mountain, Lightning struck both close and miles away. Rain shortly followed the shocking display coating the dry mountain into a blanket of water. “Shall we begin, Vali?” He questioned after a bolt of lightning struck between them.

Midas wanted to keep the power of the gauntlet to himself so he turned on his own allies and sided with Illumin. Vengeful from Midas' betrayal the gods bound Midas' soul into the gauntlet so he could never enter Illumin's Grace- Requirements

As he had done so, too many times now, he had neglect to watch the rest of his opponent as he felt claws curl around his thin neck now lacking his defined adam's apple. Even with his back partially charred from the lightning that had already struck him and right arm permanently cripple, Vali was still confident in their fight. "Amazing..." Kon thought to himself as the rain began to worsen. He even encouraged the now petite woman in short to give him all he had. "Of course." Knowing the strength of Vali and himself, he largely ignored the claws rather pierced through his flesh around his neck. Instead, Kon brought up his open left hand at a mighty speed and targeting the hairy arm attached to the hand that bound Kon in place, clasping it with his own fearsome strength. During that time he had pulled back his right arm charged once again with powerful lightning now presented as an arrow seeming made out of lightning, which was shot point-blank towards the beast of a man's chest. An easy target, that's what he had made himself, and unless he could perform some sort of miracle he would be hard-pressed to recover from the beating he would just receive alongside the lightning which continued to strike down upon him.

He called for Kon to protect a son that he never knew Vali had alongside Priscilla whom he only knew as a guild member. “They were together?” He thought to himself still listening to Vali's fettling message. Referring to himself as a failure while requesting for the cause of his death to remain a secret. Happy to carry out the will of a dying man, all he needed to do was nod as his lightning once more struck down upon Vali as he proclaimed the arrival of the valkyries, a powerful group of warriors in Vali’s religion.
With a heavy heart, Kon looked down upon the lifeless body of his friend. Seeing what he had done brought a single tear from his right eye. “Goodbye my friend, I will remember you for the good times, I hope I can bring you honor.” As his friend, he would not leave his corpse for looters and vultures, instead, he would create a golden sarcophagus here and now.
