Big Bro Akabo: An enforcer for one of the most prominent criminal elements in Hosenka, Akabo has been doing this sort of work for a long time. Despite not having been promoted a single time in years, Akabo is a consummate professional and a hands on manager. As an old hat, Akabo has seen everything in this business, and very little surprises him anymore; not the sheer idiocy of tourists, nor the ruthlessness that’s expected of mobsters like himself.

Summary: The Mob has been trying to find Tom Hadvaska for weeks with no success; the man is a consummate debt dodger, and after all the business he's done with them he knows all the local men in the Mob's employ. They need a fresh face to track Tom down and bring him down. Not dead, of course. He can't pay his debt if he's dead.

Enemies:

Tom Hadvaska: A long time patron of gambling dens, Tom has made it a habit to get out and travel all over Fiore in search of new haunts. His arrival in Hosenka, and the discovery of Pachinko, led to some poor decisions. Now he's in debt, but more than that he's been getting sneaky. He's a runner, not a fighter, so be prepared for a chase if he catches on to you.

Make a topic in Crimson Quarter.
Meet with Big Brother Akabo to receive the request details.
Search the various haunts and dens of the Crimson Quarter, the current patrons of which will confirm seeing Tom, but deny he is currently present.
Finally, discover Tom as he leaves a backroom Mahjong game; he will not immediately notice you, as he has just lost horribly due to a lack of understanding of the game.
Upon realizing who you are, Tom will attempt to flee and escape. Subdue him.
Using whatever means available, return to the location where you met Akabo and deliver Tom to him alive.
Collect your reward and leave.
