He walked for a little while on the streets at night before a group of three men approached him offering him a small dose for a price of course, he smiled and politely declined after which he showed the insignia on his hand, the men got scared a guild emblem would only mean problem for them they would be lucky to escape with their lives. But that was not the case that night, he asked them to lead him to the higher-ups, their bosses and he would make sure no one was hurt. The thugs agreed and had him follow them, with two figures trailing behind Apollo. They finally got to the place, it looked like any normal building but the interior, that was a lot different than what he was expecting it was as if the riches were in full display to flaunt just how much wealth the owners had amassed. Moments later men and women came out of a door looking at him, introducing themselves. They knew that they could not be touched by the police so they did not seem to care about keeping their identity secret.

Apollo raised his hand and showed the emblem, moments later the two figures that were following him entered the building with backup. “Looks like you are finally ratted out” he chuckled but that was not really what he was here for. He explained how they could either be crushed by the guild and the police or strike a deal with them so everyone can leave alive and happy from this meeting. The criminals thought and discussed about it, accepting the negotiation in the end but there would have to be something for them to profit from. Apollo nodded and explained how they would have to stop harassing the citizens, merchandise and any happy hour consumables would be allowed but only if the person in question wanted it by himself, they would be allowed to sell to the tourists too but the thieveries, robberies and any kind of assassination or murder would be prohibited. They would even be allowed to offer services to others with the agreement that no one would be taken advantage of, and that would be checked on a regular basis. This way they would be able to make some profit while the place was kept safe and the police would turn a blind eye to the drug dealing and “service providing”. Investing more on rehabilitation centers seemed to be the way to go with that agreement in place were Apollo’s thoughts. The bargain was accepted and the deal was struck, everything would be supervised and be under the guild’s protection of course but these people would also have to care about their city.
