It needed a name, having realized that when it acquired the suit it was wearing. It could always pretend to be Joshua, perhaps that would be good enough for now. But it knew that eventually it would return to being part of the void, it didn't allow itself to get attached to the name. It wondered what the future would hold. For once it was not combined with its siblings, and it was alone. It enjoyed the silence.
As it sat in the train car leading from sieghart to oak, the creature smiled largely looking in the reflection. Despite the several hours of practice he had spent, he could not make his smile look human. It was too large, too... happy. The thing heard the door open and turned to look at the door. A young woman entered the room. It had seen her when it got on and she had possibly been meant to stay in the cart with it. The creature wondered what she was doing, its curiosity was growing quickly in this world. But it took Tomoes advice, it acted normal. It acted like Joshua would.
