Pouch : He kissed her shoulder with he show of concern for his wounds. "Yes. I'm all better now. Just a little concerned If that dark magic will change anything else about me. But I feel the same. It's just odd to use a different element."
His brow cocked playfully as she chuckled. A small laugh of his own snuck out, "I suppose you're right. And I can be calm because I can't think of a safer person to have that kind of power. " It all made him wonder. With all that was happening and the dragons coming down...should he have sought after more beneficial magic? But he could never turn his back on something so dear to him.
"It has some perks though. I can create a fake shadow for myself now," he smiled as that was what he primarily had been using it for.
"Ask away," Kaz replied and shifted a little higher up. "So your kids thought their age held them back from following what path they wanted? How do you feel about having aged them? do you feel you missed out on anything?" He asked wondering what controversy may have been rolling around in her mind and the weight of that power she had.
"I think being a loving mother doesn't mean you have to feel obligated to give them what they want, especially if it's something that extreme. Love could also be making sure they have a childhood. But you have a power that people will want to take advantage of including children. I think all children at some point want to skip youth and be older. Be taken more seriously. I think you'll have to make the hard choice as to how you want to use that gift." He was thankful in a way, now that he didn't have that kind of power or the responsibility that came along with it. Saying no if he had to, to the people he cared about, or choosing one path and it not turning out well. He laid a hand over her nervous hands.
"As for me. If that's what they want and you are okay with it, then it is fine with me. Regardless of age they are still learning, living and navigating life. I think they'd be missing out on some important moments growing up, and I'm concerned that aging them that fast... will it give them less time to walk the earth as they hastily get closer to old age." They were questions he had not really thought about. Then again would Kuri just be able to keep them at whatever age they desired forever? It seemed a plausible thing to do.
"Genders," he shook his head at the stark turn of topics with a grin. "I'm okay with either as long as I don't have to have the birds and the bees talk," he laughed trying to keep the situation light.

His existence right next to her made her heart be filled with life even if sometimes she was tired of it. The simple breeze from the opening of the areas within this room felt calming as her eyes slowly closed while she just couldn't get herself to eat anymore. Sure it was a couple of bites, but ever since this pregnancy came into a plan she was slowly becoming less gluttonous. It will be alright surely, right? Her smile never faltered as stare was forever for him. She listened to every word he spoke; about his magic, how he felt about it, the children, and her magic.
His voice was like silk and music playing for her. Her hand reached up to his face and nuzzled into his neck as she chuckled, "Truthfully, I feel as if I don't care about the childhood stuff since I never had one. So if they choose to not have one then so be it," she gave a half-smile as her fingers soothed his skin; right hand rubbing his shoulder that is furthest away from her as her left arm looped around his closest arm. "Let us rest for now, my love. I feel rather tired," a light chuckle escaped her lips as she slowly sunk down further into the best and still rested against him. Her energy depleted, eyes closed as she dreamed of no nightmares for the first night in her life.
