Sho sat at the laundromat after cleaning up Betty's apartment. His clothes were filthy so he was sitting in his pajamas. A white tank top with black shorts, sunglasses and some white gym shoes. Watching the clothes rotate in the washing machine. He was flexing his wind magic, a little gust of wind swirling in his hand while he waited. He figured he would check out the Request board while he waited for his clothes to get done. He made his way out of the building and over to the request board at town square. He took a gander at the board before seeing that Granny Betty had already posted another job. Or this job had been sitting here and no one took it. This time it wasn’t cleaning up the apartment thankfully but decorating her apartment. So it had to have been just posted that day. ‘Must have been one of her stops during her errands while I was cleaning.’ Sho thought to himself. Regardless he figured he would take the job.

“Easy money, don’t mind if I do.” Sho took the sheet with the mission on it and placed it in his pocket. It was night time however so he wasn’t going to do it tonight but tomorrow. In the meantime he figured he got something to eat but before he went back to check on his clothes.

Sho walked over to the laundromat with much haste. He did not want anyone stealing his clothes. Granted he was the only person in the Laundromat besides the clerk. A girl sitting at the front counter not paying anyone any mind. Just sitting there reading a manga. Sho wasn’t too sure what it was because he did not want to be nosey. The clothes were done washing and he needed to place them in the dryer. After doing that he headed over to a local food mart where they sold rather large burritos. He grabbed a beer while he was at it, a big 40 of apple ale. He bought both and left the money on the counter. It was a diablo chicken and cheese. So it was extra spicy with chicken cheese, lettuce, onion, guacamole, and sour cream. He had had this burrito once before so he was accustomed to the heat. He sat outside of the food mart at a small table and partook of the burrito and ale while waiting on his clothes. While he ate and drank he looked up at the sky. It was filled with all sorts of bright stars. Sho wasn’t too into astrology but he didn’t have to be an astrologist to enjoy the night sky.

He finished his burrito but still had quite a bit of ale left in his glass. He made his way back over to the laundromat to grab his clothes and head to his room.

Sho got back to his room and finished off his ale. Thanks to being a lightweight he had a nice buzz going on he didn’t even fold his clothes up. They were clean so that was good enough for him. He threw them across the room and kicked off his shoes. He laid across the bed and removed his sunglasses before quickly drifting off into a deep sleep. Sho jerked awake eight hours later, he didn’t even dream. It just felt like he blacked out and woke up the next day. Which would be the case, thankfully he didn’t have a hangover. He repeated his morning routine of laying in bed for a moment before heading into the bathroom. He finally got up after five minutes of laying in the bed. He went into the bathroom to get ready and get dressed. Thirty minutes passed by and Sho was on his way to Granny Betty’s apartment. He didn’t need the paper because he knew exactly what the mission was.

This time around he would be decorating her apartment. It was a five minute walk over too the apartments. He found himself standing in front of her door. He went too knock but she opened the door. “Oh it's you again young man come back for more cookies?”

“No, well yes but I am here for the job you posted yesterday, decorating your apartment?” he responded.

Granny Betty walked back into the apartment, leaving the door open. Sho walked in after her, wiping his feet off on the welcome mat. The newly clean apartment was looking a bit bare so it was only natural that it needed to be decorated.

Granny Betty walked over to her kitchen table where her purse was sitting. She began to rummage around, looking for her wallet. Sho waited in the living room for her to get done with what she was doing patiently. She pulled out her pouch that was filled to the brim with jewels. She turned around and walked over to Sho, placing the pouch in his hands. “Woah woah I can’t take all of this.” Sho said with a hint of worry in his voice. She smiled and spoke, “Don’t worry I trust you, I want you to buy whatever you see that would make this apartment stand out.”

Sho felt the weight of the jewels too big to put in his pocket he had to carry it around. Thankfully this was a good neighborhood so he didn’t have to worry about getting robbed at least. “Alright I will be back soon.” Sho said with a smile heading out to the local market. He left the apartment so he could unload all this cash on stuff for her apartment. Upon making it to the market he grabbed a cart and proceeded to shop. He grabbed modern aesthetic things and paintings to fill the walls with. It wasn’t long before the cart was filled too the brim with things and Sho was making his way to the counter to purchase everything. The clerk was a young man with long hair and a market uniform that had blue and white stripes on it. “I would like to purchase all of this.”

“Sure sir, how will you pay?” Sho put the jewel pouch on the counter made a loud clang before jewels spilled out onto the counter. “Will this cover it?” The clerk's eyes lit up for a moment as he had never seen that much jewel in one sitting. “Ya this should cover it.”

Sho smiled and pushed the cart out of the store and made his way back to the apartment. Sho took the cart all the way to Granny Betty’s without a care in the world. It didn’t take long before he was knocking on her door. The door opened and they began to unload the cart into the apartment. Together the two decorated the apartment which took all day. It came out nicely Granny Betty was impressed with how her new apartment looked. “Once again you have come through and done me a service young man.”

“You can call me Sho Miss Betty. And any time glad I could help.”

She went into the kitchen and came out with some more cookies and jewels as a reward. Sho took them to go with a wave of goodbye he headed out of her apartment and back to his room
