Godfrey Might: Godfrey is a smith, towering over many with his height and muscles, who crafts swords and armors. He is bit younger than Berthold, but still considers him a good friend. While Godfrey originally only made armors, Berthold noticed his talent and encouraged him to make both weapons and armor. He often rewards one of his pieces at the tournament.
Summary: Now knowing that you can be trusted, Godfrey wishes for you to take care of a certain matter. One of his competitors in Baska, a man named Wayland Ferron, is starting to jump ahead in sales, and Godfrey's talent as a smith is coming into question. Fed up of being considered second best in the town, Godfrey has asked you to eliminate Wayland. The man is old and of poor health as it is, so making it look like an accident and not an assassination shouldn't be too difficult.

Objective: Assassinate Wayland Ferron, Godfrey's biggest competition.

Create a topic in Baska Town.
Receive a letter from Godfrey, which will request your presence once more at his shop.
As you enter his shop, you will notice him acting rather strangely. He will not talk with you directly other than to pretend you are a customer, and will hand you another letter before bidding you farewell.
Leave the shop and open the letter, which will hold a picture of Wayland and give you the details of the request.
The letter will tell you the best places to find him: either at the inn in the evening, his shop in the morning and afternoon, or in his home at night. You can perform the assassination at any of these locations provided you can do it without being detected.
Godfrey knows that if the assassination is discovered, the blame will easily be directed towards him, as people know he isn't happy being second best. Due to this, he will recommend killing Wayland in his house at night.
Pick the location and wait for the right time, or head over and prepare for Wayland's arrival. At the expected time, Wayland will enter reach the location you are at.
Through whatever means deemed necessary, kill Wayland Ferron, either without it seeming like an assassination or by making it impossible for Godfrey to be suspected.
Once you have completed the task, return to Godfrey and inform him. He will be sad that a man had to die, but pleased that you were able to do it.
Collect your reward and leave his shop.
Settling back into his Baaska home, Knuckles received a letter from the blacksmith he had helped out. His presence seemed to be requested back at the shop, though no details were in within the letter he figured it was something that needed to be done in person. Knuckles began his daily routine before setting on his gear. He made sure to polish all of the armor and weapons he currently had. There were a few things at the shop that he wanted so maybe the more he did for this blacksmith the better prices he could get. Once he was all done he gathered himself and his things and set out towards the shop.
It was an enjoyable walk, it was times such as this he thought a horse would be nice, but Fang was a much better companion to have for travel than some horse. Though maybe he could stable one here and ride it within the town. Soon enough, however, he would walk in and see that Godfrey was currently with a customer. Though he took notice of Knuckles entering right away. Knuckles walked over to the armors, some of them were magical and of which caught his eye more than anything.
