“Finally, Oak City…” That is the first thought that Achlys had in her mind when she arrived at Oak City. After a pretty long time in Baska, Achlys finally gets the chance to get back to Oak City, the town where her guild hall exists. An ancient Wischtechian tower built in the mountains overlooks Oak City. This tower was founded by the founding members of Eternal Nightmare during one of their expeditions searching for the remnants of the Wischtechian civilizations. That guildhall feels like home to Achlys, so this trip back to Oak city makes her feel glad. Well because Achlys lives in the Eternal Nightmare guild hall, that hall is her first destination when she gets back here to Oak City. She needs to put some notes of information she got from Baska’s market to a book in her room, plus she wants to take a quest right after she copied these notes to her main book.

Oak is an old castle town, it is placed on a hill surrounded by forests and mountains, with some rivers flowing nearby. The city is historic, with numerous turrets and battlements. In the center, towering above the town, there is a castle which belongs to the nobles. While most would believe that trouble happens in the open here due to the housing of an illegal guild, it is actually the contrary. It is a quiet town where certain factions operate in the shadows to not draw attention. That quietness of this town is also another charm for Achlys, it’s not as crowded as Baska, plus when she stays in the guild hall all she is surrounded by other guild members who are not strangers to her. Right after she arrived in Oak city, Achlys started heading to the guild hall of Eternal Nightmare to transfer her notes as she planned.

During her way to the guild hall, Achlys enjoys the view around Oak city. She just noticed that she kind of misses this town, during her trip to Baska for almost a week, Achlys gets to focus on her goals and also gets distracted by some quest that she unexpectedly took during her stay in Baksa, she kind of forgot how she loved this town and the quietness of it. Seeing the situation and the vibes of the street, Achlys enjoys her time during her walk, seeing her surroundings make her miss this town even more. The quiet of this town is one of Achlys favorite things from this town, especially around Eternal Nightmare guild hall and all the way there. Because of her dislike of the crowds, mostly too many people will make her feel uncomfortable, and more than ten people socializing with her or around her might make her go crazy.

Achlys finally arrives at the Eternal Nightmare guild hall in Oak, the guild hall is gigantic and looks stunning from the outside. The big castle that can be seen from a pretty far distance always looks intimidatingly cool to Achlys. She starts walking through the large entrance doors. To see the inside of Eternal Nightmare guild hall is still taking her breath away even though she’s basically living in that castle with her own room. Upon her entrance through the large door, she sees the magical elevator in the center. This elevator is a quick access and can take you to any floor including the very top of the spire if you want. Not giving enough attention to her surroundings, she didn’t notice that someone was actually there. When she starts walking towards the elevator, she finally notices that someone is there this whole time, hiding and watching her entrance in silence.

That guy is Azure, one of the members of EN. He mostly stays in the guild hall unless something comes up and forces him to leave. Achlys isn't really surprised to see him here in the guild hall, but she’s a little bit shocked because she doesn’t think that someone would be there next to the main entrance inspecting anyone walking through the main large entrance door. That guy is Achlys senior in this guild, despite their rank, Achlys is still pretty new around here. After saying hi and catching up a little bit, Achlys starts walking towards the elevator and finally starts moving towards her room. Home sweet home, her favorite place in the whole world is this room based inside the guild hall. The place has some good memories especially when she hides from the crowd when members are gathering or just being present in the guild hall.

Achlys has lived here since the first day she joined the guild, alongside with other members who also live here. In this room, she mostly hides when too many people gather in the hall. This room is also where she lays down and rests after training, or where she likes to take her time to think through her thoughts and maybe working on some ideas for spells and some other things. She also likes to take her time to sit and think about what she has been through and think about her big plan and how she will be able to get stronger and stronger over time. Here is the place where she comes up with the plan to become Daemon to gain more power so she can reach her goals, plus she has a bad experience with the God and Goddess praised by her parents in the incident that took her parents' lives.

The other reason why she wants to be a Daemon is because of her appearance. Those tiny horns on the side of her head was the effect of her parents' desperate move to save her life because their Gods don't respond to them during the crisis time. Losing her belief to the Gods, she also turned her belief to the Demon, and that is the information she gathered during her time in Baska. Taking out the notes of the information she got in Baska, she transfers those notes to the main book in her room. That book is filled with some information about the Demon, based on rumors or facts. She gained information about how to create a contract with the Demon and become Daemon, and about the item needed to do the contract. That’s why she walks around Baska, especially the annual flea market hoping to find that item there at the market.

Achlys has been gathering as much information as possible about Demon, Daemon and everything related. Achlys even tries to approach any small clues about that even if that sounds more like a rumor, she is even willing to take the lower rank quest if that quest gets any relation to Demonic thing. This time, she gains pretty decent information about something related to Demonic spirit and this is also the reason she gets back to Oak City. She heard about menacing spirits lying underneath the Oakland Church that has been there since the Haunted Lands of Phantom Lord were closed. Phantom and specters who had been sealed beneath the church by the guild are now roaming the catacombs. Some of them are evil spirits, who wish harm on any who dare approach them, but some are civil and hope their final wishes can be completed so they may pass on peacefully.

From what she heard, all of the spirits underneath the Oakland Church can be destroyed or can all be saved, and the main goal from this quest is to remove them from under the church. But, Achlys has her own agenda, she was aiming to find all the evil spirits she can find under that Oakland Church, because she wants to gather more information from them about Demon and Daemon. She sees this quest as the opportunity for her, the opportunity that will raise up the possibilities where she can finally find what she’s been looking for. Achlys starts copying notes from the tiny little one she brought during her trip to all around the world. In that tiny notebook lay a few secrets and a little information given by so many merchants during the annual flea market in Baska, including some information she got about this quest underneath Oakland Church.

After she’s done copying the note, she reads her plan book and starts thinking about her plan. She starts tidying up her plan from one step to another one, from one information to another, and she starts considering her decision and the consequences plus possibilities of her plan if it works perfectly. One by one, she wrote more details about her plans, explaining all aspects as detail as possible so she can't avoid failing these plans. She takes her time to make point after point, she even makes some back up plans in case some steps of her plans fail. She then reads the whole plan one more time until she reaches the current part she’s in where she gathered information as much as possible, and now is the time to use that information to gain even more information. She closes that book and prepares herself for another quest, out from the guild hall.

This quest is where she can finally hope to see and meet evil spirits that might have more details and accurate information about the Demon that she’s looking for. She walks out from her room, and walks toward the magical elevator to get to the first floor. On the first floor, she sees Azure, the guy from before. Achlys shared the information about her quest to check out if he might have heard something about it, and Achlys was right. That guy also heard rumors about those spirits underneath Oakland Church and some saying about the evil spirits there as well. After getting that confirmation from Azure, Achlys walks out from the guild hall, she starts moving towards the Oakland Church to do the quest, of course right after she completes her own agenda to gain more information from those spirits. She thinks to herself that it might be better if she walks around and asks some people about this quest before she really gets there.

So Achlys decided to walk through the Oak Streets area to gain some more information about this quest. She walks around and asks some people about the rumor that leads her to this quest. Some people say that it’s too dangerous, some others say that’s not true at all. “What makes you think there are evil spirits under the Oakland Church?” “That church is a holy place, no way spirits are hidden underneath that church” “Those rumors you heard are true, some people even heard screaming sound when they walk near that church during the night” “That is just story about the past, to make people believe that the church have power against evil spirits.” Those are the responses she gets from people around Oak Streets. But that’s not all, there is someone that sounds like he knows every detail about these rumors, and while some people give answers like before, this old man gives a different answer.

“Those spirits underneath the Oakland church are Imps, but not just that. There are some other good spirits that mean no harm to anyone. Those Imps are not just normal and small Imps as you expected, most of them are small and low level Imps, but some of them are stronger and bigger and more dangerous then you expect when you heard that they’re just Imps. There is even one Imp that can be said as their leader because this Imp is way bigger and stronger than the others, that Imp might be the real danger from that place and from this quest. If you have a plan to go there and do the quest, you better prepare yourself before you get there, or you might not be able to go back home. Not just your body, your soul might be stuck there and won’t be able to go to the afterlife as well.” Says that old man giving out a creepy vibe when Achlys asked him about the quest.

That detailed answer is the last one Achlys needs, that might be the most helpful answer and the most information she ever gets from one person. Now that she gathered some more information, she finally walked toward that Oakland church. When she gets closer to the church, she can see the church building clearly. The church in Oak is one of the churches that follows the teachings of Illumin. Most citizens can be found here praying for something good to happen, confessing their sins or repenting for them in the form of more prayers or good deeds to regain the favor of the heavens. Achlys does have some memories about church since her father was a priest, but ever since the accident happened and she got her tiny horn, she never even tried to get to the church, it’s also because she lost her trust to Gods during the accident.

This church is pretty famous, some travelers come here to simply see it’s beauty and take a break to enjoy it. Plus this place is safe because no bandits ever dare to do harm because of the powerful figures within the church. Achlys has to come in with a hood to hide her tiny horns, and she manages to get into the catacombs with no trouble. She had to convince some priest here that she knew about the spirits and would be able to destroy them all. When she gets into the catacombs, what that old man said is true, there are mostly small Imps inside those catacombs, but some good spirits are also there roaming around. One Imp that is super big can be seen on the other end of that catacomb, and Achlys knows right away that Imp is the biggest here. Achlys walks toward that direction towards the big Imp.

“You there, tell me all you know about any Demon and where I can find them.” Says Achlys to that Imp. But the Imp doesn’t seem to take her seriously and tells his army to rage out and cause more chaos in there, some even try to get to the church hall and rage out there. Seeing them create some damage and chaos, Achlys strom out her magic from her back as a big blast of darkness energy that go through anything but spirits destroying every Imps and spirits in that church building leave only the Big Imp in front of her. “I’ll give you one more chance before I destroy you” Says Achlys. That big Imp seems scared and tells her all the information he knows about any Demon, and some of that information sounds useful and might be right and true, but some others sounds clearly made up and lies. After getting all that information, Achlys blast that big Imp and destroy it, she then walks up meeting the priest and claims her reward.
