After helping the designer out a few days prior, Haru found herself re-entering the pink bricked building. The chiming of the bell signalling her entrance. Within moments she was enthusiastically greeted by the overzealous man. He definitely had far more energy than she ever seemed to, but nevertheless, he had paid her well enough for the last job, so she knew she could trust him to do the same this time around as well.

"My little kitten, I'm so glad you're here~" He purred, "I need a darling like yourself to do me a huge favour." Haru frowned as he tossed around the term 'favour', "A paid favour of course!" He added with a wink, clearly noting her irritated expression, which quickly changed upon hearing she would in fact be receiving payment for her services.

"There's a rumour going through town that a travelling merchant coming to town." He began to explain, to which Haru simply sighed, yes there were often travelling merchants that came through Baska, what was his point? Seeing what he assumed was confusion the designer continued to explain.

"You see my pretty kitty, he's not like any of the others. You see with him he carries the mightiest, most magnificent of tools with him. The Golden Scissor!" He exclaimed, dramatically grasping at his chest as if it pained him to not have it in his clutches already. A performance that was lost on the feline woman who wished he would simply get to the point already.

"So you want me to go fetch it for you?" Haru asked bluntly, hoping to speed up this conversation so she could get this job done already.

"Well, yes, clearly darling." He paused, a little miffed she was not excited as he clearly expected her to be overhearing the name of the tool, "Naturally, being such a rare and valuable piece of equipment, however, I highly doubt I'm the only one aiming for it. But I MUST have it!" He claimed, "You must do everything within your power to get it for me. Do not let it fall into the hands of my competitors!" He urged. For once his demeanour turned completely serious. He clearly meant business when he said he wanted these scissors.

"Well, considering I won't get paid unless I do, I will naturally do all I can. However, I don't really think it's up to me whether it's sold to me or not..." Haru trailed off, as she noticed the sad look on his face at her words, "I mean I will definitely get the scissors for you!" she claimed with a nervous laugh, taking the jewels he had prepared and quickly exiting the store and heading to the market stalls. She'd done it now, made a promise she might not be able to keep, her conscious was already eating at her.

As she arrived at the markets she easily spotted the merchant Fernando had mentioned to her, as several other potential buyers were trying to outbid one another already. The price was already incredibly ridiculous, how was she supposed to compete with them? It was then that the merchant cleared their throat loudly gathering the attention of all the customers.

"It is not your money that I seek, but a master tailor. If you wish to buy these golden scissors, you must convince me of your skills." He claimed, causing a few hushed whispers amongst the crowd. Clearly, they were confused by his words, he didn't care about the jewels? Then what? Did he wish for them to prove their skills or was there some other trick to this? Seeing her opportunity to speak up and take the limelight, Haru made her move.

"I am not a master tailor myself." She stepped forward, her voice loud as the crowd and the merchant turned to her, "However, I do come on behalf of one, for his workmanship is second to none, his abilities far exceeding all expectations." She claimed, spiling out whatever sweet words of praise she could think from her mother's training of winning people over with one's charm.

"Oh, a master is he?" The merchant stroked his beard as he seriously contemplated the feline woman's words.

"Yes, not only will he pay for those golden scissors with the funds he has provided me, but he will also create a masterpiece for you to wear on your travels, what do you say?" Haru asked, bluffing entirely, but if she got those damn scissors she'd get paid.

"I'd say you have a deal, my sweet lady! Take me to this master you speak of!" He clambered down off his wagon wading his way through the disappointed crowd that muttered harsh words under their breath about the demi-human. With a small bow, she'd escort him back to Fernando's boutique where the man was shocked to discover she had actually returned with the scissors. On top of that, he made fast friends with the merchant, who promised in return for his fine attire, he would spread the designer's name all throughout Fiore and beyond. With her payment in hand, Haru would sneak away, lest she were to be bothered by either of them again.
