Kaito figured while he was here he would look around his mask covering his face and his cloak slightly dances in the on coming wind revealing his bandaged arms that end in gloves most of the people that are near him steer clear of him. Other watch him as he walks they know of him and his mask as well as rumors being whispers around of him killing people with his curse.

Revy looks around from his hood at the people wondering if they have a staring problem or if they are just scared of Kaito, they both know cults more thrive in this side of fiore. Kai also now’s their is a cult leader on this side of the country that is actively looking and hunting for him. What she wants with him is still a mystery to him, she probably wants to learn the powers of his curse so she may use it for power.

Kaito keeps walking around the market place and looking for things to buy and maybe send gifts to his friends at so point but he doesn’t thing highly enough of himself to really pick for them so he just settles on grabbing some food and leaning against a pole and eats with Revy on his shoulders. He had heard reports that they seen a decently sized and scary rune knight with his own mask walking around.

The city seems to be very alive though he figures that the guild in this area must do a great job of protecting the place our there maybe be more snakes among the grass then he is seeing or being wise to. He decides for the time being he will listen and learn of what is the goings on around here. Maybe he will find trouble or maybe he will have a day of peace it always seemed to be a coin flip.

It had been awhile since he had been in Astera, having spent quite a bit of time in Oak recently for a couple of investigations and an invasion into Eternal Nightmare that actually turned into a Nightmare. It had left the large man shaken in his aspirations as he now stared down into the cup of tea that sat before him. His life had begun to drag on as of recently, with many plans and plots revolving around him. It was almost cathartic how things seemed to just slide down the drain even as he was finally making moves on the plans he had made with Hitomi months, years ago. It left him feeling fairly melancholic if he were honest. It was a weird feeling to have considering that for the most part everything had gone as planned. Those who he had scouted had joined in with his plans without much fuss. He was even slated to go meet another soon, but he knew that he would need far more allies than he currently had to accomplish his goals as well as fight off the growing incursion of Cults and Evil Organizations that threatened to break the Heaven's Pact and allow those who wished harm upon Earthland to cross the veil again.

He would look up from his tea, the market place bustling with the passage of time and life. The various peoples moving about their day with nary a care in the world as they shopped for various goods and services, not even knowing that potentially under their feet, a group of ne'er-do-wells were planning how to slaughter and sacrifice them to whatever God of Destruction they felt would accomplish their goals. It was these moments that made him wish he hadn't left the Rune Knights, but he knew that it was for the best. The organization wasn't bad, in fact outside of his gripes with how they handled Dark Guilds and the random people of great importance, they were actually pretty well run when funded. But the problem simply was that they weren't well equipped to handle what Seika felt was the real struggle, the real problem that was threatening Earthland on what felt like a daily basis. It was why he felt the need to bring along with him people who could handle the truth and peer into the abyss and could take the abyss staring back at them. He needed warriors and soldiers to help him destroy that which wished to destroy them all.

A heavy sigh ripped itself from his throat as his eyes glanced over the many persons, nameless and faceless as they were, that passed him by. None of them stuck out as they were all so... human. Imbued with normal powers, normal lives, normal... existences. Staring down at his hand, rotating it about with his wrist to watch the many energies swirling about within him. How could he even remotely relate to them on any sort of level that would matter. How could he see anything in them to find common ground with beyond the fact that they needed protection? Life was fickle that way, and it had led to a life of unease and uncertainty. But it also led to chance meetings and potentially, second chances.

It was the small glimmer of a small being, a cat more than likely, that caught Seika's eye from the corner. Tilting his head slowly, he could see a small being that looked somewhat familiar that was following a much larger human who seemed fairly out of place in this bustling marketplace. The name eluded him, but the person hadn't left that much of a good impression upon him the last time they had met, but he was fairly certain that the Dimension Dragon still carried about him a power and a potential that was unmatched by many, including his own fellow mages. Deciding to try and wave him down, Seika would lift his left hand and wave at the boy, attempting to garner his attention with the small gesture.

He caught the scent of the man he was here to search for but this place was huge and packed with people. He lets Revy know so she can keep an eye out for them with him as he dodges in between people as he walks along trying to see if he can find where the man was at, then he sees the man making a gesture toward him. He wondered if that meant he remembered Kaito or if this was just the man semi just making a human gesture toward him as a greeting, he was still learning to deal with humans and the things they do.

He points Revy in the right direction and starts walking toward the man, he still feels a bit weary of the man as he was a Rune Knight the last he had seen of him and he had heard they were a bit hard nosed and inflexible, plus he had really just invited himself in when ghost was making a fool of himself. Their meeting had been very brief last time but the man had put a fear in Kaito just from his presence. Kaito hoped this meeting here wouldn’t end in a fight of some kind cause he didn’t like his chances vs this man rather it be magical combat or non-magical standard combat. Rune Knights probably beat combat skills into him, so he could take the world by storm if he had need to do it in their name.

He got to the space of where the man was sitting and he looked at the man. "Hello sir Seika, it has been a bit, hopefully I am finding you in good health and in good times." he was trying to be friendly so not to make the man feel uneasy around him, even though Kaito gives off a weird aura about himself, maybe because he is a dragon slayer or maybe because he is a person that keeps everyone at a distance because he is cursed.

It was the small light of recognition that let Seika know that the young man also vaguely remembered him, or rather was merely paying attention to the fact that someone was waving in his general direction. It had been a fairly decent amount of time since Seika had seen him, and even then, in their first meeting he had only got a barely decent look or conversation with the guy. That was all to say that Seika didn't have much of an opinion of Kaito. He had seemed relatively meek and distant before and while that was likely due to Seika's overwhelming presence and authority, someone of the Dimensional Dragons capabilities should have been enough to maintain some sort of backbone and eagerness to prove himself. Of course not everyone was like him. Not everyone wished to flaunt power and prestige in a way to get what they wanted. It was something that Seika was learning to appreciate as more people gravitated towards his level of power and influence. He was actually beginning to understand the many roles and jobs that others had. Not everyone had to be a bullheadish warmonger. Some could be a bit a more reserved in how they handled issues. Things were still handled all the same.

His eyes flicked over to the Dragon as he approached, the young man greeting him with a level of respect and exuberance that he initially wouldn't have expected from him. This was definitely a different look from the last time the two had met. Though the young man had at least shown interest with talking with Seika after their first meeting, certain issues had popped up that had kept him from maintaining such a conversation. Deciding to return the mood and put aside his melancholy, Seika would perk up and respond to Kaito in turn, "Kaito was it? I appreciate the well wishes, hopefully you yourself are coming to me in good health as well." Talking was still not something that Seika was used to doing even if he found himself speaking more and more in recent months.

Kaito pondered if a curse counts as a non-good health example. "I come in the same health I saw you last in curse still intact and alive." He was unsure if that came off as vindictive and resentful  or if it was a simple I am still cursed please still refrain from touching me directly. He is really unsure what he is even doing here he had not really thought this whole thing out or if he was gonna ask to fight and have this thing given to this man.

"I have something that is calling to the one or two you might have. How shall we settle this a fight or an arm wrestling contest for it? Winner picks if they keep them or give to the loser." He pulls out his pouch from his exceeds bag and the blood rune he has is seeming to tremble wanting to be with the others of it's kind that this man seems to have on them somewhere.  He wonders if this man is gonna take him up on it or if he is gonna just scoff at him. He knows he isn't a threat so the man will probably just pick arm wrestling to just win the rune off of Kai real fast.
