Activity: starting to get back to open the site everyday

Reason: Across current staff there is one clearly active person, you can make an argument that there are maybe 1-2 others. Beyond that, most of the people with a Staff role do little to nothing, which in turns puts the onus on the few active, who in turn get burnt out, and then nothing gets done. Site activity dies in part with dead staff, and having me on staff helping to handle shit is an immediate improvement to that.
Skills: Take your pick, either now or before I have had my hand in this.

Experience: Previous staff role multiple times here, current dev role.
