ManaSurprisingly, Aki had taken the disbandment of his former guild more personally than he had expected. A stroll through the mountains was all it took for him to convince himself so. He faintly recalled his encounters with the mountain werewolves. They were undoubtedly feisty but in no way incapable of controlling their temper. For some reason, this was a common misconception among the common folk. All they had ever seen or learned were silly stories that did a poor job of illustrating what it meant to be a werewolf.
There was also the time when he had met a giant bunny sometime around Easter. The details were foggy, but he remembered receiving some gift for taking the time to talk to the creature. Since departing his homeland, Aki realized that his best moments were on Earthland. It opened up a land of endless opportunity for the Encan.
However, he would not be receiving the ending he had hoped for. With nothing left, Aki's hope had diminished. He had convinced himself that there was no returning from his state of mind. Without thought, he jumped from the edge of a mountain.
