Client:

Farmer Jim: Quite possibly the oldest and most well respected of his profession, Farmer Jim has being growing and harvesting grain since before the Duke was alive. Currently in his late fifties and still fighting fit, he will often be seen combing his fields or at the windmill. However, he understands that he is getting older, and so sometimes he may require the help of a willing soul, either to man the fields or clear out some pests.

Summary: Everything is overgrown and it doesn’t seem to be stopping and soon, all of the city will be part of those vicious vines. Farmer Jim has now requested someone to cut through those vines and clear the village enough to prevent the entire area from being swallowed. The vines are almost alive and it seems that something is giving these plants more power.

Enemies: None

Objective: Cut away the vines that are overwhelming Marigold. Find the source of them and destroy it.

Details:

Create a topic at the Farmlands.
Farmer Jim will explain the situation and ask you to help him stop the infestation of vines.
The vines appear as if they’re alive and they will begin to pull you as soon as you step foot into the grasslands.
You will begin to notice that the deeper you go into the farmlands, the stronger the vines start to get.
Try not to get pulled into the vines. Anyone who gets pulled will not return alive.
By the time you reach the center of the farmlands, you will notice a bright blue orb buried in the soil. It appears to be the source that is giving power to the vines.
Destroy the orb, whatever method you use.
Farmer Jim will reward you for saving his land.
