Jikan

https://youtu.be/BB5SR00QHyQ

Power. Respect. Honor. Pride.

These were all things that Jikan Supesu had acquired through the years she had spent working and growing within the confinements of Fiore's land. She grew her strength, her reputation, her name. People knew of her, her many deeds that were both good and bad. Her skill and power that she was happily always open to test against other strong warriors and mages. But to her, the biggest joy and feeling of pride was the actions in the two years. Somehow, she found herself involved with a group of mages and warriors with less than reputable names. In the middle of a meeting they were attacked and she was forced to respond in self defense. Defeated in the end, she was dragged to one of the Rune Knights dungeon's in Central Fiore. After fighting and breaking her way out, she returned home and stayed to herself due to needs.

The return of Orchidia's citizens that were in desperation of resources and a home. Establishing Sleeping Calamity's base and dominance in the North. Fighting off opposing mages, adventurers and fighters for control and influence in the area. The instability of it all, she needed to fix it. It was where she was going to live after all.

Taking the town of Orchidia under her, she spent, days, nights, sweat, and blood aiding the people and protecting them. Taking care of them. Being with them. Living with them and at times for them. And although the former Guild Master and her fellow Founders were not there. She was there. She was there holding the banner of Sleeping Calamity. Doing the brunt of the work with the few small number of Sleeping Calamity members that were practically no names in the grand scheme of who's who.

Two years of this, and balancing raising her three adopted kids; Aurelia, Klein, and Amira. She was building a home a place to be safe and secure....she thought.

It...was...nice. Fulfilling.

And the one time...she left. After two years. The one time she let her itch for adventure and testing her skills returned. Her home was attacked. Even if no one was hurt in the town or guild in full since somehow no one was present besides a sole unknown soul. The fact that it COULD have gone bad angered her. It terrified her. And that, made her want blood...to feel fear...a concern of 'what if'...made her mad.

What if the town got destroyed? What if citizens tried to protect the building and was seriously hurt? One had at least from her information, and that person was beaten and taken away. What if her kids were present and got injured or abducted? All these things...made her sick...feel weak. And that...stirred something within her.

Calamity.

A wrath that was boiling more and more at the fact that it all happened when she was not there to do anything.

Jikan stood on top of her Duhilin mount Maxx, Mia with her holding the reins. Jikan was dawned in her full set of gear, her eyes shining with red intensity as she looked at Paradise Dawn's Guild building from above. With a step forward she fell, flipping in the process to build momentum. faster and faster she approached the home of her enemies. With a shout she punched, crashing through the ceilings of the building as she landed at the guild's entrance.

"Bring me your Guild Master. NOW!!!".

Khalfani †
A lot of time had passed since Khalfani stepped down as guild master, although much in general hadn't changed at all. They were still the royal prince of Desierto, and the person responsible for building and establishing a nation in the North- one that worked tirelessly to protect the North from monsters both human and otherwise. The gods hadn't placed the Desiertan on the path of Northern Liberation. It was clear that they wanted the Lion for something else, but Khalfani had never been afraid to fight destiny. The strategic placement of Paradise Dawn served a bigger cause. Perhaps a cause that only they could see. The truth of the matter was simply that nobody else had the capacity to fathom the idea of this glorious vision, maybe except those they chose to lead the guild in their stead, and even then...well...

The vessel of divine light was the furthest thing from stupid and the closest thing to perfection. In fact, it could be said that Khalfani was just too intelligent for their own good, or, at least in their own eyes and they had the eyes of god. You see, they had been watching and not-so-patiently waiting for Sleeping Calamity to make their vengeful move. When the Prince heard word of their arrival back in the north, even after meeting Knuckles, they safely assumed that Sleeping Calamity was coming sooner or later, so they kept a close eye on them whenever they were dumb enough to move around publicly. Their ignorance was their own faults. They should have known that Khalfani had been favored by the Northern people, they should have known that all of Paradise Dawn had been recognized as heroes. Alas, later, finally, the calamity came- or at least one of their guilds members did. Khalfani stood in the guild masters room, a tower in the same general area of the dining hall and other general buildings. There were some things they needed to grab before leaving.

"One of the sleeping Calamity Members are here. I'm certain more will come." They said to whomever was in the tower with them as the peered out of the window.

A death wish, perhaps? She was either the boldest person they had ever seen, or simply an idiot. The giant eye hundreds of meters in the sky could see everything. Everything, yet oddly enough this woman seemed to travel only with her thirst for vengeance and a flying steed. She was none other than Jikan, the babysitter- or whatever they called her. Truthfully, It was a fitting name for someone leading a guild full of reckless imbeciles. Still, the former Commander of Paradise was amused. She dropped from above the Guild hall, multiple buildings combined to create a nation, and landed one of the buildings, punching the ceiling and doing nothing to it. No damage had been done, yet she insisted on demanding to see the guild master. About 40 meters away from where Jikan landed, in the tower Khalfani laughed. Their Monarch item sat on their face, shield held firmly, golden armor on, Xena the Leggro by their side. They were ready and perhaps...

Perhaps this would keep the swine away for good.

Knuckles Shi

While Jikan went to the roof Knuckles went to the building way in the back listed as the training build for Paradise dawns guild page, since there was no one there to stop him Knuckles opened the door and walked in. Upon looking around there did not seem to find anyone around besides him. Perhaps the other members of the guild were out in town shopping or maybe in other parts of the guild.  This guild was massive he could see how it drew most of its members. While Knuckles strolled around he admired their training facility for what it was, but it was a bit over the top for his taste.

Dressed from head to toe in armor and gear Knuckles held his hammer in his right hand, shield held in his left, helmet on his head, armor on his chest covering his arms and legs.  Of course, he had his ring and earrings, and hovering behind him was Stera his companion.  He wondered who would be the first person to come and find him way out on this side of the guild.  He hoped the first person he came across put up a better fight than Azure had when they came to their guild.  Khalfani had told him they had a bunch of warriors here so he was hoping.

Perhaps he could even come across Khalfani once more and address them for their betrayal. Well, it was less of a betrayal and more of a rouse, pretending to be a friend at the lake when really they were an enemy, the very leader of the guild that leader the destruction of their guild.  Knuckles thought the pair would have become better friends but at last, they were a snake. If there were one lesson Knuckles had learned from his family it was that snakes needed to be handled on-site.

Ittindi
Ittindi pulled out his pocket watch, thinking to himself that he would probably be one of the first members here. Today he was in just a black vest with a pair of one of his oldest slacks, in a pair of Bosco loafers. It was rattier than his regular outfit, but he expected some amount of violence how much he would participate depended. When his Young Master had told him of their plans, he hadn't been exactly thrilled. Still, the dedication required sacrifice. As Ittindi walked up the mountainside he was surprised to see the grandiose of Paradise Dawn's guildhall. He thought of how a guild was capable of such work, but the city they claimed to be heroes of still had plenty of problems. It was a typical thing that those who claimed to be "good" did. They always had enough wealth and power to make sure their situation was amazing. Somehow they never had enough for others. He'd chuckle as he continued to walk to the reception area.

Entering the building he'd see a receptionist, she was adequately dressed for her job through her posture could use more decorum. He'd approach the front desk casually, he had no idea when the others would be here, but he had a feeling it'd be soon enough. Ittindi didn't particularly enjoy the idea of violence.

"Good morning, I'm with the Guild Sleeping Calamity. We're going to be raiding this guildhall shortly so I'd like to ask all civilians to get as far away as possible. I'm going to start trashing this beautiful reception room shortly. By the way, I love what you guys have done aesthetically with these walls. I feel very welcome!"

Ittindi would make sure that after he mentioned he was in Sleeping Calamity he'd let his tongue tattoo show. He'd back away from the receptionist and give the room a second glance. He hadn't seen anyone besides her, but never hurt to be extra careful. Whether not she left he would soon start his rampage. He spied a perfect metal chair where one could wait that would do quite nicely for breaking this desk as well as some of the other furniture. He was unsure how long it would take for members of this guild to respond. Ittindi was a little shaky not due to the fact that he'd probably be one of the first guild members taken out. Mostly because he did find the reception room quite lovely. It'd be a shame to hurt it, he wondered if they'd be ok with him coming to view it at another time independently.

Cailyn Umata

Even the gods can't save you now

Caitlyn had been busy planning for her trip to the east soon, gathering supplies and the likes for the long trip but truth be told it was only a smart part of what she was trying to do, to find the cure for her sister would have to wait as there was many things needed to be done for the guild, her new home Paradise Dawn. She actually hadn't taken the time yet to actually ask any questions about the goal but through the chatter and rumors that buzzed around her during her daily routines it seemed the guild based it's foundation on monster hunting, a rather noble and simple profession.

The place held many different races, far different from the places she had been to where humans were the majority, and very much the only sovereign leaders. New to Fiore Cailyn did not dwell much in it's affairs, Khalfani stepping down as leader however and instead as some  royal prince of Desierto, again she knew very little but with him stepping down the other founders of the guild such as herself had to step up. Not shying away from her leadership position Cailyn finally got around to the tasks of filing the necessary paperwork for the transportation of some of the materials they were shipping out for other resources and profit, sending letters to the right people, and on top of that people were coming to her to talk about some of the problems going around the guild, so..

In other words... she was a glorified receptionist but she didn't mind since she would be going out back to the field soon.

Finishing the letters she was sending out and was taking a break Cailyn ears twitched ever slightly as she looked up as a gentlemen walked into the receptionist office. She didn't recognize this person but she did observe his features as he walked in wearing a black vest, looking at a rather nice pocket watch, nice slacks and a neat pair of loafers as well, was this man perhaps one of the other founders she didn't meet yet?

Since she had been been relaxing Cailyn had been in rather rude posture, her body leaned back into the chair, she was wearing knee high leather leggings. Feet rising off the desk Cailyn greeted a simple smile as she got up to attend to her new complaint, "Yes? How can I help you?" Cailyn responded, she was wearing a plain white shirt and had a black vest similar to the man in an open style, except while he wore brown slacks Cailyn was wearing an exotic red cotton skirt that matched her black vest along with the boots, her hair just a little past her ears, wearing basic makeup on.

Another suprise Cailyn didn't see coming, was that the man she spoke to was not friendly at all, his tone was but his words far less from inviting, the gentlemen saying he was in fact not a founder and was a member of a guild called Sleeping Calamity, Cailyn was again new to this country so the whole guild concept was new to her, but she imagine the subject of destroying the receptionist office of another guild meant that he was attacking Paradise Dawn which is all she needed to really know.

I see that the nature of your visit is not on friendly terms, Mr..” Cailyn would pause since she didn’t know the name but she decided to skip over that, “Sir.”  If you have grievances with Paradise Dawn then all you had to do was get a meeting and we could have talked it out but since you are bent on destroying this lovely receptionist room, I suppose I would have to stop you and send you back to your home.” After that Cailyn copied the man ironically showing him her own guild tattoo on her tongue by licking her lips in attempt to slightly moisten them while being particularly motivated to fight as she was excited to get a little exercise after being cooped up in the receptionist office, “Cailyn Umata. Now please get the hell out of my receptionist office, or I'll kick you out.

Fried sausages, cuddling along with a mountain of seasoned rice with a hill of peas to it's side. The amount of this meal was piled onto a large plate, enough to feed an entire family. Luckily since no one was in the dining room at the time, Brone Heavyaxe was overjoyed at the fact he will not be expected or obligated to share or have eyes upon him as he dug in. As he walked into the dining room, he looked over to the reflection of a nearby window, looking himself over while he held up the plate of a glorious meal for a king as he slowly ran a hand over his golden armor and lightly touched the horn of the blue helmet that sat upon his head. He smiled, how proud he was of his person armory, and how proud his father and grandfather would be to see him. The dwarf began to imagine himself standing beside his father and his uncle, the warriors of the clan in their best armor while his mother would chisel an art piece into the stone of the main hall.

The dream was shattered as a loud noise of something shattering had startled the dwarf, causing him to drop his plate, the food fell upon the floor. Khalfani's voice echoed into his ear from memory "Whoever makes a mess, cleans it up and mops the floor". Not only did he lose a meal he intended to savor during his moment of peace, but now he would have to clean and mop it up while the early bird members walk in and laugh at him, pointing their index finger with great enthusiasm; how he hated being mocked for performing a chore during his off day while others found enjoyment of his woes.

Khalfani's voice came to him again, mentioning something about a calamity, "Indeed it is" Brone's voice growled, not knowing or caring if the voice he heard was Khalfani himself or another memory. He simply stormed through the main double doors of the mess hall and saw the cause of the ruckus. A robed figure with a full helmet with visor. "Ye're intrudin'!" Brone yelled as he drew both his axes, he gritted his teeth as steam fumes from his nostrils . He wasn’t sure who this person was but he had disrupted his off day, he felt this intruder didn’t deserve the traditional warm welcome. He walked over towards the mystery person, each step echoing throughout the lobby.

#7Yuurei

Calamity Crash [Raid | PD ] Empty Tue May 24, 2022 9:35 am

Yuurei

It had been some time since Yuurei had been the guild master. What he had done was far more than anybody else had done within Fiore. Yes, he was not there for a lot of the major events that had happened throughout Fiore in the past years. Still, what he had done for the last three years since appearing within the country was a lot. His time in Fiore and in other countries had brought him fame and allowed him to be known as the famous mage within Fiore. It was something to brag about, but it was not something he expected in such a short amount of time.

Still, there was one thing he did in his past that he knew would come knocking down on his door. When he had destroyed Sleeping Calamity’s guild. He had done this with the former guild master, and he figured that it wouldn’t go unnoticed. They had captured an elf from their guild, so if he was still alive, then he was sure that this man had reported back to his guild master. If that were the case, then they had failed to convert him into a member of Paradise Dawn. He knew that because of this they would one day come knocking down on their doorstep, and it seemed like today would be the day.

So, as people from Sleeping Calamity had started to appear one by one, where would Yuurei be throughout all of this? Well, it was simple, the Nephilim was on his way to the training dome. He had always found himself training to better himself. It wasn’t just that, but he would bring people from the guild to train with him. It was one of the ways he was able to get to know them better. The berserker had fought almost everyone in the guild except for a selective few.

Yuurei was clad in all his gear, for he had sent word to bring one of his guild members to the training room. Renji was not with him as he had been napping away in hiding for the day. His pacing was as normal as always as he would open the door to the training dome. This door was on the opposite side of Knuckles entrance. When he was fully inside, Yuurei had noticed that he was not alone in the training dome. It would seem like there was a stranger within this place. He was pretty sure they weren’t expecting any visitors today, which meant that he had snuck in.

That wasn’t a good thing, and he was sure going to hear a reasoning behind this. Yuurei would smile as he walked a bit forward. When he stopped, he would be about sixty meters away from Knuckles. The dome surrounding them was huge as always. It was spacious and flat with training dummy set throughout the edge of the buildings. The training equipment could also be found at the edge of the building. The dome itself stretched for about one hundred meters from edge to edge. The height of the dome curved itself around where the top of the dome also reached one hundred meters.

“I wasn’t told we were having visitors today. May I ask you what you’re reasoning behind appearing here is? I don’t know your name, but I remember your face belonging to the dark guild Sleeping Calamity.” He said to him as he was smiling at him the enter time.

If this guy was here, then it meant that he might not have been alone. It meant Jikan must have been there, which meant that what they did in the past finally arrived. Sleeping Calamity was here to seek revenge, but how would it fair for them?

Hassan

Even though he was one of the weakest members of the group, Hassan had his priorities in place. This wasn't just an assault mission to him, it was a rescue mission. Why should be, or anyone else remains a slave to another guild simply because of why they represent. Even with a low reputation,  being held against one's will which might not have even been worth the effort was just another way to say that if you had the power to do so, you can do whatever you want. Hassan didn't like that, and he was willing to put what he had to offer on the line to rescue his comrade.

At the same time, if there were any other prisoners to release, he would do so and buy some time as well if they were particularly strong.  Maybe it's a little embarrassing to state that this is how the weak usually fight, through deceit and cunning. However, it was the only thing that Hassan had available to him.  "I wonder how the others are doing, hopefully, they are alright...." Hassan said this as he snuck around the area while looking for something useful.

Thread clarifications:

Jikan stood on the roof of one of the well crafted buildings that made up Paradise Dawn. Her blow aimed at hitting and crashing through the roof proving to be unsuccessful for some odd reason. Perhaps the building was stronger than she thought and she needed to put more power into her attacks? Either way she was here now and she had a goal. To crush the building like they had done at her home and to get some answers from whoever ordered the action. Now, if that was done through a tense conversation or through the aftermath of blood being spilled well…that would be up to them and their ‘mercenary army’ to decide.

It would take some work though. The building and Guild as a whole was large, some pieces massive even. And by the length of where she was, the position she was in was wide. With being stuck on the roof she was glad she looked at the dimensions of the location she was going to before she chose to fall. Based on her current position, it spanned a distance of 80 meters from her East to West sides. To her south, there was a length of 120 meters. And to her North, there was  a tower, one that was 40 meters from as she stood on the roof. Already facing towards the tower, she saw that there was a person in it…and that meant that if she could see them… then they could see her too most likely.

Acting to be cautious, she moved back, lunging backwards moving 17.5 meters putting a total of 57.5 meters of distance between her and the person located in the tower that she had no idea of knowing was Khalfani. While she lunged back, in her first lunge, Jikan would kick the ground as she moved back. Throwing out her anger in the blow she would deal 1xS damage to the building’s. She then would lunge again after her first lunge ended if nothing changed from what she was seeing. Moving again to put a final distance of 75 meters between them. Not being the fool type, Jikan kept her guard up while moving, prepared to try to cast a spell to defend herself or move her body if she was attacked with a magical spell or a melee weapon such as a gun or bow from afar.

She wondered how high up she was…and little did she know she was far up. A total of 100 meters above the ground level.

Knuckles Shi

A smile graced his face as fate had bestowed upon him the current guild master of Paradise Dawn, though Knuckles did not know it he only knew it was greeted by a member of the guild. To him, it did not matter who exactly he had run into first. The fact that he had been greeted was enough.   Yes, you would be correct. I am Knuckles Shi,  as for my reason to be here. Well.." Knuckles drew his hammer from his waist gripping it firmly within his right hand.  He would also remove his shield from his back, though he knew that the shield was pretty much worthless. Still, it had some uses of course, though he was not sure who this guy was and what magic he passed if any, his gear did look nice.

Knuckles lifted the hammer straight up and kept his eyes focused on Yuurei. He Channeled mana into his hammer Casting Tempest Rage gaining the buff from his weapon. The skies outside would immediately become dark a clear sign to all those that Knuckles knew that he had cast this spell, and alerting everyone he was about to start fighting. It was funny how that worked, magic that was. He could never wrap his head around it all.

After the spell was cast, Knuckles finished his sentence. "I have come to return the gesture you bestowed upon my guild home. Funny how you called us a Dark Guild when you have cast the first stone. I was always wondering when a hero would arise to bestow their greatness upon the north. Odd, how destroying a building is acceptable due to how and who formed us. Mhm. Well then let us being, or would you prefer we stepped outside?  Knuckles lowered the weapon down to chest level as he pushed the shield out in front of his body. It would work out for him either way, either their fight destroyed this building or their fight put more buildings at risk.  Either way, his fellow guild members would know the raid had officially begun. It was time to lead the assault and do what they came here to do. Show those of the North that Sleeping Calamity would not sit idle when poked.

Stera chuckled a bit finding the entire reason for coming here funny, to him it seemed silly to get so rattled up over a place that Knuckles did not even live for over two years. Perhaps it was some type of human emotion or sense of ownership that drove this choice. Either way, Stera made sure he flew 5 meters off the ground and stayed closer to the wall like most fights he had watched, he would only watch after all he did not like fighting at all.

Ittindi
"Ittindi Amali"

He would give his name in the pause for the receptionist. He would have to apologize later, he did forget to give his name. That was partly due to the stress he was feeling. Ittindi had never tried to actively destroy a building, let alone one owned by a magical guild. Her mention of the grievances did make Ittindi chuckle and break his typical stoicism. The nerve of this guild to destroy another's guildhall than pretend like grievances needed to be listed. How they could be seen as heroes by anyone showed the absolute lack of knowledge of the average citizen. Ittindi would take a couple of steps back, moving towards the chair he spied earlier. Leaving a 4-meter gap between him and Caitlyn before answering.

"An appointment? What's there to discuss Madam? Your guild destroyed our Guild Hall, now we will attempt to do the same. If we don't end up being successful, I'd love to get a tour at a later date. I do hope you stop me quickly Lady Umata, I don't revel in destruction like most of my compatriots. "

Ittindi spoke honestly, but slower than usual, using the time while speaking to look around. He did hold out a little bit of hope that Caitlyn would be someone of good character, but that didn't seem possible with her comments so far. He had found her spunk when showing him her tattoo and her confidence in threatening him attractive. There was always something to be said of a person who was sure in themselves. Better to be wrong and decisive than be scared to decide at all. There was always the chance that this Caitlyn wasn't involved with the destruction of the guildhall. Ittindi wasn't even a member when they had their building destroyed, he just was helping clean it up after. From what he observed of the guild they hadn't done anything particularly evil.

From what he observed, they were the only ones in the reception room. It was time for him to take action, he'd pick up the chair and toss it straight at Caitlyn. He expected her to dodge it, in which case it would damage the building, his first strike against it.  As soon as he finished chucking the chair at her a magic seal would appear on his arm as he created his silk shield on his left arm. Ittindi didn't have a battle stance or martial arts on his side. Instead, he bent his knees slightly and watched carefully as he assume that Caitlyn would go on the offensive. He only had one goal now, to defeat Caitlyn. If he found that wasn't possible he'd have to delay her, ensure that he took as much of her time as possible.

Cailyn Umata

Even the gods can't save you now
Not knowing his name Cailyn opted to just call him sir but before she could he uttered his name, Ittindi Amali. Not rude unreasonably so unless for reserved situations Cailyn nodded and used his name as she responded to someone that had plans to destroy the guild, starting with the receptionist area.

Thinking the nature was just pure destruction Cailyn hadn't expected Ittindi answer, apparently his visit here was not something that could be processed through nor in even Cailyn options should as it seemed they had destroyed there guild, Sleeping Calamity first? Cailyn knew nothing about what he spoke of. "Whom attacked your guild hall? Us? I'm sorry but I have done no such thing and don't know about any attack. Although now I see why you're here."

Still, this man was attacking and although she could understand the injustice of having one's home attack, an eye for an eye usually just made the whole world blind, some quote like that. So despite no longer finding the excitement of fighting this man she still did intend to stop him at least, his answer brought on more thoughts to be honest, if he was here she was sure there were more of Sleeping Calamity throughout the guild, she supposed she should go help the others after dealing with this one.

While thinking it seemed Ittindi had no intention of not fighting as he took the first action, Cailyn was still behind the desk and he was four meters away but that was of little trouble, as was the singular chair he threw at her. Still mid-air and to Cailyn moving rather slowly she used both hands to catch the sides of the chair, placing it on the desk and transitioning into acrobatically leaping up into the air a bit forward just enough to land in the exact chair he threw at her, one leg pushing on the top of the chair causing it to lean forward and begin to fall towards him as Cailyn smiled, "Too bad we seem to be at odds right now, you're quite a handsome man." Cailyn noted as the chair that she was on continued falling and she used the already built momentum to pounce off of the chair straight at Ittlandi.

Covering the gap in a mere second Cailyn didn't actually attack, Ittlandi had created a shield to block her, however the shield didn't seem large enough to cover his entire body so instead of attacking his already defended body Cailyn lunged only three and a half meters forward at about 11 m/s, landing in front of him a half a meter away and then moving up to 20 m/s as she swung her right arm forward twisting her body low to the ground to knock out his left leg footing outward to make him loose balance, hitting it her way Cailyn wouldn't hesitate to grip onto it the moment she made impact and quite literally drag Ittlandi out of the the receptionist area. as she dashed towards the bridge by the waterfall with him in toe.

Brone Heavyaxe
In relation to Jikan’s Thread Clarification:

The moment he heard “Bring me your Guild master. NOW!” the dwarf rushed to the spiral metallic staircase that led to the hatch that exited to the rooftop. Several things ran through his mind as to who or what could have been threatening the guild master. The biggest threat the guild had to face in defending their home was the attack of the titans, and though they didn’t speak, just knowing the guild was being under attack, but Brone on edge, kicking up his adrenaline. So he drew his golden battleaxe as he neared the hatch.

The battles that the guild had against the titans were intense and destructive, many people had suffered, both fighters and civilians, to this day Brone still hears word that certain settlements are still recovering from the attack of the giants. Ever since that moment, he made sure to be tentative, knowing that many people in the north now looked to Paradise Dawn for protection.

As Brone neared the hatch, he slowed himself so that he could quietly make his entrance if the enemy heard him arriving, his surprise attack would have little effect, then as the dwarf reached the hatch, he then burst through it, popping out behind Jikan about 7 meters away. He wasn’t surprised to see the stranger wasn’t a giant, but seeing Jikan wearing a red and black robe and donning a helm completely covering their head, he recognized this stranger wasn’t familiar to him and was the only one on the rooftop as far as his sight recognized. The figure was running in his direction as if running away from something or someone; either way, Brone couldn’t take any chances of his home being attacked by a stranger, regardless if they were a giant or not, so he raised his golden axe into the air, the magic within the axe whirled like a slight gentle breeze as he lunged towards Jikan, then as the dwarf swung the axe downwardward, trying to strike at the masked stranger, whether the attack connected or not, the spell would activate, the magic will spark to life, causing an icy wind to whip outward to a full 50 meters away.

Though Brone had made his first strike, his left hand grasped the handle of his second battleaxe, ready to pull it from its holster for either another attack or to defend himself.

Yuurei

Yuurei notice that Knuckles would grab what seemed to be a hammer on his waist. This was something he was doing while he was talking. Yuurei being the fighter he was immediately readied himself for battle. Being who he was open both of his hands the moment he saw Knuckles reaching for something. Two magic circles would appear from above his hand at the same time as he immediately activated his Starlight Magic: Twenty-Two Star, and his Starlight Magic: Twenty-One Star.  Stars would appear and disappear into Yuurei almost instantly as Knuckles would raise his hammer into the air.

Now, that he was powered up by his magic, he also knew the name of the person he was facing. That was good to know. He wasn’t sure what Knuckles had done as they were inside of a training dome, but he knew that he had done something. He would listen to his story and his reasoning for being here today. It was nice to know that the guild, he and Khalfani destroyed would come knocking on their door. It was beautiful to see them here and upset about it as well.

The Nephilim was still sixty meters away from Knuckles, and while he saw the hammer moving down from above Knuckle's head, Yuurei would make the first move by rushing straight toward Knuckles. He wasn’t sure what this man could use, but he figured he would learn today. He had suggested going outside, but there was no way he was going to let a fight not happen in a place he always sparred in. In the first second, he had closed the gap between them by eleven point twenty meters, then at second number two, he closed the gap between them by twenty point fifty meters, and by the third second Yuurei had closed the remaining thirty meters putting him right in front of Knuckles and ready to strike him down.

“The name is Yuurei Starlight, Guild leader of Paradise Dawn. Destroying your home was necessary.” He said this within the three seconds of him running toward Knuckles.

On the third second of his approach, Yuurei was throwing a quick jab with his right arm, which was equipped with his Kami no Chikara. He was aiming straight for Knuckle's chest right off the bat. If he landed the attack, his fist would phase through Knuckle’s armor and straight into his chest. If he tried to block with his shield the same results would occur. His eyes focused on his opponent as this man had told him his intent. Yuurei’s left hand, equipped with his Midas was in a defensive position bend and ready to block his face, or his side if an incoming attack came his way. He was ready to react and move accordingly to defend himself if he deemed it necessary against Knuckle’s actions.

Hassan

At the moment, Hassan's job was demolition. He had the golden opportunity of being able to do as much damage as possible to the guild area to not only cause a little bit of a distraction but to inflict some payback for the destruction that they caused with his guild hall while back. It was unprovoked, but whenever they see a guild of various independent streaks and a name called sleeping calamity, It's a lot easy to assume that they would rather strike first before the calamity decides to wake up and cause whatever sort of calamity they are expecting it to cause.

"What is our guild motto again? Strength above all or something like that?" Hassan has been doing more of the stealing besides the whole destruction bit, but you do need money in order to run an organization. Could you blame him? He was sure that his guild master would understand, even more so than that. At this current point in time, Hassan was using his natural strength to pound away at the section of the building that he was in to deal an S-rank of physical damage. He was also keeping his eyes open for some sort of riches that he could walk away with in order for them to repair their own guild hall, dark guild hardly had any kind of homeowners insurance and he needed to find a way to make himself useful to his comrades.

"I'm pretty sure I can make this go a little bit faster....." perhaps he could if he decided on relying on a spell or two, but Hassan felt that he needed to utilize as much of his resources as he could once he actually went face to face with a troublesome opponent. "Knux should be fine. If every person in the opposing guild would be considered as a nail, he would be the hammer. No pun intended......" Hassan really didn't have that many worries, everyone knew how to take care of themselves to a degree that such thoughts were wasted on them. The guild master as well, he had no idea that she managed to get so strong or even noticed that she was as strong as she was in the beginning. As usual, Hassan found himself lacking a bit, but it wasn't something that simply working out more would fix. It was a thought for another time, because for now, avoiding capture and doing as much damage as he could be the main goal here.

As Hassan was going through the destruction of the structure, he also examined and rolled his eyes at the amount of durability that it contained. "Just what the hell am I looking at here? Structures built from the roman empire? They must be swimming in cash if something as simple as punching stuff until it breaks can become a chore for a person like me. I might as well keep hammering away before someone comes along in an attempt to stop me. "

Jikan

Info stuff:

stuff:

Post breakdown:

Dealt 1xS damage to Guild building. 7xS / 10xS remaining

Now that Jikan was 75 meters away from an unknown figure. She wondered who it was. They had not moved in response to her actions. No attacks. no defenses up from what she could tell. And they did not move. Away or towards her. Were they a non-combative member? Were they a physical fighter or a close range spell user? Or were they a mid to long range spell caster who was building their time gathering mana for a series of spells?

Or...could this person be waiting to attack Jikan...maybe a trap set up or some sort? Any of these things wouldn't surprise Jikan. She did make a loud noise landing on the guild building...she just wished she was able to punch through but the material was harder than she thought and she failed to put enough strength into it. Either way, 2 seconds had passed with her movement away from them and nothing was done. Not any words were spoken to the invader that was Jikan. And none towards them.

She knew it wasn't a guildmate that decided to join the raid on Sleeping Calamity. They had agreed to start at different locations to spread the defending forces out. So it had to be a Paradise Dawn member. After all, what would a civilian be doing in a tower in the middle of a guild building? These thoughts ran through Jikans head in those two seconds she moved away.

But now...she had to choose what to do next. Continue the destruction or try to interact with this unknown person?? Unbeknownst to Jikan, she had about 4 seconds before it would turn from a one on one situation to a 2 on 1 situation.

At the 1st second mark Jikan would raise a leg once again, kicking down at the guild building to deal more damage. Putting her strength into it to deal 1xS damage once again to the building at whole. She kept her eyes on the figure, trying to coax a reaction out of them. They would sit there as their home was attacked...would they? She would keep herself ready to cast a defensive spell if the person acted throughout this and for the next several seconds.

At the 2nd she would look around, turning her head to the side to try to get a look at the environment. Eyes shifted back and forth to the figure up front that wasn't responsive and the landscape of the roof. Trying to see if she could tell if anything was fishy. In the second she looked she only noticed a hatch that was 7 meters behind her. She then turned her head back toward the person she knew was here. The hatch, it was something someone could potentially exit from. It was an unknown factor. And although her main focus was on the one before her she was not foolish to not note or consider the possibility she would be faced by multiple people.

At the 3rd second mark she would move, lunged backwards once again lunging 17.5 meters backwards. Passing the hatch and putting a 10.5 meter distance between it and her. With the hatch now being in front of her instead of behind her. This would also further the distance between her and Khal, making the distance between them 92.5 meters. At this point she was sure she heard movement coming from the hatch. Whoever it was was not able to be soundless as the ran up the surface. During this time Jikan would do a few things while lunging backwards. She would do these actions at the same time she was luning backwards using multiple limbs to cast different spells. The movement of these two spells would require a 2 second time for their creation and movement, putting the end of their actions at the 4 second time mark. At this point Brone would appear out of the hatch to see no one in front of him because Jikan had previously moved behind the hatch a few seconds beforehand. The spells formed before he arrived would go off at the same time he exited the hatch, leaving no real time for the man to block the spells assault most likely.

To cast these spells during that 2 second wait time before Brone entered the roof area, she would do it like this; Jikan would take a deep breath visibly expanding her lagre bosom by a few inches before breathing a dark air that would immediately flow out of her mouth area. Not being hindered by her helmet. A purple 8 meter diameter magic circle would appear under her as well as the designated location, the hatch she heard the incoming sound from. The purple fog would condense into a 2 meter ball before traveling 20 meter/s to the hatch in one motion. Once there it expanded in size to 8 meters where it stayed covering an 8 meter diameter. Whoever entered the space possibly from the hatch would find themselves feeling different, their Endurance dropping by S rank value (160 points).

At the same time as this, Jikan would take her left hand and snap two fingers while looking at the area the hatch sat in. A second spell would come out from the same magic circle Jikan had used for her last spell(Ill Will) in her location and the target location focus would be the same magic circle that was at the target location. A purple crow 2 meters in size would form and fly to it, once the bird reached the target area, it would burst in an explosion of dark flames that would cover an 8 meter area. Covering an 8 meter area and burning all who were in its range. If this attack landed it would deal A rank damage. At this point of time, a figure would come out of the hatch. A short man Jikan would assume, and he would have to face the quick set up of spells Jikan had prepared for him .The most painful space would be the person’s hand that held no weapon, as the flames ignored their armor and went directly to their flesh to burn and cripple their body with a dark flame, as his back was turned towards her. This would be the end of the 4 second time mark.

If Brone’s actions continued as planned he would have to turn around to face her before lunging forward, most likely after he suffered Jikan’s little curse and attack. The actions of the man safe to say would be after Jikan due to the flow of events.

With the 10.5 meter distance between Jikana and the new unknown fighter known as Brone, Jikan was ready for the man to most likely attack. He was a partial melee fighter at least given his large weapon. But to Jikan, they were just yet another unknown figure, an opponent. Well, besides being a Paradise Dawn guild member at the least. She felt her itch for combat get stronger as she realized she would be facing two people! The man raised his golden ax into the air using his main hand, a magic moving and whirling before a breeze moved around it. At this point Jikan knew that they were magical. As well as the man’s gear or just himself because as soon as he entered the roof she felt a cold chill. Unbeknownst to her it would be an effect of one of his gears that would stiffen her muscles and cause her to move slower.

As soon as Jikan saw the man lunge forward towards her from 10.5 meters away to strike. She would lunge back as well. Moving 15 meters away with her cold body to put the total distance between them during their respective lunges and the end of them to be 13 meters. At this time the man’s attack would miss his swing due to the distance between them, but the apparent spell to his ax would land its effect. Another icy cold wind that felt like it oozed from the man came over her. Reducing her speed even more. As she looked at him she saw that he had a second weapon at his side not yet drawn. If it too had a magical property it would not be good when he chose to use both on her…

However she would not simply do nothing as this happened. As the man lunged forward to swing his ax, Jikan would cast yet another spell while the two of them were airborne. Jikan would take another breath causing her chest to expand, a 4 diameter purple magic circle would appear in front of her mouth as she did so. A dark beam of dark energy in the shape of a beam blast would fire, towards Brone that is let loose from their mouth 4 diameters in size. If it was able to hit the man, it would deal 1xS damage to his torso. The likely chance of him avoiding this would be extremely hard since he was airborne, unless he had some sort of magic or technique to adjust his body mid-motion in the air. The spell would move 20 meters per second.

All of this would currently put Jikan, 13 meters away from Brone, and an even further 107.5 meters away from Khal. If her action were completed at the end of Brone’s and her’s lunge.

If the man lunged forward again towards he Jikan would lunge back again for a third time total. Moving 10 meters away from whatever way he approached her as she guarded herself.

“So…are you the guild Master that attacked my home??”.

Khalfani †
Khalfani tapped their body, causing a magic circle to appear beneath him as he flew through the window of the giant tower, activating their magical eye at the same time so that they could see everything happening everywhere. Despite not being the guild master, they still felt a pressing responsibility to defend the lives inside of these walls. However, the Ascended didn't actually care about the building itself, but moreso about the people here to wreak havoc. None of these folks would survive, that much was for certain. As much as Khal hated it, even Knuckles would have to face the wrath of dragons and gods. For The Desiertan prince was both, among worms. When the giant eye appeared in the sky, Khalfani immediately saw a white headed man at the building across the bridge. Their eyes were gifts from the gods. They could read a whole persons aura just by looking at them. The Godsblood knew immediately that this was a Sleeping Calamity Mage. In fact, they could see who and what everyone belonged to.

Khal wasted no time in zooming towards him, at least 25 meters in the air moving as fast as they could. He'd reach within 35 meters Hassan in a matter of 2 seconds. Within that time frame the white headed man had been punching the building, causing pieces of the tower to crumble and fall. Khalfani could see everything, but he would begin to approach from behind the man, way above in the air as silently as he could. Once he was within 35 meters of Hassan, just as he mentioned Knuckles and almost having fully destroyed the building. Khalfani raised his arm to the sky, activating a spell called Star Shatter before throwing the construct as soon as it appeared above his palm, hurling it towards Hassan's back, aiming to hit him directly in the back of his neck, controlling the trajectory of the spell by directing his hand to follow his enemy should he have reacted in time. Most likely, the guild would be caught in the explosion from Khalfani's own spell, but they didn't care as much as perhaps they should have. Their comrades weren't replaceable, the bricks and stones used to build Paradise was.

Knuckles Shi

Yuurei charged at Knuckles, he was quick but not quick enough where Knuckles could not react. As Yurrei pushed toward him Knuckles used these three seconds to do two things.  First Knuckles would hurl his hammer at Yurrei casting Mjolnir's Throw aiming for Yurrei's head.  As the hammer flew towards Yurrei Knuckles lunged backward for fifteen meters per second and stopped for a second at this time Yuurei would be moving at nearly his full speed and was currently where Knuckles had been standing a second ago. Knuckles found himself with his back against the wall having nowhere else to go Knuckles used both elbows to strike the wall to deal S Rank damage to the wall knocking it out. Stera, the red imp that was with Knuckles flew up and outside the wall making sure he was out of the way.

Hearing who he was fighting Knuckles felt a bit unsettled, he had thought he was facing a member of Paradise Dawn, not their Guild Master.  He had sworn Khafalni had told them they were the Guild Master when they had met at the Lake, now this man was claiming the position. Perhaps there was a change of leadership in the time it took them to act. Though the Man saying attacking Sleeping Calamity was needed to trouble him. He thought they were supposed to be Heros, why would attacking an empty building would accomplish.

Knuckles held his hand up and removed any posture to fight from his body. "Wait, explain that to me. I thought The Prince was the leader of this guild, and what do you mean necessary? I can understand we have a poor reputation but I ensure you Yurrei of Paradise Dawn, that those men who were vile are no longer a part of this Guild.  I think there might be a misunderstanding occurring here. "

This would be said if he had time to of course, if Yurrei had dealt with his hammer throw and kept pushing then Knuckles would have just assumed a defensive posture ready to take on Yurrei.

Ittindi
As the chair flew through the air, Ittindi watched Caitlyn closely to measure her reaction speed. He wondered how the rest of his guild was doing, he had heard the storm starting from his Young Master. He knew that his weapon was legendary, to the point that so far everyone seemed to recognize his hammer before they knew him. That's how he had heard rumors of him initially, the hammer was the focus of the description. If the guild master was even more powerful than him, Ittindi could only imagine the kind of havoc that was being wrecked. Then finally Hassan, he was somewhat of a drunk, but he loved action he was definitely inside his arena right now. That left Ittindi to keep one more player off the board so the rest of the team could do their job. He only wished that he was stronger.  Strong enough that he wouldn't even need to fight, or if he did barely have to move to accomplish his goal. Instead, he'd have to rely on his wits hopefully a receptionist wouldn't be too powerful.

Ittindi expected her to be capable of some combat being a member of Paradise Dawn, he just expected her to be more of a sorcerer like him. So he was a little surprised when she did the acrobatics act off the chair and appeared next to him so quickly. While she did mention that he was handsome, Ittindi knew now wasn't the time for charm. She had to pause after her lunge, and that's when Ittindi would prepare he'd drop down low using his shield to protect from her oncoming hit. He thought his shield would be plenty, but he was wrong. As he went flying backward, Caitlyn would try to grab him, but he'd spin away from her as his back hit the wall.  Getting back on his feet four meters from Caitlyn, Ittindi quickly realized two things. The first was he was outmatched in this situation; the second was that his left arm was sprained or broken he couldn't tell which yet. It was on to Plan F.

"So, I think you broke my arm. That's at least good for a tour and a dinner date right madam?"

Ittindi's face was still neutral thanks to his years of training. However, on the inside, his arm was screaming. He didn't feel at first from the shock, but now that he was thinking again it throbbed. At least he'd have a firm reminder of why he needed to train more. His Young Master had been pestering him about it, but so far Ittindi had been more content with learning. This situation was quickly changing his mind. Maybe that's why he had been asked to go on this raid, a lesson in humility was never the worse thing. He'd focus on trying to remain conscious letting the pain center his mind.

Cailyn †
Pausing after her lunge, Caitlyn had made a slight error of how fast she was, Ittandi not much slower than her was able to take advantage of her temporary stop as he attempted to use the shield to block her incoming strike.

Continuing her movement Cailyn did in fact go low attempting a powerful closed fist strike, the blow hitting his shield and causing it to disappear as the force sent him sliding across the room. Color her impress even as he kept sliding he used the force of it to spin back into control as his back touched a wall. She didn't want to fight, it hadn't seemed necessary to her nor did she have any desire to really hurt this one, like she said, he was a handsome guy.

Ittlandi admitted his arm was broken, claiming that was worth a dinner date. "Heh~ Even with a  broken arm you're still a charmer. Sure, but it's going to have to be after I kick you and yours out of my guild. By the way, where are you're people? I have no idea why you are here but this seems to be a mistake, again, I don't know anything about an attack and perhaps we need to all sit and have a chat. Or I can go back to hitting you, I'm not to particular about it.

Brone Heavyaxe
In relation to Jikan’s Info Stuff:

After the golden axe would strike Jikan, Brone would be a meter away from the enemy, remaining in melee range, ”I ain’t the guild master, no” the dwarf gritted his teeth as he gripped the golden axe in his right hand and drew his second battleaxe from his back, ”I’m the Shield of Dawn, Brone Heavyaxe” the anger in the dwarf’s proud eyes was visible; he wasn’t sure who this person was or their reason for attacking the guild, but what was clear was this was attack on his home. The air around them both was cold, the blue helmet that protected the dwarf’s head continued to emit the magical cold that filled the 50 meter range, and the Cold King’s Edict spell that was activated when he had struck upon his arrival would have covered the enemy in a frost, slowing this intruder. He readied his axes and positioned himself as he spoke, ”Speak yer name and yer business for striking my home so that ye may retain any honor that may have been lost” the clouds in the sky had gathered and grayed, the sound of either thunder or another building’s rooftop had echoed in the air, though Brone wasn’t sure which it was; either way, with the lack of information the dwarf had, he was certain of one thing, that this masked person was a threat and needed to be defeated for the sake of the guild. So he moved in and attacked.

Brone would strike with his golden axe with a backswing, swinging it from his left to right, aiming for the enemy’s midsection; the reason for this is because he positioned his green battleaxe so if the enemy somehow countered or attacked, he would use it as a counter of his own.

#22Yuurei

Calamity Crash [Raid | PD ] Empty Wed Jun 15, 2022 5:19 pm

Yuurei

The true battle had begun. Yuurei was excited about this, and even though this person had invaded his sanctuary he would make it enjoyable for him. He wasn’t the type of person to play around with his home and the people he cared about. It’s not that he wouldn’t do anything to protect everything he held deal to him, but he would do anything and everything to the ones that would cause or cause harm to them. It was why he was so destructive and direct. He didn’t beat around the bush, and directly at the man in front of him. Still, it would seem like the man in front of him would have other plans, which Yuurei was okay with.

The man in front of him had launched his hammer straight toward him. That was interesting for someone who fought with a hammer to do at the beginning of a fight. He never even saw Brone do that, so there must have been a trick behind it right? Well, to Yuurei it didn’t matter because there was one thing he would do. What was that you might ask? The berserker was a blunt man and a fighter at that, so he decided that he would meet his opponent’s hammer head on.

The light mage was halfway at full speed when he made contact with Mjolnir, and Yuurei didn’t dodge or move out of the way from the weapon. No, he decided to test his might and see just how strong this weapon truly was. When he got close to the hammer that was being aimed at his face, Yuurei had his left hand, which was equipped with Midas gauntlet, ready to make contact. A quick jab straight toward Mjolnir, his gauntlet and the hammer would make contact.

The hammer would crack and then before anything it would shatter coming to an end and falling on the floor. Midas Gauntlet wouldn’t come out of this unscathed as it would take damage but keep its durability alive and still on Yuurei’s hand. This punch didn’t stop him from running as he kept moving and making it past the location of Knuckles' previous location before he had even reached full speed. Once Knuckles had landed fifteen meters and had his back against a wall, Yuurei was at full speed and with the little pause that was made before attacking the wall, Yuurei would be right in front of Knuckles with his right hand attempting to launch a quick jab right at Knuckles' chest once again.

He was doing this at the same time while Knuckles was attempting to elbow the walls with both his arms. It was up to Knuckles whether or not to go fully with breaking down the wall and taking Yuurei’s punch. The light mage’s left hand was in a defensive position. It was bent and around his chest as he was ready to react depending on what Knuckles would do next.

The Nephilim wasn’t here to talk right now. If they wanted to speak, then it was something that they would do after the battle was done and everything around his guild was taken care of. He wondered if this was the only guy who had invaded, or if there were others around the area. He didn’t recall Knuckles telling Yuurei that he had come alone or even if he had come with other people. Still, Yuurei knew that this man came with other people because if he didn’t then it led Yuurei to believe two things in this situation. One this man was brave, confident, and strong enough to come here alone, or two, this man was not bright and came here with a death wish.

Still, Yuurei wasn’t destructive though, so he didn’t go crazy with different spells. If he did, then he was sure that somebody would have noticed that he was fighting by now and would have arrived. Oh well, it was his way of fighting and after this fight, if he was the one still standing, he would go and check to see if Knuckles was the only one who had shown up at his home.

Currently, with Hassan unopposed, he focused on punching away at the structure. With each passing second, a powerful fist would be hitting the structure as Hassan aimed to do the same amount of damage that he did a couple of minutes ago. the only thing that was keeping him from going on was the fact that his comrades were counting on him, as well as the fact that he was probably one of the few who had no sort of life-threatening injuries or even ran into any traps or self-defense mechanisms that the guild may have. "No, I think about it, with it being such a social building, it's surprising they don't have anything like some sort of turret, even a sand trap. "

"Perhaps they were bold enough to think that no such thing in regards to being attacked would ever occur to them. "I better get back to it then." Hassan said this as he continued to punch repeatedly some more.

Jikan

Info stuff:

Time slowed, it was long and for some reason Jikan felt her body stiffen. She had thoughts, senses. Her head still forward at the time, she saw the unknown figure exit from the tower. A giant eye appeared in the sky, the same eye Jikan had noticed a few times hanging above her and other Sleeping Calamity members as they walked out and about within Orichida. So, it was someone in Paradise Dawn keeping an eye on them? A sensor…so annoying to deal with in a fight. Out they went of the corner from Jikan’s line of sight, animistic wings…dragon like wings? As they shifted away from Jikan and flew to another direction. But…why? If they were a fighter they would have stayed. Were they not a fighter and more of a watcher and information spreader for their group? If so it was bad they saw her….Jikan was getting a bad feel-

It happened fast she could barely think of responding. When she saw the man come up she felt her body think of responding. But for some reason it froze in place. Helpless.

Jikan felt the impact, the thud of the ax hitting her back item sent a shock through her body. But she stood tall. Whether it was because of her pride and strength, or the effect of the blazing cold that was pushing on her body that felt suffocating was unknown to her. Either way she spun around to see her attacker fully now. His golden weapons up as he stayed a meter away from her. Her hands went up instinctively in a guarded boxing stance. Her arms up covering her body and torso, her legs shoulder length apart.

Well at least her new friend here was willing to answer her question. He was not the guild master, but a member. And since he called himself the shield of Paradise Dawn it was likely he was a high ranked member at least. Or at least someone she could count on knowing the guild master and their motives. …that would do then.

"Hello Brone Heavyaxe, I am Jikan Supesu. Guild Master of Sleeping Calamity. The home you master and another member attacked while no one was home unprovoked several months ago”, the anger in Brone’s eyes was nothing in Jikans voice. Her eyes stayed cold and emotionless as always, but her voice betrayed her. It showed emotion, confusion, anger, wrath, and disgust. They attacked her home and sanctuary, what she had built by her hands and efforts for two long years. And she had no idea how. She had no knowledge of anyone here that was beyond common facts, she had never interacted with any of them, never attacked them or done them wrong. But, they chose to attack her home. And they waited until she was gone, the only protractor that had been consistently there for several years. It smelled thought out…fishy.

And an insult to her and her pride. Her family.

The air around her felt cold, freezing even and choking. Her eyes watched the man carefully as he spoke, a blue helmet was on his head, an ax in the right hand and a sword in the other. Full body armor, heavy.  Given that she felt the cold after the ax hit her…she assumed the ice effects were related to the ax at least. She stomped her foot down, cracking more of the roof and dealing 1xS damage. The man’s words were agitating her….  “If there was any ‘honor’ lost, it was your guild attacking my home for no reason. Unless, you have a reason you can tell me why your guild master did what he did?”. As she spoke she readied herself as well, positioned her arms and legs ready to attack with her physical strength or magic, or to defend with a quick motion or avoidance. “Tell me why, he took a hostage as well? Was it not good enough to march into one’s property and bring it to the ground?”. She said all this in response to Brone and before he moved in to attack, quick and direct were her words.

As soon as Brone moved in to attack from the meter distance between them swinging his golden axe in a back swing motion, from the angle it looked like it was coming for her midsection coming at her right. Jikan would react. Running backwards in a back run moving 5 meters per second putting a distance of 6 meters between them. As she did this movement she did a few things. She kept her right arm ready to strike or defend if after Brone’s side slash went he would come forward. This was a mental preparation.  In addition to this mental action she would do a few physical things at the same time of back run while she stayed facing Brone. She would cast a few spells as soon as she moved away from the 1 meter distance between her and Brone.

Jikan would take a deep breath visibly expanding her large bosom by a few inches before breathing a dark air that would immediately flow out of her mouth area. Not being hindered by her helmet. A purple 8 meter diameter magic circle would appear under her as well as the location Brone was at but behind him by a few meters to make sure Jikan was out of the way by the time she landed with her movement. The purple fog would condense into a 2 meter ball before traveling 20 meter/s to the hatch in one motion. Given the short distance between the two it would be difficult for Brone to dodge this spell. Once the purple fog reached him, it expanded in size to 8 meters where it stayed covering an 8 meter diameter. If successful, Brone would find himself feeling different, their Endurance dropping by S rank value (160 points). At the same time as this, Jikan would take her left hand and snap two fingers while looking at the Brone. If this attack hit Brone it would ignore his armor and target his body directly.

As these motions happened in the second Jikan had to react to Brone’s actions she would stay ready on her feet. Prepared to move to dodge in case he attacked or to choose to counter attack with a physical attack or magic spell depending on what he did next.

Knuckles Shi

His hammer shatters to bits and his eyes widen as he watched his hammer fall to the ground. "Oh? He had never had something like that happen to a weapon before nor had he even considered that to be a possible outcome when throwing his hammer, and yet it had just happened. As the hammer was destroyed the spell that had come from it vanished as well as he felt his strength and vitality go down. When he saw the mage still coming for him at pretty quick speeds, there was no doubt that as he struck the walls behind him and broke them down that this fist would hit him. He wondered if the armor could take it but he would never find out as he felt the impact right into his body, the attack skipping his armor and hitting in firmly, causing the red-haired mage to topple over backward and follow the wall to the ground as he landed onto his back and was knocked out in a single blow. He was not even awake enough to even understand the strength he had been hit with.
