His time in Dhalia was different. He was no longer traveling for a place to belong. Instead, he had found a place and now he was completing jobs that would satisfy his thirst for power, and jewels. A handmaiden would approach him, and they would ask him for assistance. He figured he could hear the woman out, so he followed her without a problem. There he would meet with the person who owned her, and he would look at her waiting to see what she wanted from him.

It seemed like she had been missing another man while she was married to another man. This was interesting and he could only hope for the drama to happen throughout all of this. When she had offered to deliver the locket to the man named Mark, Toge quickly agreed to do it. She, of course, would hand him the address to where he could find Mark. The Earth mage was excited about this, and he would be on his way to go see Mark.

Toge would leave the woman’s home and he would start traveling throughout the streets of Dahila. He was looking at everyone wondering who his latest victim at the end of all of this might be. While he doing this, the man would find himself eventually at the location where he could find Mark. He would go to the front of the house, and the demi-human would knock on the door without hesitating. It wouldn’t take long, but a man would open it and the two of them would stare at each other for a few seconds.

“How can I help you?” He asked Toge.

“I’m here to bring this to a guy named Mark.” He said as he pulled out the locket.

Mark was surprised to see this as he knew who had sent this to him. He was surprised about this, and Toge could see it in this man’s eyes that he cared for her still.

“She wanted me to ask you how you were doing and stuff like that.” He said to him wondering what he would say.

Mark was surprised to hear this and he would tell Toge that he was fine, but he was still upset about how she left him. The earth mage would ask how that had happened, which would bring him to start telling the story about the two of them. The cobra would listen to the man’s words as it seemed like she had left him for someone who had more power. That was how things worked around here, and he couldn’t blame the woman. Still, it seemed like this had taken a toll on him as he could hear the man crying a bit.

Toge would hear him say that he didn’t forget about her and that he never will. This brought the paladin to smile. This was drama and he was going to continue with it. He was going to make sure that he could make something bad happen or at least hoped something bad would happen.

Toge had spoken to Mark for a little bit longer. He was making sure that he didn’t miss any detail on what he was going to report to Elaine. Once that was done, he would leave the man’s house and he would start traversing back to Elaine’s house. When he got to the front of the house, he would see that handmaiden was waiting for him. He would smile at the lady, and she would take Toge upstairs and into the same room as before.

When he got there, he would see Elaine was waiting for his return. Toge would wave at her and would explain what had happened. When he was done telling her everything between his exchange would Mark, Toge could see that Elaine was surprised as well. This brought the earth mage to have a smirk on his face. This was going to be interesting in the future. Elaine would pay Toge his jewels, and he would be on his way.
