Yuurei

Yuurei and Renji had gotten a message to meet with Kohana at the entrance of the Aina Forest. It seemed like there were a lot of things happening in that forest. Still, he would head over there, so that he could lend a helping hand. The trip to the forest wasn’t a bad one; there wasn’t anybody trying to stop them from getting there. Renji was doing the best he could to make sure that he would keep up with Yuurei. It wouldn’t take long, but they would make it to the forest. He was looking around to see if he could spot Kohana, but he would tell that she was hiding again.

“You can come out, there is nbody here. I need you to tell me what you want to do.” He said out loud waiting for her to show up.

Renji would look around to see if he could spot her as well, but that wouldn’t be the case as he could find her.

It wouldn’t take long, but Kohana would hear Yuurei’s voice, and she would come out from where she was hiding. He was impressed with how good she could hide. She would have a smile on her face as she was glad to see them.

“This is great. With you two here, I don’t think I have anything to worry about.” She said to the two of them.

Yuurei didn’t understand where she was coming from, so he had to clear out the room and make sure that they were on the right page.

“Tell me so I can decide if you don’t have to worry or not.” He said to her.

She would look at him and figured she could tell him everything she knew and hopefully he could be the person who solves this problem without difficulty. She would look at the forest behind her and she would sigh as she would look back at Yuurei and Renji because she couldn’t allow this place to be destroyed.

She would give it a second before deciding to tell them. She would clear her throat before speaking to them.

“So, there are industrialized invaders that have been terrorizing the forest. They hired a bunch of lumberjacks to cut down the tree in the Aina forest. Please get them out of the forest, and don’t be afraid to use force if they attack back. Just don’t kill them because we aren’t killers.” She explained to Yuurei.

Yuurei understood where she was coming from, and he would be glad to help. He was a half-elf who lived in the forest his whole life. He understood what it meant to protect nature.

“Sure, I will help out. If you want, you can stay here and wait for me. I’ll be back, so do the sneaky thing you do.” He laughed when he said as he walked into the forest with Renji by his side.

Yuurei and Renji were walking through the forest together. They were looking for the area where all the lumberjack people could be found. He would move through the area, and soon enough he would hear a lot of noise coming from the distance. It was too loud, and he could only imagine all the animals they were disturbing right now. He would shake him as he knew what he had to do. He would walk over to the direction where the noise would come from.

Renji knew there was going to be fighting involved. Yuurei’s temper does things that he loved, and he doubted these guys were going to stop working because of one guy. That would be their own mistake, and Renji was fine with that. It wouldn’t take long for the two of them to find themselves around a bunch of men that were working hard. It would seem like they had already started doing damage to the forest.

“Stop destroying the damn trees!” He shouted at the top of his lungs.

It wasn’t just that, but he would sprout wings from his back. This time it was a bit different as the one on his right was gray and the other one white. He was in the air as well and this had really gotten everyone’s attention. They would put their tools down, which would put everything to silence. This was good because now they were all looking at him.

“You said you want us to stop? We’re getting paid to do this. I don’t think we want to stop. You can leave with your fancy wings because they aren’t scary. If you don’t leave we will make you leave is up to you.” He said to Yuurei as he would throw something at him.

The light mage would dodge the tool that was thrown at him, and he would shake his head. He looked over to Renji as the Exceed would run away, but while doing so he would open his bag to hand over Yuurei’s equipment.

The group of Lumberjack would see the sudden change in the man once again. They were surprised about this and they felt like they knew who this man was. It wouldn’t matter anyway because they had decided to fight against him. The Nephilim would lower himself to the ground, but while doing this he would have one hand out that would bring out a magic circle before stars would come out and enter his body. He was ready to fight, and he was planning to take them out all in one punch. There were eleven of these guys here, and he figured that the fight was going to become tedious. It was why he decided to go all out against them.

When he landed on the ground the men would start rushing toward him without hesitating. He would dodge the first man with an ax in his hand and he would simply stretch his right arm as he punched him really quickly. It would knock him out in an instant as he would fall to the ground.

The group of men saw this, and it only angered them. He sighed as he hoped that it would be enough to make them stand down. Still, they were coming after him with saws and axes in their hands. They would swing with them, and he would dodge their attacks without a problem. His movements were quick, and he would look at one of the nine people who were attacking him. He would swing his right arm at one of the guys that were far away from him, and it would stretch taking the man out without a problem. He would swing his left arm toward a man who was close to him, and they would both fall to the ground. He would jump back from this as he would see that these guys didn’t give up easily.

Yuurei would look at the seven people who were running toward him and knew that this was going to be boring.

He would run toward the group of men that were in front of him. When he got close to them, he would fly into the air as they had all tried to attack him at once. All their weapons would collide together as they were looking around to see where Yuurei had gone. He was in the air as he would shake his head at the people below him. Still, he figured he would take out a few more of them. He was hoping that this would change their mind, but he wasn’t sure.

The Nephilim would fly straight down toward the group, and he would swing his right arm at one of the people who were far from him. When his arm snapped back in place, he would hit the second guy with the arm that couldn’t extend, and he would punch another guy in the face. Two of them would drop just like that and now the number of people that were still standing was five.

Yuurei would and on the ground and he would look at the five people who were still standing and it would seem like they were ready to go. He would rub the back of his head because he figured it was time to take them all out. The five lumberjacks would run straight toward Yuurei and he would start dodging their attacks. While he was doing this, he would see one of the men not too far from him. He would swing his arm at the man as it would stretch and land right on his face. It would put him on the ground as he would swing his arm at another man and knock him out.

He didn’t bring his arm back this time though and instead would move his arm around and he would land a third punch straight to the side of the man’s head. When he finished doing that, he would bring his arm back as he looked at the two of them that were standing.

Yuurei shook his head as he rushed straight to the remaining two lumberjacks still standing. He would lariat them without hesitating and they would fall to the ground without him holding back. He would sigh as there was one more person left. This guy didn’t do anything the entire time. Instead, he continued to watch the fight between his men and Yuurei. Still, in the end, he thought he was strong enough to take on Yuurei. The light mage would shake his head because these guys were dumb enough not to know what they got themselves into.

The man would start rushing straight toward Yuurei, and the Nephilim would welcome it. When he got close, he would swing at Yuurei with everything he had. The berserker would dodge the attacks that were coming from him, and he would look around to see what he was capable of. When he noticed that was all the man could do, he figured it was time to end it.

Yuurei would move back from the man, and he would swing his right arm straight toward Chainsaw Charlie. His arm would rush straight toward him, faster than he could react. He would feel the blow from the attack, and he would fall straight on his back. Once he had done that, it would seem like they knew that if they stood here, he would keep coming back and beating them up. The lumberjacks would be on their way, which would allow Yuurei to head back to Kohana. He would walk through the forest, and he would make his way back to the entrance of the forest. There he would look around and Kohana would show up.

When she did, Yuurei would explain everything that had happened. She would nod as she knew his words were true. Now that everything was done with, she decided to hand over his reward. She would give him the jewels, and he would take them without a problem. Yuurei would be on his way with Renji who had shown up after he finished all the fighting.
