Lost Pages of an Ancient Civilization
Introduction
A famous archeologist discovered a massive, cubic, stele made from an unidentified type of stone with text carved in an ancient script on one side. He did his best to figure out what was written on the cube, but the script had not been deciphered yet. A historian quickly realized that the text was similar to that written in a book that he possessed. Unfortunately, the book was missing too many pages. Should they be able to retrieve the pages, they could figure out a method to decipher this specific cube.
Lost Pages
The researchers at the site are sure that the cube belongs to an ancient civilization. One of them believes that the cube may hold the necessary information to stop the threat from the Dark Universe. Since it's not possible for them to find all of these lost pages on their own, they have outsourced the search. Why travel around when the great adventurers of the country already do that constantly? Should any of them find one of these Lost Pages, they can turn it in for a more than reasonable reward.
Event Conditions
- The user may roll a dice for every 10 RP posts they do specifically in North, West, Central, East, and South Fiore.
- Solo posts are excluded.
- The user can collect up to five Lost Pages.
- The user can acquire a single Lost Page in each of these regions.
- The user acquires a Lost Page if they roll 90 and above.
- The user gains a +5 modifier added onto the next roll each time the user fails a roll in that region. This stacks each time the user fails, up to +75.
- Lost Pages can be traded in for rewards during the event.
- The user may only select two of the rewards listed per Lost Page that they acquire.
- As the user obtains more Lost Pages, the reward that it can be traded for increases.
Event Details
- The event lasts till the end of December or till 75 pages have been collected.
- The event can be participated in with multiple characters per person, however, the user may not roleplay with themselves with their alts.
- Only the main character of a member may collect all five pages. Alternate characters may only collect up to three pages.
- The user must roll in the correct topic to attempt to acquire a Lost Page. A topic is made for each region in which the user can roll.
- In the specific region topic, the user must submit their 10 RP posts done in that region while rolling. A moderator will then be able to verify whether the roll is valid or not.
- The user may claim the rewards in this topic if they roll 90 and above for a region in the following manner: Page #, Region: Reward (link to the successful roll in the specific region roll topics) e.g. Lost Page #1, East: 10,000XP (link).
Lost Page Rewards
- First Lost Page Reward Options: 10,000XP, 5SP, 100MP or 100,000J
- Second Lost Page Reward Options: 20,000XP, 10SP, 200MP or 250,000J
- Third Lost Page Reward Options: 30,000XP, 15SP, 300MP or 500,000J
- Fourth Lost Page Reward Options: 40,000XP, 20SP, 600MP or 1,000,000J or Custom Unique.
- Fifth Lost Page Reward Options: 50,000XP, 25SP, 1000MP, 2,500,000J or Custom Legendary.
