Kaito

Kaito walks up to the building of his employer who had called him out once again to clear out a new place that he was unsure about how bad it was in side just that most of the team he sent in to try and clean it up didn't come back and he heard that they were weird looking rats with weapons and could speak and Kaito wonders what they could be and if they might not just be people in rat skins scaring people off of the land so they could stay there rent free and all they had to do was just don rat skins and claim they were rat monsters and that would be the perfect cover up for them doing what ever they wanted with the place but now that the man wants it back they had to turn to attacking and killing the people that showed their faces in the building so that they can make a strong stand and a point they weren't gonna leave.

He talks more to the owner of the place that sounds like he just doesn't care if he just kills them or chases them off and doesn't wait for an kind of answers beyond that he just shoos them out to go and get the place cleaned out for him so that he can get the place redone and put together. This guy was fully ready to break some eggs and not care who ends up eating the shells in their meal. Kaito walks off with Revy in tow and he wonders if he is going be having to murder someone or if he can just scare them off and now have to resort to having to take peoples lives on this mission but he has a sinking feeling they are going to force his hand and that was only just a step one problem if he had to be honest with himself.

There are many numbers of things that could go wrong here and he was not looking forward to them happening to him as this was not a good sign as he got closer to the door he sees the dead bodies of the other people that had come here to clear it out hanging or nailed to the place and that made his stomach roll as what kind of fucked up bull shit was he witnessing here what kind of depraved people would do such a sick thing even if it was showing a stay away sign hanging and nailing people to things is as far off the farm as he thinks he has seen people go and he wasn't gonna just stand for that. He tries to open the door but it was barricaded from the inside, Kaito figures the man told him by any means to get rid of the people so he puts his palm out and he tears a hole in the wall and he breaks the barricade and he walks in and the people in the rat skins look at him in fear as his eyes are glowing red with a dull aura around him glowing.

They race to get their weapons as he ran at them, some stopped to cast spells at him but he simply knocked them away like they were nothing as the others raced to their weapons and Revy opens her bag while jumping from Kaito's hood and he is clad in his gear and his weapon and he starts to fight them and humiliates them with his skill and their lack of skill and team work as they were very disorganized as they hadn't expected someone to just come slamming through the door to attack them like that, they hadn't even sensed him get close as if he had just appeared and tore his way in like some sort of blood thirsty monster here to harvest them like they were live stock that had reached the perfect size and age to be reaped for a bountiful harvest. Kaito didn't waste time making it a fair fight he just fights and removes pieces from those that hadn't thrown away their arms or stopped their casts at him.

Kaito was not looking to take prisoners he was here for business and that was it but he saw what they had done to those people and the torment their families will have when those bodies are removed and sent to them to be identified by them so they can bury them, the children that are left with one less parent because these people needed to make a point and a statement with them and this was not a good look for these people as Kaito is being ruthless and Revy summons some Rune nights to come and handle them as they will have a decent haul of people to take with them when Kaito was done with them and the Rune Knights are collecting the ones fleeing from the building as Kaito lets those that want to leave go. Kaito was not a serial killer or a fraud he was a good guy even though he seems like a more grey area good guy to most people but he was here to get the job done and done right.

Kaito starts getting more toward the middle of the building and the strong rat skin wearing men are and he smiles as these ones seemed stronger to him and that meant not having to hold back as much as he goes as this means he has the right to not think of these ones as grunts and know that they might threaten his life and he will not allow them to get the better of them and he runs at them and he makes sure to test them as they were still murderers and a bit crazy in the head and once he was through them their leader came out of hiding this man looked more rat then he was human. He sees why they are like this this man was the cause he was making them be rats and wear the skins of the rats that had been here he was a test subject. Kaito wastes no time and he dashes with his ring and he slashes the creature enough to put it down for the count but not kill it then Revy comes in with the Rune Knights that took it away and then Kaito goes to get paid for the request.
