Yuurei and Renji continued to enjoy Era Town. They had been here for a bit and now they were on to do another job. This time it was for another captain of the Rune Knights. It would seem like this guy wanted them to find out if any of his Rune Knights subordinates were corrupted. The Nephilim would make his way to him and when he got there, he would be explained everything before he had handed the names of the guys that he suspected, their pictures, and where they were stationed for the day.

Yuurei was fine with all of this as he knew what to do and the guy made it easier for him to do. He would head out as he would make his way to the first Rune Knight. The Nephilim would follow this Rune Knight as he was watching him carefully. Through his following of the Rune Knight, he would see that he was doing his job well without cutting corners.

Yuurei

Yuurei would move onto the next Rune Knight on the list and when he got there, he would see him doing something sneaky right at the beginning. He would see that he was communicating with someone shady, and he would hand him jewels before he would be let go and allowed to do whatever he wanted. This would cause Yuurei to shake his head as he would mark the man’s name and move onto the third Rune Knight.

The Nephilim would move away from this place as he would go to the next location on the list. When he got there, it would seem like this Rune Knight was lazy. He would watch him as he would follow him, and he would bump into something that was happening. It would seem like the Rune Knight would take care of it, and he would take the bad guy away. Still, when they had gone into a certain distance, the man would bribe the Rune Knight to let him go.

Yuurei would continue to look for the other two Rune Knights, and when he got to them, he would find one of them corrupted while the other one seemed to be a straight arrow. It sucked how many people would be the law but break it for their own desire. He would move through the streets of Era as he was making it back to Lionel. When he got to the man eh would hand him the list of names that he had given him.

The captain would see the marks that were on the names, and he would only shake his head. He didn’t think there would be that many on the list, but he was right. He would take out a bag of jewels and he would hand it to Yuurei. The man had done his job, and he rewarded him for it. Yuurei would take the jewels without hesitating, and he would be on his way to enjoying the rest of his day.
