Yuurei

Yuurei and Renji were in his office as they were checking everything was good. The Nephilim was doing his best to make sure that he had caught up with his all his work, which seemed like it was never going to end. He wasn’t sure why, but he needed to kick it into hyper gear. He wasn’t sure how long it would be, but he knew that obtaining the power he had gotten was different than what he was expecting. The weaponry that Yuurei had gained had brought Renji to wonder how broke they were now. He would look at his friend because he felt like they were okay.

He would be able to get the jewels that he had spent all at once quickly. Still, he was glad that his workload was smaller than it was a week ago. He would look around the room and wondered if he would be able to finish everything today.

Yuurei

While he was working and thinking about the outcome, he would soon come to a stop. He would look over to the door as someone would knock on his door. He figured more work was coming his way and he expected as much.

“Come in.” He simply said as he continued his current work.

It was then that the person who entered was guy who had brought him his work. He would approach Yuurei with a letter and it would seem like he was going to be leaving the place and taking on a job. He would grab the letter from the man and he would smile at him. The man would walk out of the room when he felt like his job here was done. Yuurei would open it and he would read through it and he figured this would have had something to do with the pest within Orchidia. He would get up from his seat as he would stretch a bit. There was a job for him to take care of.

Yuurei

Once he was done with stretching, he would look over to Renji who was waking up from his slumber. It would seem like he wanted to see what was going on and when he saw Yuurei was standing up he figured that they were heading off to an adventure.

“I see someone wants you to do something for them. Where are we heading to?” He asked Yuurei waiting for an answer.

Yuurei would walk over to Renji and when he got close enough he would pick up his friend and he would put him on his shoulder.

“We’re going to Orchidia. It seems like there are some rats that need us to take care of them. I hope theylisten to reasoning, but you never know around here.” He said to Renji.

Renji would laugh when he heard those words.

“They are just going to have two options and one of them isn’t a pretty one.” He said to Yuurei as he was ready to be on his way.

Yuurei

Yuurei heard his words and he wasn’t wrong, but he would hope the option with less violence would be the ones that they chose. He walked over to the window and he would open I without a problem. Once he had done that he would open it up and his wings would come out from his back. He would hop out of the window and he would turn around as he would close the windows.

Once he had done that he would start zooming through the sky and to his destination. Renji would cover his eyes every time he could as he didn’t like or enjoy how it felt when it smacked him in his eyes. Yuurei was used to this and he couldn’t really be blind by anything like that.

He wondered who was the source of all the buildings that were infested and wondered what he could do to permanently fix this problem.

Yuurei

The two of them continued their travel through the sky as they were approaching their destination. It would seem like it was the same old Orchidia. It was a beautiful place and they were truly surprised that Sleeping Calamity had occupied it. Still, it didn’t bother him because he knew that he would take care of them if the guild did anything horrible to them.

Yuurei would start his descend when he got close to the entrance of the place. When he got close to the ground, he would disperse his wings from his back and he would move through the gates. The guards there would allow him to go in without a problem. He would say his hello to them as they would return the greetings. He would walk through the place and he would see people looking at him as they were happy to see him. He would wave at them as he was making his way to the area where all the buildings could be located.

Yuurei

Yuurei made his way to the apartment section of Orchidia and when he got there he would see that there were people hanging out in the hallways of their respective buildings. There were others who were walking around the streets and those were the ones who would greet him. He would do the same thing as he would keep moving as he was following the direction of where to go. He wasn’t lost, but it would take him a while to find the place. When he got to the area he would see someone was waiting for him.

They were just pacing back and forth as if they weren’t sure if Yuurei would show up. Of course, he would and he would approach them. When he got close enough to them he would come to a stop and he would wave at them from where he was. He was doing his best to get their attention and soon enough they would look over in Yuurei’s direction.

His client would stop pacing around and he would walk over to Yuurei. He would look at him and Renji would climb off his friend. It was then the client’s face would have a happy expression.

“Ah, Yuurei, you came. I heard you were on vacation or something, but it seemed like you are here and ready to work. Do you need me to explain to you with what is going on here right now?” He asked Yuurei.

The hunter would hear this and he woud smile at him. He was fine without the explanation.

“No, you don’t need to explain anything. I understand the situation and will help you without a problem. I do need things from you though. I want you to find someone to clean up any dead rats that will be within your building. Then I need you to get someone who can permanent seal holes up.” He said to him waiting for him to let him know if he understood.

Yuurei

The client heard what Yuurei had told him and he would rub his chin. It would seem like Yuurei was going to destroy the rats, but their bodies would stay there. He understood that, and then he thought about the hole. It made sense that the rats were coming from somewhere. It would seem like Yuurei was making sure that they couldn’t come back.

“I understand, I will make sure that you have everything that you asked for.” He said to Yuurei.

The Nephilim was glad to hear that and he would start walking to the entrance of the building. Renji would follow behind him as the two would look at the man with a smirk on his face.

Yuurei would enter the establishment and he would make a swift motion with his hand. This would bring his outfit to change and he would have a gun in his hand and a spear in the other. He was going to enjoy his new weapons and figured that this would make things easier.

Yuurei would look around as he was feeling the vibration around the building. It was then he would feel where the rats were located around the first floor. He would make his way to them and it was then they would all look at Yuurei. It would seem like they weren’t happy with his arrival. Still, he figured he would be the first to speak before they decided to attack him.

“I need you guys to leave from where you came from. The person who hired me, hired me to get rid of you guys. I would like to do this peacefully, but if you don’t listen then things will get violent.” He told them.

They were surprised that a human could speak to them, and after few seconds they would look at each other and decided that it was best to leave the place. If gave them an option, then they figured they would return to their old homes.

Yuurei and Renji walked around the place and Renji would find some of valuable stuff that were found on the first floor. When they had cleared the area and made sure that no rat was left behind in the first floor, Yuurei would make his way to the second floor. He would be on his guard as it would seem like the rats were all waiting for him in. When he got there, he would see the furious rats just waiting to attack him. He understood why, but he figured he would give them the same options he had given the last group before them.

He would do just that, and when they heard this they would look at him and they would attack him. Yuurei would use his cape to fly into the air and over the rats. While he was doing that he would shoots magical bullets out from his gun. He would swipe with his spear at any of the rodents that got too close to him.

Yuurei

Yuurei was enjoying the new weapons in his hands and it would seem like rodents couldn’t believe that this man was this versatile. It was then that Yuurei would throw his spear from his hand and it would start flying around. It would pierce through the rats around the place while he was shooting at them.

Renji watched all of this and he was impressed with how easy this had become. They would drop to the ground and he would look at them as he knew they made the wrong choice. It was then they would keep coming after him, but their numbers were decreasing in the second floor and he wasn’t going to take it easy on them. They had made their decision and now they were going to rest in it.

It wouldn’t take long at all and with his arsenal the rats were done for and now it was time to search for any remainders on this floor.

Yuurei and Renji looked through the second floor and they would find a few things for them to hand their client. Once they were done with the second floor, they would go and check the third floor. When they got up there, they would walk around the place. Yuurei found a spot were there were a lot of movements. He would make his way to the group of rats and they would all look at him. He would explain the situation to them and told them what happen to the rats on the lower level. He didn’t want that to happen to them. They would look at each other and then looked at him and they would understand they were no match.

They would all scatter down the stairs, and be on their way. He would learn one thing and the hole was downstairs. Yuurei and Renji would walk around the floor to make sure they found anything to take back to their client.

Yuurei

Yuurei and Renji would go through the rest of the floors as well. They would give the rodents to leave and they would take it after Yuurei had explained the situation. They were smart unlike the ones in the second floor. Still, he was sure that if the rodents on the second floor didn’t attack him, then the ones in the upper floor might have. Still, he would get all the rats out of the building, and he had made sure to check every place for any of them that were hiding and for any valuables that they could find.

They didn’t find any rats on the remaining floors and even went to the other floors to make sure that they stood true to their words. The place was truly clear except for the second floor, which needed to be cleaned up. He would make his way to the final floor to find the hole they had left from.

Yuurei

Yuurei would make it to the first floor and he would search for the hole. It wasn’t hard to find with how big it was. He would look around the first floor to find something that could cover it for the time being. When he did, the two of them would make their way to the exit of this place. They would leave the building and they would see the people waiting for them there. They would explain that there were dead rats only on the second floor. They would explain where to find the hole in the first floor. Renji would open his bag and he would let the valuables he found pile on the ground next to the client. He would see all of this and he would be happy that Yuurei had done a great job. He would hand him his reward for the job, and the two of them would be on their way back home.
