Kaito

Kaito looks at the quest board and he wonders what they would find on the board today and there didn't seem like there was a lot to take on and he wonders if maybe today was just a day that he should take off as there wasn't much to see or do and he was going to just call it a day as he didn't see anything that peaked his eye and then he was bumped into by a girl with a flyer and Kaito caught her so she didn't fall and the girl looked at him and squealed as he was famous and the girl hid her blushing face behind the request flyer and Kaito just looked at her confused to if she was okay for not and Revy gets down and walked over to the woman and she looked up at her and she put out her hand and signaled the girl to hand over the flyer so she could look at it.

Revy sees it is a fresh request that this woman who looked like a guild quest assistant that would put up requests for people of all guilds that were around to take and she was now hiding behind her Hair and stuttering as she was not use to meeting with the likes of Kaito the more mysterious one of the famous mages that walked the country and she had no idea how to react to him and she quickly took off back toward the guild requests building and Kaito was mighty confused to why she was acting like that but Revy handed Kaito the request and it looked like they were going mining and Revy has no idea either to why the woman was acting so star struck as Yuurei was a normal person that she should see and not really need to feel star struck over a normal joe like Kaito but there was no time to sweat the details of the woman being star struck.

Kaito heads for the mines with the Request in hand and the request was for him to help escort a group of miners deep into the mines and to protect them so no harm comes to them even if they are big strong men they needed to be handled and protected like normal people and the group looks to Kaito and they wonder if he was really the mage that they had got to handle their case as Kaito did not seem like much and they were worried that they would be left out to dry if they were to trust the person that showed up so they questioned Kaito to if he was even really on the level to be able to defend them and that they would feel better if the mage had his team to back them up and Kaito opens a portal and three members of his team walk out and he looks at the crow masked rabbit masked and bear masked members of his team and they greet them in kind and say that they will make sure that nothing was to go awry.

Kaito was glad that the men seemed to calm down as he was not sure if they were really going to allow him to actually do the request as they seemed to distrust that he was a trusted and famous mage as they seemed to thing that he was a loser and a weakling but they guessed they couldn't really judge him as he was the one that came to what they asked him to come to do to help them out and they had to admit they had mistreated him a little but they rather be safe that sorry and they start making their way into the depths of the mine and the raven masked man was taking the front and Kaito was making sure that he was keeping their backs safe and sound while the others covered the sides to keep the miners were in the middle and out of harms way and they get closer and closer to the area that the men were meant to start digging the creatures of the mines started to rear their heads and attack.

Kaito and his team keep the miners safe as the miner rush to get to work Kaito was making sure to keep the creatures away from them and trying not to fall to far behind as they could not do anything about it as this was probably close to a nest and they would not want to kill it off as some of these creatures are on the rarer side of the fence and that was not something Kaito wanted to kill but he was willing to fight them and scare them away with some lighter damages and his team were on the same page even if it hadn't seemed like they were on the same page as them when this had all started and he needed to make sure that there was a decent sized protection put in place to scare the creatures away. Kaito makes some safe portals for the miners to hide in if they felt like they were in danger.

Kaito keeps watch for anything more that might come their way and he keeps working hard on helping the miners stay safe and the bear masked woman is in charge of keeping the miners healed if they got hurt from the digging and the area seemed like it was a hub. Kaito hears a huge creature moving around in the area just outside of their lights and he moved a light and there it was a huge creature that looked very unhappy to be seeing Kaito and the others there and he was not sure that there could be a way to survive if they were not all on the same page and he pushed harder to get to the area outside of the monster sized creature and he pulls the creature into his portal and he moves the fight to a different area so he was keeping the others safe.

Kaito

They clashed as the floor shook under the stomping feet of the creature and Kaito wondered if there was really going to be a safe way to deal with this thing that was rampaging a little and causing them to have to fight in such a manner, but Kaito knows he has no choice he has to live and he has to be able to take this thing down but he doesn't want to kill it but in this moment Kaito does not really have a choice in the matter as this thing is after his head and that makes him feel like this is not going to be able to spare it as he lets it hit a wall and he collects some of the things the creature had knocked loose to give over to the miners as an extra thing for them and hopefully they are all okay with his team and that made him glad as he lifted and slammed the creature down into the ground to knock it out and he sends it away and he hurries back to the team which where fine and the miners had finished up and they accept the gift from Kaito and they make sure that he is paid.
