Hosenka City - Underground Associate

Quest: Underground Associate

Summary: Hosenka has always been a very colorful, vibrant city, but it is not without its darkness. Operating out of the crimson quarter are many crime lords and cartels, each of which work on the different facets of corruption. Sometimes adventurers are hired to infiltrate these organizations. The task may be something as simple as gaining information about the comings and goings of goods, or it could be taking out a powerful crime lord in Hosenka. No matter the job, those who chose to act as informants are rewarded handsomely for their efforts. However, the crime lords themselves may wish to know about the mission, and may reward an informant who lies about the mission's completion to the client. After all, money is a powerful motivator.

Basic Reward: Base Quest Rewards
Good Bonus: The User receives an additional 50% of the base Jewel Reward by providing the information to a legal organization like the Rune Knights.
Bad Bonus: The User receives an additional 50% of the base Jewel Reward by providing the information to an Illegal Organization like a rival Cartel or providing false information to a legal one.
Requirements: The character accepting the quest must be in Eastern Fiore

Quest Conditions:

Each member of every team must meet the minimum requirements of the difficulty that has been selected i.e. a D-Rank can only complete D-Rank versions of the quests unless they are with a partner or group allowing them to complete a C-Rank quest.
Should the user meet the requirements of a certain difficulty, they may automatically participate in lower difficulties.
Users may complete up to 8 neutral quests every month. Refreshing on 1st of the following month.
These may be completed alongside regular quests.
