Finally home again, or could she really call it that? After the events that led her into her current existence Primula had to admit it was difficult to truly call this place home. Most of her childhood memories of Talaz Lagaar were too far gone, as if pieces of her past were fragmented. Certainly, she still recalled certain things, important parts of her history that shaped her into the individual she was... For example she cared immensely for a particular professor who was responsible for her current existence, and also the scientists who were her parents but she had not seen them ever since she woke up in the workshop, which made her wonder what happened to them.

It was for this reason she was here today, at this mysterious area called the 'Zero Zone'. It was supposed to be a treasure trove of ancient knowledge, some of it far more mysterious and dangerous than the rest, not that it didn't mean that she was going to be reckless. She had a very solid reason for coming here: The last reports of her parents their research suggested they were searching for something in this area, which if her calculations were correct, which they usually were would mean that she might find a clue about her parents their whereabouts!

Of course, to most it would still be a peculiar sight to behold, the way the little Machia sneaked into the area, cleverly avoiding the patrol routes courtesy of some data she had found before her infiltration. She had been close to one of the more concentrated areas, and while the guards were a bit more tight in their patrolling here, the combination of her small frame and prior knowledge allowed her to evade them.

What was it that people were possibly searching for here? What type of relics and secrets of the distant past were lurking right underneath the debris and ruins of this civilization's forgotten secrets? While she wouldn't call herself a treasure hunter, she did value knowledge and research immensely, and as such there was no way she could possibly not consider herself excited at the current state of affairs. To actually be searching around the infamous Zero Zone for some sort of secret or forbidden knowledge? If it had truly been secret or forbidden they shouldn't have left it here to begin with! Didn't they know about that one saying? Finder's keepers or something?!

She finally had found a promising spot, searching among the debris for anything that might be worthwhile. Some sort of clue... some hidden secret that could tell her what her parents had been up to... She just hoped that none of the guards would come here. She did hear that they were hiring outsiders to help reinforce the guard, a sign they were either desperate or truly undermanned. Then again, maybe the plague truly had been terrorizing the people of Talaz Lagaar... Maybe it was time for her to see what she could do to help the people with medical matters after she finished her excavation efforts here?

Standing here reading one of many books she had gotten a spirit to carry for her while she some how ended up on guard duty Averie. Why and how Averie ended up taking up this job was still a question on her mind but in the end maybe it was just a bit better to not ponder about it lust she figured it was not worth her time anymore. With in the spirits arms was ten books total, neatly stacked most likely. But watching things was easy when you made ghosts and ghouls that can branch out and look for things that you did not know where to look in.

But so far it was an uneventful for the most part to keep track of the many things around her,since it seemed if anything no one was really causing a stir here. But an area lingering with spirits, ghouls and ghosts that aren't common here would most likely scare most people here. But what all did Averie have to gain from this? Well Talaz Lagaar was new and seemed to have various things of of history bound to it. Mostly with in this of how it work and maybe the things they worked on here could have something to do with the undead and Averie just did not know it yet. But no doubt anyone else lingering upon the places would be alarmed when a ghost just seeming popped out of somewhere in attempt to pick up where they where and see what they where doing. So far the robot woman had yet to see any of these things Averie had summon around. But for the moment Averie was just quietly reading through pages of one of the books she had out at the time, So a normal watching time.


Primula digging around attracted the attention of one of Averie's spirits. It would pick up she was digging around when one of the many passing spirit stopped and seemed to look at her for a moment, It made a ghostly wail upon seeing Primula. To the chorus of other ghostly and ghastly wailing in the background what else was going to happen was a good question because these ghost just kind of started making noises, Averie would close her book and start walking over to where the sounds where telling her to go.

Primula could do many things, After all she had a small frame of time until Averie ended up there but it seemed the various floating summoned ghost, ghouls and spirits would also head towards Primula but they all seemed to just stare at her. They seemed to do nothing to attempt to harm her. Which so far was a good thing but would he risk them going after her from running? Or just let Averie catch up to her, Most likely making a hostile action would provoke the things doing what was a good question. At least they where not hurting her and watching.

Primula had to admit the sight of the ghostly creatures was bewildering to say the least. Considering the nature of Talaz Lagaar she wouldn't have really expected anything like a ghost or specter to be floating around. A ghost dwelling inside a machine? That she could comprehend, but this was something entirely different, foreign even... And to make it even worse it started wailing like a banshee!

The little Machia lifted her gaze from the spot she had been digging at, eying the mysterious creature Primula raised a hand to her chin, tilting her head slightly to the side in bewilderment. "I never heard anything about ghosts haunting in Area Zero. Could it be that they are someone's familiar? In that case it's quite the noisy ghost."

She muttered the last part as she heard encroaching footsteps, leading to the Machia to turn around into the overall direction of the sound, holding her bow at the ready, just in case she would be needed to use it against an ambush.

"Unya, are these familiars belonging to you by any chance? If they keep screaming like that then it will only be a matter of time before they wake up the entire island!" The Machia girl declared as she turned her gaze back at the relic she had just dug up. "Umm... you aren't going to try to stop me, right? I can't, and won't let that happen!"

She drew her weapon, although all she did was point it toward Averie for now, hoping the threat would be enough to make her back away. Of course, she had no idea whether that would work or not in the first place! She didn't exactly look like a threatening being to begin with, and either this person was here for a similar reason as her, or someone who was hired to be on guard duty.

"Can I make you close your eyes and turn around as if nothing happened? I'll treat you to some cookies once I finish finding the things I want~"

The last bit spoken with a hint of hopefulness and a sheepish smile on her face the young Machia waited to see just what exactly the young necromancer had in mind. Still, negotiations might be a bit hard when one has a bow pointing clearly in their direction! At least she had yet to activate the power of her helmet...

To say Averie was prepared for this situation, was to say she was as welcomed into a church with open arms and with out judgment. It was not likely to happen at all with out context or Averie knowing things ahead of the time. Or what all she needed to do in this situation. She just found some one when she was suppose to be watching and keeping her eyes out for something being amiss. She should have expected something like this to happen. But over all she was unsure because well these things were new when some one was actually resisting.

After all most people just run scared at the sight of ghost as they went on and made the normal reaction of people running scared or nervous around her. This was an interesting different experience over all. Thus this persons before her in this situation seemed. This as she talked on Averie at this time seemed to do nothing while she was just watching her talk. Averie was getting over time understanding of other languages, But the only provlem is Averie might not understand what language this person was speaking. Then again she was also stuck on reading a book.

Even putting her finger on place of where she was reading."Huh so it is actually something."Averie said proof that she was not use finding people even with the echoing of other ghosts in the back ground because there was some so far away it has not been caught up yet to how many of them where currently lingering about in these lands but most likely with in a few minutes. She also spoke in Ice bergian and might not understand what was being requested of her at this time. So that was also something else to deal with now.

Then when she look at what was pointed at her. it seemed already being met with some point something sharp at her and she to ponder what was being said here they where at a stand still because Averie was yet to understand her."What are you doing here anyway?"She also just finally asked that now. Not realizing the offer being placed before her now. So well it might be a bit different to try and work with this right now. So far it was just her looking confused at a robot while they stood around some dead things.

The lack of hostility was quite confusing to Primula. While she had initially expected some sort of security guard to appear to try to stop her, instead she found an Icebergian attempting to talk to her? The foreign sounding language was fortunately one within her database, as such when Averie asked her about what she was doing the robot child blinked in bewilderment as she lowered her bow. "Umm, some might call it Treasure Hunting, but I'm not looking for treasure!"

Primula declared firmly as she gestured at the surrounding area. "I am looking for knowledge! I was told my parents returned to Talaz Lagaar before the plague broke out, and knowing them they might had been researching something at Area Zero. It is for that reason that I am digging through the debris in search for any cues of what they were up to."

Primula dropped her shoulders slightly, looking almost depressed as she continued her explanation. "The only people who might know of their whereabouts are too sick to talk, and there isn't a cure for the plague yet so I'm trying to find their trail myself."

She turned her gaze back from the debris toward Averie and inquired hesitatingly. "What about you? What are you doing here? You don't look like someone who would be interested in the secrets this place holds, so were you hired by someone as a security guard?"

It seemed if anything her answers seemed to interest Averie, But slowly the ghost and spirits around her start just slowly moving away and making less noise but not all of them, most of them still seemed interested in watching this conversation. But these spirits also seemed to all be people Averie had gained the trust on when they passed on and just had around to help. Most of them also did not speak Icebergian she had to speak to them via different means. But you could here some of the ghost cackles and giggle like they where talking to Averie."No...I will not ask your question you wonder."She seemed to be talking to the ghosts that where speaking in general but they where speaking common or anything so it seemed if anything Averie.

But she would move on talking to Primula."A plague?....Wait how long a go was that?!"Averie sounded really curious almost breaking her calm and almost dead sounding nature. Almost like it was leading her in that she was just that curious about it. After all she might be guarding here but she well had no idea the history of this place thus her interest seemed to be a bit higher than most people."In some manner. You could consider I am seeking ways to learn and know things as well."Averie admitted, for a guard she was doing her job not all that great but it seemed if anything she was just trying to learn things in her own way and it was not exactly the most normal.

"By the sound of it, it made it sound like you would be time dead with them."Averie also said she was not trying to be rude with. It was just how she was and how she spoke these things."But, I am honestly here just because I am here on watch."She then also told her because it had to be honest here.

A momentary pause followed by the robot girl as she thought about the comments Averie mentioned. In a way it made Primula feel at ease to know Averie was less interested in the guarding duty and more desiring to learn more about this place. However, the question, even while not rude made the girl drop her shoulders lightly, a sheepish smile emerging on her lips as she replied: "Hehe~ I guess that I indeed died a long time ago." She looked down at her hands, despite the craftsmanship that made them look like an imitation of human flesh, she knew about the layers of metal and wires underneath it. She had no right to call herself a human any longer. "I guess one way to describe my existence would be to say I am the lingering soul of a human girl that is inhabiting a machine."

Primula turned her gaze back toward the debris as she continued. "But it doesn't mean that I forgot my origins. This island is my birthplace, and I feel quite inclined to try to help them out." With an idea brewing the girl inquired with a hint of excitement in her voice. "I know a place where people who desire to find knowledge and wisdom tend to gather. If you are interested I could take you there?"

All of these seemed to leave Averie almost confused because almost seemed completely differently Averie seemed ever to poke Primula's shoulder to see if it felt different."If that is true, I have more questions."Averie even seemed to go dead quiet for a moment."A lot.....of questions."Averie was a nercomancer not use to robotics or machine beings. Thus with this Averie seemed unsure how to process the information before her now. But it seemed when she went for a poke she did keep her finger there and yet to retract it. Still however the things she summoned did nothing they even stopped making sounds.

Upon hearing a lingering soul into a machine Averie seemed almost shocked and baffled by this information."Excuse me....did you say a lingering soul in a machine form?!"Averie then looked around at the spirits around her for a moment then it seemed almost about ten or more of them just darted off randomly."I will need my note book for the amount of questions I have now."If anything Averie was proving Averie was devoted to her studies of her craft even if she was strange to meet to start.

Then she looked at her hand was."Oh..."Then finally finished her poke trying to make it less strange in this regard. Then acted like nothing was wrong or strange to start with. But with her offer it seemed some one was giving Averie some thing she would interested in a different way of learning."Yes that is something I feel like I should not turn down."It seemed if anything Averie was pretty easy to make sure she was not going to hurt her, Even if she was just this small icebergian woman who just seemingly showed up out of now where.
