His hair reaches just to his back in-between his shoulders. He tends to pull it up into a pony tail and pins his bangs back to keep them out of his eyes. Kalec is decently tall with a athletic body type. Another distinct feature he has is his amber colored eyes, and his long eyelashes. Kalec has a slightly pale complexion that makes his hair color stand out more. Kalec also has sharper teeth than the normal humans. His canine teeth are longer and come more to a point. Kalec tends to has a couple of outfits that he cycles through. His most common one is his favorite blue hooded jacket with orange colored sleeves that fade to white. He wears a ragged baggy green sleeveless shirt with a white one underneath. He wears baggy blue jeans that have began to tear on the knees, and he wears a blue belt to keep them up from falling. He can always be seen wearing the same high top blue and black sneakers. Kalec's second and third outfit is pretty simple. He wears a full matching black and blue track suit with a blue baggy sleeveless shirt underneath along with his signature blue shoes. He switches out the black and blue pants for a pair of grey colored pair. Extra: Kalec at times can be seen wearing a pair of white headphones around his neck. Kalec has many scars across his body from his childhood. He has a scar on his back underneath his left shoulder that wraps down to just above his left hip. one on his left arm, right arm and a small one across the center of his chest. Personality Personality: Kalec Del Mar is most notably lazy, and definitely someone who just goes with the flow, all about living in the moment. He can be a bit of a hot-head at times. Sometimes giving outbursts or picking fights with some people who either get under his skin or that he believes is making a bad call. Although he means well, Kalec ultimately wants to make friends instead of enemies, despite whatever he may say. When upset and trying to control his temper, he will stay quite and become more snippy. Whenever he is feeling nervous or uncomfortable, he has habit of always rubbing the spots where his scars are, most of the time it's just his arms or the middle of his chest. He has his moments of being aloof, as well as acting childlike. Kalec at times even during serious situations tends to space out and get lost in his own thoughts. He can be outgoing while also being a bit dramatic. Despite his dark childhood, Kalec still remains to have a positive outlook on things. To those whom he respects he doesn't refrain from interacting with no matter how gloomy and distant they are. Even if they get angry at him, he will still try and help. He will not hesitate to help someone in need, Kalec will go out of his way to cheer up anyone who he thinks is feeling sad or down. Kalec is not afraid of making himself look like an idiot, if it means that it can put a smile on their face or make them laugh. Kalec has a soft spot for kids, as his own childhood was not the best. Dragon Slayers are known to possess keener senses than those of normal humans such as smell, as well as distinctive characteristics and features such as slitted pupils and noticeably sharper teeth History History: Kalec had a rough start to his life when born. During his birth there was a complication and due to that his mother died, and he survived. His father both happy and heart-broken, blamed his son for being the reason he lost the love of his life, Not wanting to have any link to his new born son, other than blood chose to give him the last name of his wife. Over the years he grew to be abusive both physically and mentally to Kalec. His father had a short fuse and was easily angered by the mere site of Kalec's face. The abuse that Kalec went through left him scared both mentally and physically. One day his father became enraged and beat Kalec till he was on the verge of death. After seeing what he had done, he took the beaten child to an orphanage in the nearest town and left him on the door steps after pounding on the door and immediately left. This would be the last time Kalec would see his father. Growing up in the orphanage was a completely different experience than what he knew. Kalec spent the next few years learning all sorts of different skills that would help him in life. He learned cooking, first aid, fishing, Music, and most importantly he learned to find happiness. The teachers at the orphanage taught him how to deal with his emotions and how to push past the memories of his dark childhood. His childhood memories would always haunt him and follow him into the future. During his studies he learned what was safe and not safe to eat, when traveling and foraging in the different environments that made up the world. Kalec was so amazed by the endless possibilities one could learn. He took an interest in learning self defense and how to better both his hand to hand combat and how to better control his magic. After leaving the orphanage Kalec found himself in staying relatively close to the ocean. His first memory of the ocean was watching the sunset and seemingly sink into the depths of the ocean. Kalec grew fond of anything that had to do with any body of water, just looking out at the water would instantly clear his mind and just live in the moment. He would begin his journey out into the world, and begin working toward becoming a wizard and working with a guild. He had a few run ins with some of the people from the light guilds, and found the concept of them to be fascinating . He was jealous that they got to travel all around the place and see different things on their journeys and just experience everything life had to offer.
