The long term goal of restoring her blade was important, nearly all consuming but she thought about it fairly infrequently. She rather enjoyed her time away from her father and her remaining siblings. They didn’t quite seem to ‘do it’ for her in terms of being a family after their schism.
She had all the time in the world to herself before that and then now that she made her choice she had to live with it. Settling down so that her feet were almost touching the water from the height of the pier she’d cast a line out. Watching it sail quite a distance before slowly munching away at some candied apple slices she bought off of a merchant.
But if she had to guess, her time spent in port cities told her one thing, the pull of her blade was pulling her to different locations. Many that were by the sea. Which meant to her that some parts of it were in the ocean. Which meant that she’d have to find a way of exploring it and maybe finding a good amount in there.
She didn’t want to think about the frozen temperatures of iceberg and the natural predators that were in the waters. With the first line tug of the day she’d have no issue pulling it up with her rented fishing rod. A flick of the wrist and the fish was caught with her free hand.
She’d adjust again, cast her line and wait. The crunch of candied apples pushing away the consistent silence and fear that was around her at the moment. Now that the stunning nature of her body and her appearance had worn off she could already tell some of the more regulars here were… skeptical of her being here long term.
Either that or they were trying to figure out what the hell she was and what the hell she was up to. She didn’t much seem to care, spending jewels like she saw fit and quietly went about her business. Well. Quietly was all she really could do in this regard.
