That's not to say it wasn't beautiful in its own right-- the entirety of Hosenka was truly a sight to behold when compared to the rest of Fiore-- but it was evident that the corner was marred by criminal activity. In particular, organized crime seemed to be relatively prominent. While there were not many jobs put out there recommending to deal with particular gangs once and for all, there were plenty of requests in which information was desired. Rather than dealing with organized crime outright, it seemed gathering intelligence via espionage or some other means was the preferred method of interaction.
